Hi guys! Is it possible to hide the clock from the lockscreen on a non-rooted device? Thanks!
Install "good lock" utility and then "lock star" module. you can hide whatever you want from lockscreen.
I am using a tablet. Good lock doesn't seem to work in album mode, doesn't really override the stock lockscreen (first I see my stock loscksreen and only after that Good Lock is loading) and I can't find the lock star module.
I have Galaxy Tab S3 and S4, currently S3 is on Android P and S4 on Q. I have downloaded "Fine lock" app. Downloaded all modules via this app(as it takes you the the compatible version of Android and module) and they are working fine. Howeever, "the latest version of lockstar" having some issue with Android Q, so I installed one step version version. And it is working as it supposed to be.
OK, I downloaded Fine Lock and managed to get it working, clean locking LockScreen as I wanted, but now I have an issue with wallpapers. Fine Lock's styles only support Portrait oriented wallpapers, and I am using my tablet mostly in album mode. Any suggestions how to get horizontal wallpaper display correctly on lockscreen in album mode?

I do not know which version of Android you are on. But On my S4 with Android Q, I can choose any wallper with "LockStar" and it works fine. . You can activate autorotate and it will turn automatically.Or just Turn your wallparer to lanscape orientation with Gallary app or any other photo editing app. and apply it.

i'm having troubles with the lock screen...the QQ Launcher Lockscreen works perfectly, but my default lockscreen runs together with it. Any way i could disable the default lockscreen and use only QQ's Lock?! Thanks!

one thing about lockscreen... i disable lockscreen in cyanogenmod settings, and it's working ok. but... when i hit power button, the lockscreen stays on for 30 seconds (just like screen timeout time). the default one is on for 5 sec.
... and that's the only problem i have, if i can call it one.

Auto Rotate Screen?
I just installed this launcher and have been enjoying it a lot so far. I have noticed though that when I slide my phone open the screen does not rotate to the landscape view. I went into Settings/Display and made sure that Auto-Rotate Sceen was checked, but that doesn't fix the problem. Can anyone help me out?
if you had some screen shots would be perfect. thx anyway!
I'm having the same prob with lack of auto-rotate, doesn't even go to landscape once the keyboard is slid out....is this a portrait-only launcher? HELP!
><
Its simular to MiUi Launcher. It works btw but at start you may get a FC. Its fast its got style. Oh and it has a lockscreen inside. Greatest launcher ever.
Its already v2.2 now.
like it but....
I like this launcher but regrettably I switched back to GO because of the FC problem (even did a hard reset and redo all apps installation and configuration still same problem... **sigh**)... hopefully they could fix the bug cause I really like the responsiveness and simplicity of it... btw, it has the most responsive lock screen I have used...
I tried a couple force rotation apps (Ultimate Rotation and Rotation Manager). When the home screens & lock screen rotate, neither of them do it right. The icons/ folder are placed off the screen. Anyone get something to work? I'd prefer to stay on Touchwiz, because I really like the calendar widget.

Hi, you'll need to install Xposed framework and get a module called Gravity Box or Xblast. both can force rotation with stock, They both do an awful lot more too, little tweaks for your phone.
You can rotate the launcher with a lot off apps but it wont look good cause the launcher is not made for landscape. If you have root you can try a modded one or do it by yourself. You have to change a lot of xml files.
Hi everybody,
Im currently cooking a rom and now i have this very strange issue.
In stock android (4.4.2) landscape mode was blocked for both lockscreen and launcher.
I then went on and replaced the lockscreen and the launcher, and added "log.tag.launcher_force_rotate=VERBOSE" to build prop.
Now both can be rotated just as i wanted it, but however when i rotate to landscape mode, wallpapers are resized incorrectly, leaving a black bar on the side
Also, when in landscpae mode, wallpaper doesnt scroll when moving through home screen.
Wallpapers are 2160x1920. Have a look at the screenshots to know what I mean!
Using some kind of live wallpaper (like muzei feg) the issue doesnt appear
Anyone knows where this comes from? I found several threads with this issue with google but no solution...
thanks in advance!
EDIT: Solved. Issue was in the launcher3.apk. I replaced it with SlimLauncher by slimrom all working fine now.
Hi, so I just installed Samsung Good Lock UI because it has the option to change your lockscreen wallpaper to be the same as your desktop wallpaper (I have a GIF wallpaper so I cannot set that to the Lockscreen without Good Lock) then I uninstalled the updates in settings (basically replaced System UI with the factory version) but I am not sure what I did wrong because now my Lockscreen, Status Bar, Notification Shade and Recents and whatever Good Lock replaces is gone! Normally when I installed or uninstalled Good Lock a popup will say The device will now restart. Then I installed Good Lock again, and literally when I booted up all I could see was my wallpaper. Nothing at all except for my wallpaper. I tried go into recents and notification shade but that also doesn't work, so I rebooted into TWRP and restored the backup I made earlier that day (it was Enigma V3 Rom) before flashing Enigma V4 and I could see apps and app drawer now, and wallpaper and I could open them fine, but still there was no lockscreen and and recents and notification shade and such, like the first problem I got before installing Good Lock again on Enigma V4. So now basically I can't really use my device, hopefully someone will have a fix for this. Thanks for your time.
Has anyone else been experiencing issues with the Samsung themes not applying to their lock screen?
I apply the theme of choice (tried several) through the Samsung themes settings/app. The theme changes on the pull down menu, messages app, etc. but does not change the lock screen clock or music player controls. Some online research says others are experiencing the same thing. Has anyone here been having this issue and/or found a solution?
Thank you for your time!

Not having that issue here, do you have AOD turned on and a theme that theme's AOD.

.
Thank you for the reply!
AOD is on, but with a custom image (my signature).
Full setup is:
Nova launcher with icon pack
Custom wallpaper on home and lock screen
AOD on with custom image
Theme applied (should be changing clock and look of clock on lock screen but is not)
Thanks again!

I'll bet it's because of Nova Launcher and not using TW, just a thought..

If you apply a custom wallpaper to both home and lock screen it erases the theme home and lock screen images. I am using Nova and have no issues. Sometimes I just use a custom home and leave the stock lock screen from the Samsung theme.
The clock on the lock screen changes but my Pandora music player remains the same.
I had that issue with the batman theme. the AOD theme option would be there after i applied the theme but if i changed the AOD to a different design, the option for the one that comes with theme would disappear. only fix would be to re apply theme
This works for me as well, but oddly enough, when setting a live wallpaper (just for home screen), the clock goes back to stock.
So frustrating.
