Anyone else having the issue when trying to make long screenshot?
Seems to happen only when taking screens using something different than 3 fingers.
Found the issue, Fluid NG app (it disables navbar), it was the cause of the screenshotting issues and choppy performance on phone

I have noticed that the flick sensitivity is very bad on the Galaxy Tab 10.1. In order to scroll anywhere, I need to do long, sweeping swipes across the screen. A small flick should scroll quite a bit but only scrolls about half an inch.
I have installed ToucScreenTune and used it to Tweak sensitivity as well as adding the build.prop edit, windowsmgr.max_events_per_sec=300. But flick scrolling still just does not work.
Is there any solution to this?
Bump
Anyone got any idea?
ICS 1 solution ....... maybe

you can try the ICS roms which are available since they mostly do not have lag issues like honeycomb .......
I use Task 14 and don't have lag issues or flicking issues being too little for me. Actually the opposite happens to annoy me more depending on where I am when I flick. Some things seem to scroll forever, or way too far and fast. Some are just fine. Makes me think it's more of issue with things other than what ROM your using. Sadly, I don't have an answer, just a comparison.

question and observationsstion part:
1. Has anyone noticed a white washed effect one their prime every so often? I am having this issue where reading something in black/white, the letters seems to be washed out and the white over powers the black text line definition so it becomes a white blurish effect.
1a. I have also noticed my led display has this "oil spill" under the glass somewhere in the upper middle area. A little minor grab of the prime on certain corners moves and reshapes this "oil spill". Does this have anything to do with #1?
Observation:
Not a super tech junkie but is there some sort of a memory leak in the ROM? I have noticed the reboot happens when the Asus task manager craps out and when ics+ browser is handling some open tabs with at least one tab with a video playing. I may be completely off here but that's just my observation. It seems the prime slows to a crawl with a few apps open and it speeds up when i close them but then it reboots when I reopen the same apps (mostly ics+ and maybe maps and translator and opera). I am going to stop using ics+ and use opera and see if it does this. I am also using dolphin so I'll be switching around however I am wonder if anyone has found a rhythm or rhyme to the rebooting issues.
Thanks!
Well the reboot thing isn't new,but you know there is a limit of available memory so if you're like me, opening closing apps like crazy and complaining about when one of them eventually crash you're just rising the pole. I use system panel to track how the device is doing and if in need of something to do to it.
I've had the wash out effect happen when you hold it on certain angles. I posted a thread about it not too long ago because I noticed my TF101 didnt do this. So I had asked some people who had them both to compare. The last post in the thread the poster noticed it as well.

I've only noticed this since about a week.
Its most prominent when I'm in text based apps - Pulse/Verge/Kindle - with a lot of white background.
To describe it - its like a 3mm thick 'glitch', appears for hardly a few milliseconds - just enough to be noticeable.
Its always along the length of the device, and does not matter what orientation I'm holding it in.
I felt it happened more often with auto-brightness but that feeling may just be a dud.
The recurrence is quite random, but I can easily see it if I stare at the screen for even a minute.
Finally I've never noticed it in games or on home screens - not sure if thats just because I miss it in those or otherwise..
I noticed this yesterday for the first time when reading some text. It was very distracting, hoping it was a fluke deal.
Seconding this. I don't have auto-brightness, but I notice it. Definitely happens when reading text with a white background - so get it pretty often in RSS readers, rarely in gmail, and never in games / movies.
Thanks for the replies..
I also noticed this never happens in gmail or currents. Looks like Google-supplied apps run fine...
This leads me to believe that these other apps are doing something wrong, maybe overflowing buffers due to the massive resolution as someone else projected in another thread...
Have you guys played with either the "Disable HW Overlays" or "Force GPU rendering" settings to see if they impact this issue one way or another?

I second this idea.. please try and report the results.
Since my last soft-reboot, I've yet to see ant tearing. However I'll try those options if I see it happening again. Thanks for the suggestions. Maybe some of the others seeing this can try those tweaks?
Happens to me no matter what app I'm running and has been happening since I got my nexus. Even just happened in the app drawer. I will check the force gpu settings and get back to you.

Force GPU rendering changed nothing for me. Still got the screen tearing. I'm going to try the Disable HW overlays for a while now.
I was wondering if anyone else gets a very slight lag when pressing system buttons on TW ROMs. This is easily tested in the Settings app. Clicking any button seems to have a slight delay and the glow animation lags slightly as well. I also see it in some other apps. Is this simply a TouchWiz thing or is my performance a bit subpar? I have tried a couple different Perseus profiles and this seems to occur in all of them.
I know it's a minor issue, but I guess I'm a bit OCD when it comes to things like this .
So today I found out that my phone isn't running well.
I'm not expecting the Sony UI to be perfect, lag-proof and anything, but I think the problem hasn't gone out and there's something wrong.
My phone constantly stutters and you get a bit of lag whenever I swipe from left to right, in the app drawer, the notification menu and when I'm opening apps. I've set the animation speed to 0.5x and it still stutters, paired with bits of lag. I'm looking for the smooth and fluidic transitions and animations but I'm just not getting it.
This happens each time I put my phone to sleep and wake it up after. It isn't the screen wake up lagging, but the UI itself. The animations start to stutter and lag then.
The solutions I have made are; restarting the device, which can get annoying every now and then; and freeing up space, which worked once and the problem went back again.

Is there a solution to this? I have installed more than 80 apps and I think it's one of the contributions to the problem.
And to be honest I have some OCD and it quite annoys me.

Do a clean flash via Flashtool (wipe everything), try with latest Lollipop update. After that install your apps one by one and try to figure it out which one is cause of your problems. :good:
