Hello guys today i unlocked my bootlader officially on Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon, and now i want to install Twrp and flash Xiaomi.eu ROM but i don't have any idea how to do it.
I searched everywhere but i didn't understand any tutorials. I saw something about patching boot.img, what boot.img should i patch the one from the ROM that i want to install? And how to do it?
I will really appreciate if someone helped me....thanks in advance!

It's simple. You download the rom you want to have, copy it to your phone's memory, install twrp, reboot to twrp, flash the rom, (optionally wipe data), flash a file called universal_boot.img_patcher.zip
You can find this file in a thread about safe twrp as far as I can remember.

The easiest method I have found out is using Cofface TWRP. Just download the image file and use fastboot/flashify to flash it. No need for patched boot.img or anything else.
Download TWRP and flash it from fastboot... If you don't even know how to flash TWRP then you shouldn't be rooting and flashing roms and stuff.

Let me keep it simple for you.
1. Install adb and fastboot first on ur pc.
2. Go to twrp folder. Along with shift key do a right click, then click on open command window here.
3.Type adb reboot bootloader in command prompt
4. Now type fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
5. Fastboot reboot
Please ensure usb debugging is on under developer options.

I had ported ZCX-TWRP from Redmi Note 3 (kenzo) to Redmi 3S Prime (land). As i cant find sources of ZCX-TWRP, I ported it by replacing files from another working recovery.
The ported recovery works good until i make changed in default.prop. If i change it it wont boot.
What i did :
1. Extracted Images with Android Image Kitchen
a) TCX-TWRP of Redmi Note 3
b) Stock Recovery Of Redmi 3S Prime
c) TWRP of Redmi 3S Prime
2. Replace zImage of ZCX-TWRP from Stock
3. Copy and Replace following files from TWRP of Redmi 3S Prime to ZCX-TWRP
Code:
init, init.qcom.usb.sh, init.recovery.usb.rc, property_contexts, seapp_contexts, selinux_version, sepolicy, service_contexts, ueventd.qcom.rc, ueventd.rc
After above steps... the ported ZCX-TWRP booting and everying working but i dont made any changes to "default.prop" i.e. changing ro.product.device to land.
Because of this when flashing roms they shows "Error 7. This zip is for land. but your device is kenzo". So i changed device name to land in default.prop. But after that recovery is not working. Its only working when device name is set to kenzo. I also found "kenzo" string in 3 other files from sbin directory of Ported TCX-TWRP (libc.so, linker64.so, recovery)
Whenever i try to make changes these files ZCX-TWRP wont boot... How can i Solve this...

No it doesn't. Twrp leads to data partition being encrypted. Whenever WIPE data partition to decrypt, all files are deleted. When reboot into fresh system, copy files again, and reboot into reflashed twrp, data partition is enrolled encrypted again. And no MTP so it's an endless loop.
Anyone has successfully installed TWRP with this method?

successfully flashed but it goes back to normal regular reboot
what i tried:
1. "fastboot boot recovery.img" after applying this phone goes back to normal reboot
2. "adb reboot recovery.img" after applying this phone goes back to normal reboot
3. "adb reboot recovery" after applying this phone goes back to Mi Recovery 3.0
4. go to recovery mode from software update menu, phone goes back to Mi Recovery 3.0
Base ROM i tried on Miui10 Global, Miui10 chinese, Miui9.6 Global

check drivers for phone.
Compare file name in comand and in folder. copy all files to one folder. start cmd as administrator.

everything is ok but due to anti 4 it may be goes to stock recovery, So fist time boot in recovery then go to install tab Chose image and then Re select twrp.img and flash. then it works.

I need help, one day by mistake I flashed the rom of a max 2 in a redmi 5 plus so the image mdtp.img of its respective partition was corrupted.
