I haven't used the watch for a while. Today I reset it and tried connecting it to my new phone (redmi note 8), and it's stuck telling me to "continue setup on phone screen". The wear os app on the phone says its connected, but the watch is stuck. I cannot find the Zenwatch manager app on play store either. Am I missing something?
Even I am facing the same issue the watch isn't being detected @Asus we need a solution, u can't just make the watch useless
Hello, you have to download and install the Zeenwatchmanager as apk from for example apkmirror. Without the Zeenwatchmanager, I was also unable to connect the watch. Afterwards, the Zeenwatchmanager can be uninstalled.

Anyone run into this? I'm setting up my brand new watch with my moto x.
It pairs, and then does the initial setup (app installs, sync, I assume... Where it says "just a sec"... It does that for 3 minutes or so, then I get the" can't connect to the Internet "error.
I've tried a factory reset, I team through the list on the Google website, etc... Nothing fixes it! Any clue?

Did you pair via BT Settings or via Android Wear APP? You should NOT pair via settings. It needs to be done via the Android Wear APP.....
Can you see the Watch in the Android Wear APP?
Did you perform a Factory Reset on the Watch or on the Phone - or both?
If it says there is no internet connection -> Does Internet work on the Phone?
Using WLAN or GSM for Internet on the phone?
Any Blocker / Firewall etc installed on the Network/Phone?
Google NOW works on the phone?
I also have the same issue.
I had the same issue and tried following the usual advice from LG and Google abut making sure the apps were up to date etc. Then I hit upon the idea of turning off my wifi and using the phone network to download the firmware update - this worked. I can only assume this is something to do with my broadband supplier (possibly BT's Parental Controls). Give it a shot - it might work for you.
I have the same problem pairing with my LG G2, It was succesfull the first time I associated the devices but after a watch reset I always have the 'no internet access' problem.
I tried with a factory reset of the phone without results, but the watch is able to pair with the old Samsung S3 I used for a test.
I found nothing worked to pair the LG G watch to my Nexus 7/2013. Because I had been using the Nexus 7/2013 with a Moto 360 and I had a bunch of wear applications installed on the Nexus 7.
So, instead I found another device running 4.3+ (actually 4.4.4) and used it to setup the LG G watch. The steps were:
(1) Find device with no previous wear apps, and Bluetooth settings not paired with LG G watch.
(2) Install android wear app from play store.
(3) Turn on blue tooth.
(4) Pair LG G with android wear app (but not using device bluetooth settings).
(5) Do not get ahead with the android wear app. After pairing just wait at the "Turn on watch notifications" screen until the LG G watch finishes "Downloading*, Install, and auto restarting.
(6) Complete the steps in android wear app.
(7) Complete the steps on the LG G watch.
Unsure why this works, but it did for me.
This was preferred method rather than uninstall all wear apps from original Nexus 7/2013.
Oh, and if you decide to re-pair it with the original device, e.g. my Nexus 7/2013, you have to be very patient until all the original apps are re-installed. You can check on your Nexus device in Wear Mini Launcher, Behavior, Launcher exclusion apps to see how many apps you installed.
If some are missing you can reinstall from Play store. I had to reinstall Wear Mini Launcher and Calculator For Android Wear (Wearable Software) app for whatever reason.
Good luck.

Clear Bluetooth pairing
The way I was able to resolve the "can't connect to the Internet" issue was by going to my phone's bluetooth settings and found the existing LG G Watch device and removing the existing bluetooth registration by clicking 'Unpair'. That was the only method that worked for me after trying to "Reset device' on the LG G watch didn't work and uninstalling and reinstalling the 'Google Wear for Android' app didn't work. Once I removed the existing pairing and did a device reset everything behaved normally and stopped getting the "can't connect to the Internet" error. Hope this helps.
My phone used to be paired with my G watch, but after some problems, I decided to factory reset my watch and pair anew. till then it does not happen. at 1st my phone recognizes the watch and the code appears and I push the "pair" button, and it says "paired!", after that on my watch appears "updating" and then "syncing" but it takes a long time. For the android wear, the "updating" is on the screen the whole time, and when finished, nothing has happened and the watch isn't paired. I updated my andoird wear, cleaned its casch but no success. I've tried several times. My phone is htc e9 with lolipop, so is my G watch, with lolipop.
what should I do? some guy told me to update my watch, but it is not possibble as no network with unpaired phone. I also tried connecting the watch to pc and update it from there, bụt pc doesnt recognize the watch. help me please.
Try to reinstall the Android Wear app and sync the watch, it could probably fix the problem.
keep geting an error that tells me to move the watch closer to the phone. cant even get past the qr screen
This was fixed in an update on the watch, but unfortunately you can't update until you've set up (unless you have a PC handy with ADB on it or can install it)
The easier option (and the one I used) is to use an old device running something less than Android 8.0, set the watch up to that, update it and then unpair it and connect it to the Pixel
Help..
Hi how do I take care of this without another phone?
Recently my Amazfit BIP automatically updated and it stoped being able to connect via bluetooth.
So I tried to reset to factory settings and now the Amazfit is frozen an its screen only shows the icon of connecting the watch to the smartphone, and it's not possible to stop this process.
I've tried to use different apps to connect and although they can find the watch, they are unable to connect.
Have anyone faced a similar situation?
Wait till it drains out en then start it up again. U should see the pair to device icon
Hi there
I am struggling to pair the Amazfit Pace with my iphone. I scan the QR Code and get an Error Message that says I need to unpair the device from bluetooth. The problem is, it's not in the bluetooth list for me to unpair it. I tried other devices including an iPhone 5... same error issue. I reset my iPhone, I removed Amazfit App from the storage of my iPhone.
What is this error? What do I need to do? Is this an Amazfit App issue?
I cannot get past the QR Code screen to see or do anything more than drive myself crazy going to the bluetooth setting to remove the device, knowing full well, it's not in the list.
any help? Or is this a junk smart watch?
The watch is new? If yes, probably you must first update the firmware using and Android phone with Android 7.1 or older, or use a Huami tool to install at lest firmware 1.3.8. If it's not brand new, probably it was paired with another account, then you must first unpair it properly from that account...
Edit: if you haven't done it yet, restarting the watch a couple of times may help too.
