Search - they're all there. Once you find the post it will also tell you how to do it, based on the sense that you are going to need it...

you can find the "Advanced Stock Kernel" in Xperia S dev section.. it is on page 1 only... how to flash it in fastboot mode... follow this excellent guide by Doomlord...

No, the installer doesn't work on locked bootloaders. You have to unlock the bootloader to use the installer.

What about drivers? Please provide better info.
You download the MI unlock tool there will be a tab with install USB drivers.
