Go to oneplus instead or maybe google pixel..
Development of custom rom for xiaomi product is slow due to restriction by xiaomi with blocking flashing via edl mode.
My redmi note 9 pro got into hardbricked and no solution for it yet.

Then how YouTube videos are made on several custom roms for Curtana ?
And,
Suggest any phone nder 15k INR

You can go for redmi note 8 pro since it has solution for hardbrick if you unluckily face it sometime.

You will know if you check your device using AIDA64 app..
And because of this confusing, many peoples got their device into hardbricked and cannot retrieve it back to normal since the edl flashing's locked by xiaomi.
And mine too..

poco f1 is okey i think..but i don't know..never use it before..try search the forum about it to know more
but how about you save your money a little bit more and go for oneplus nord..it's use SD 765

Not bootloop, it is more to hardbrick..
And the answer is yes..the only different are older phones have solution for it thanks to developers who manage to solve the problems.
Since xiaomi has restricted edl flashing for user, you cannot retrive back your device to normal if it's got to hardbrick.

It's about the same amount for both devices I'd say.
Joyeuse was lagging until recently but that was largely due to it being the newer device.

It say curtana, this mean i can install all roms with curtana quotes

I searched/study every phone in the market, in this price range.
Need Snap dragon processor, 6.67" (Bigger screen), 5000 mah (Bigger battery), Sd card slot, 3.5 mm headphone jack.
For me Camera no need, (if the camera can capture the image, it's enough for me).
With all of these requirements, I found this (9S) Phone & bought it.
After 7 days, Unlocked bootloader, Flashed Evox rom, still using.
All is working great.
Just Be careful with MI flash, (Never select "Clean All and Lock")
For security, Delete the bellow 2 files from fastboot rom file
flash_all_lock.bat
flash_all_lock.sh
If you delete these 2 files, then you can't do "Clean all & lock" (Even accidentally you can't do that).
Just be sure about stock firmware, Chose the right file for your device.

But the things(roms) are changing Custom roms are coming UNIFIED versions
This means the same rom can be used in Curtana, Joyeuse,Gram.

yeah! now they are... but I don't think that all custom ROMs are gonna be unified maybe I'm wrong
I bought joyeuse & there is one custom rom that running well on it
