AncientOS is Custom ROM based on AOSP that aims to provide a unique UI with some useful feautures for customization.

Flashing Instructions
CLEAN FLASH :
Download the latest build and
Reboot to recovery
Take Backup (Not Necessary, Still its Recommended in case)
Wipe System, Data, Cache & Dalvik
Flash the ROM + Magisk (Optional if want Root)
Reboot

Some important Notes!
After installing Rom follow these steps...
Settings>Apps & Notifications>Default Apps>Phone App(Select Phone as default app)
Settings>Ancient Features>Gestures>System Gestures>System Navigation(And select 3-button navigation)
Settings>Ancient Features>User Interface>{Select "Hide all" in these two features:
1-Lottie Animations on UI Style
2-Lottie Animations on Settings Style}
Settings>Ancient Features>Quick Settings>(set 2 tiles rows on portrait)

Yo man thanks
Just installed this rom and tested it
You know man it wasn't something that we can use for our daily driver
It's ui and customization is perfect with huge amount of options which was maded by hard work of ancient rom team
But you know you shouldn't just built something and go to other ones
Absolutely your roms need more optimization and these things to make them work properly
Sth like jens always do and that's why i call him a true boss of these devices
Anyway thanks for everything and just make one thing perfect not many Normal things

Okay let me clear one thing that don't ever compare me with Sir @jenslody .To me,i am just like a student and He is Principal of that school.
Now coming on normal things, brother the things on which i have spended many weeks of my life, even I've worked on these things till 3'o clock in the night, I've spended my whole saved money on data pkgs just to remain connected with my virtual machines and to test builded roms,while nobody helped or handed me nothing, i was sick before but i have made it, i was destitute but I've made it and what do you think i just have synchronized j5 trees and changed product names and builded all these roms...no brother u don't have any idea how much modifications and additions i have done in sir jens trees and i have done all that in my terminal cz it's very hard to commit changes in github on a cell phone.....
if my restless struggle of months is sth normal to u and u want a perfect rom then sir i suggest you to use stock rom...i am sorry too sir for all this, i am really AB!

I know how much work it us to just make a rom compile.
And I always do it locally on my laptop which is much easier than working via cellphone on a VM.
You build some interestant roms. I already did it for most of them.
I really apreciate what you do for the J5 community..

Didn't compare you with any other one
I only said that one perfect rom is more better than 3 or 4 normal and first staged rom
You know it's more like you do a same thing and doesn't go for problems to make a rom better and better
I appreciate your work and other devs to make this phone alive and was so excited about your brand new roms

Bro just installed the latest build. Jazz world or anyother banking app is not running. Saying app cannot be run on rooted phones. Although magisk is not installed.

Step 1 — Open the Magisk Manager app on your device.
Step 2 — Go to the settings of the Magisk Manager app.
Step 3 — Tap on the Magisk Hide feature.
Step 4 — Activate the Magisk Hide module.
Step 5 — Open the side out menu on the Magisk Manager app.
Step 6 — You will see the Magisk Hide app on the side out menu after activating it.
Step 7 — Click open it and you will see a list of installed apps on your device.
Step 8 — Select the Jazz World and banking apps by tapping on the checkbox.
Step 9 — Press Done and reboot your device too see changes.
This is working for me...
