Hello,
I noticed this message today.
But I didn't upgrade it because I am not in Brazil.
Waiting for next update to correct some bugs concerning Heart rate, floors climbed.....
Since the update the steps count is not incrising. The countinus hr stoped but the solution was to set it off and on again.
Edit: restarted the watch and now the steps are incrising again. Lost a whole day of statistics.

The continuous heart rate is still malfunctioning. It is not working continuously as it should. It measures, then stops, then starts again and so on. A bit annoying. I advise not to update to this version.
I also lost a half day of tracking because of this update.
2.3.6.1 does not work!
Guys hello!
I have installed 2.3.6.1 yesterday and tried several different sport activites.
What can I say... I've got a strong desire to throw the watches into trash bin.
Three activities were tried: walking, running and treadmill. It appered to be that no one of them work! At all! Only timer were counting, but the other parameters were zeros: distance, calories, heart rate and so on. Even though for walking and running the gps was avaliable. Considering measuring heart rate, even the green leds on back side were dead for all the time.
Turning on backlight by raising arm did not work. But actually, having all the watches in not working condition, I paid not much attention to the backlight.
I thought, with new version 2.3.6.1, they introduced some new settings which have influence to the activities behavior. So I checked the settings menu, but did not discover any new options.
I ended up having no idea what to do with the watches. So any suggestion will be accepted with gratitude.
@pashapush,
Open the Amazfit app on the phone, wait for sync, then go to Unpair the watch. It will restore it to factory settings, open a barcode screen so you can add ti back again. Then it will restore last 7 days from the cloud back to watch. More-less in 3-5 minutes your watch will be same as before, just need to add a favorite watchface if it was from the third party.
Mentioned procedure always fixed any issues with my Stratos. Still a challenge for them firmware updates, but this simple step after each update should be applied if any issues occur.
To everybody
With latest ROM 2.3.6.1 I have finally solved the battery drain issue.
I have update to this rom and followed this trick https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77997450&postcount=35
and now its great
I have lost only 7% of battery in 24h, with HR continuos on and airplane mode.
with previous rom 2.3.6.0 even more than 30% in 24h

Hi ,
What is your trick? Link showed Page not found.
I bought this watch one week ago.
I had the stock firmware for the english version (2.3.2.8), heart rate always on, during the night i didn't get any drops (even if the values aren't that accurate).
I updated the stock to the 2.3.5 by mistake, then i just updated to the latest one, this one.
Now my heart rate while sleeping it's full of gaps in chart, only half a dozen of values for hour... It's not usable.
Anyone has experienced this?
Any tip to solve this?
Can i revert back to the stock firmware without unlocking the bootloader?
What's the most stable usable version of the firmwares available 2.3.2.7/2.3.2.8/2.3.4.0/2.3.5.0/2.3.6.0/2.3.6.1?
Thanks

Already done that.... Several times.
Plus, unpaired the watch and paired again, without restoring the history...
Nothing seems to correct the issue.
After some testing, i came to the conclusion that the watch is ignoring low heart rates...
I have a very low heart rate, when sleeping it can go to 30, in the older version of the firmware i could see 31, 32 and so on.
After updating the watch, the lowest value that i saw it's 47, the same value that i have for each night of sleep after the update.
I tried to measure the heart rate after woke up, and it's says it can't be measured, done this several times. So I get up, and tried again and then i get the 47.... I sit down, tried again and nothing...
So it looks like that it ignores/can't measure lower values, and that explains the huge gaps that i have in my charts.
Anyone can confirm/test this?

The battery in my case it's normal, 24h equals to 17% of the battery....
The recommended procedure:
Sync with the app.
Unpair the watch.
Restart the watch.
Pair again.
Some people say to reinstall the app and then when syncing leave the data only in the phone.
Hi Everyone,
I have a Huawei P20 Lite and updated it this Monday to the version appears as ANE-LX1 8.0.0.146(C461). Today I noticed that apps using the accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer data (such as Compass, Google Maps or a 360 degree video on YouTube) don't react when I move and rotate the device. HiCare smart diagnostics show no errors after "gravity sensor" test.
I would be very glad if anyone can help. Thanks!
Hallo there
That is quite weird, you did it via OTA right? I saw the official changelog of that update and it's only a security monthly patch, I see it causing no issues, altough if you have your bootloader locked you can send it to warranty and they can check it, even if you did that test via HiCare.
Cheers,
AS

Hi, thanks for the answer.
I don't know what OTA is, what I did was going to settings, check for updates and do it.
Today I compared mine with 2 exactly same phones, which were indicating they were also up-to-date; yet their versions were ANE-LX1 8.0.0.046 and ANE-LX1 8.0.0.162; which are different than mine (ANE-LX1 8.0.0.146). I can do nothing but thinking that it's a software/firmware problem because the phone is newer than a week and isn't even dropped yet, whilst the sensor was working.
Thank you very much again!

Yes, weird. I did not test the sensor intentionally, only saw the pedometer count on lock screen. After I updated the phone in a short while that day, the gyro data was gone. Compass was stuck in North 0 degree and 9 degree inclination, even after factory reset. I have changed the phone to solve the problem, I believe it is due to a failure within the inertial measurement unit integrated circuit or its soldering.
But thank you very much anyway!
It's better to send it to warranty yup, might be a defect which is rare but may happen.
Cheers and hope for the best

The update to 4.2.6 contains huge errors. All the tested outdoor activities don’t work with it. I have examined Run, Go, Hike, Biking.
After a short time it crashes. It shows senseless numbers (for instance a million of hours), then the data is lost. Newly starting it, this process repeats.
anyone have any solution for this?

nice, to hear it! ...i can't wait anymore.. having the same problems all the time.
after a software update 4.2.7. i have still the same issue with GPS... do you also have guys??
In my case, the watch stops recording activities after like 5 min, No error message or anything.... I'm really unhappy with amazfit/Xiaomi.... Most of the tech related products I've bought in the last 4 years are from Xiaomi (inc. a stratos 2 that died after 18 months of use)... I'm really thinking that Xiaomi is no longer at the level they were a while ago or they say they are... Very disappointed... Let's see if this gets fixed or I just give up and buy something else

Hello. During cycling activity, a training reset occurs and data is not saved. Reset occurs spontaneously: maybe after 5km, or maybe after 70km. The watch vibrates and the training breaks.Has anyone encountered this problem, are there any ways to solve it?

I have the Xperia 5 IV XQ-CQ72 and i got update notification but still on Android 12. no 13 yet.
I have Xperia 5 IV XQ-CQ72 too. No 13 either, but I just bought the phone (Black Friday acquisition). I'm new to Sony family, previously I had a few Vivo phones. So far I'm impressed. It's amazing how Japanese squeeze such a lot of electronics into a small phone, even a 5Ah battery, and everything works flawlessly.
I'm glad that I don't experience two issues usually mentioned in phone reviews - overheating and unreliable fingerprint.
I don't have a chance to really test the camera, though. But on the first sight it looks more promising than I expected. After all, I came from Vivo.

The phone is great, except it kills apps from background too fast. That's a software issue thankfully and can be resolved with a software update.

I've been chatting with Sony support about this and providing whatever videos they ask for as evidence. Hopefully they address the problem since I've given them logcat dumps demonstrating the issue.
I just got info from Sony support today that one of the issues I've reported should be fixed in the Android 13 release due by the end of next week (Dec 23). I'm in the US with the 62 model.
I just flashed the 64.1.A.0.857 via newflasher ...

For that matter - since Sony openly lets us unlock the bootloader, OFW updates are a full-go for us and won't impede rooting ability, right?

1.- Only for international devices. Sony doesn't allow bootloader unlock for US devices.
2.- As far I know, modified devices (unlocked bootloader) lose OTA. I had to manually update using Xperiafirm and newflasher

By the way, I'm infinitely glad I picked one up in Japan over the US because this scrutiny is ridiculous! That said, I'm not rooted just yet and I'd have to prep a full file (mostly in-phone backup of pics) backup first, so I'm not rooted yet and seems like jumping to 13 first makes the most sense.
That said, I seriously gotta tip my hat to Sony for just allowing us to do entirely as we please with their phones while literally every other brand is cockblocking our freedom. Over the years, I missed having a task killer soooo much to save random background apps slowly tugging at the battery and then all the magisk plugins like ad blockers.
