Hi,
Today i just update new firmware 1.3.6.07 for amazfit GTR.
i not sure what is improvent because it only write bug improvement.
After update , i found more bug happen. Now my compass cannot use / calibrate.
and battery? Mine was before 20+ days with 1.3.6.05 i have only 8 days and almost all off!!!!
I just got my GTR today and it updated to 1.3.6.0.5. For me I noticed turning on the flashlight for a brief test causes my auto brightness to go the max setting. It’s stuck at max brightness all of the time. Rebooting gets it back to normal.

Hello,!!
I have P9000 Lite and (20160318 update).
I don't use Wifi, because the battery.... about 4-6 hours... and.... p9000 off!!
Whatsapp no works fine, with camera!
Notification led no works...
someone else with the same behavior P9000 lite?
Hi
notification led is not present on P9000 Lite..
i have an old version or rom 20160303 and Whatsapp is perfect, no issue at all..
camera also not bad as i expected.
The issue for battery consumption is really regarding smart wake with double tap (the device is awake most time).
Disabling smartwake, results in at least 1 hour more screen on time.
I easily reach 3h of S.O.T. with 4G all day.. and more than 3h 30' is use mix of Wifi/4G
Hello,
In order to find why the battery is draining very fast for same people, I will to try to make stats .
It can be due to incompatibility App or watchface
Can you give me yours informations ?

To add to my previous post, the watch was at about 20%/day for the first 4 months of use with the Dashboard watchface first, then City Elite. I had the internal storage almost filled with music but leaving enough room for firrmware updates. In late May I did a day long bike ride and saw the activity tracking stop a few time for unknown reason (Motion Paused). I thought that maybe rough roads would shake the watch to the point Tap to Wake would misbehave so I disabled it. Or maybe I ran out of memory with several hours of activity tracking? I reduced the size of my playlist just in case.
June 14, with normal activity I saw the battery go from full charge to below 40% in about 9 hrs (so about 7%/hr). I went for a 1-hr run with Bluetooth headphones but drained the battery after 48 minutes. The activity tracking shut down correctly because I could still sync the activity to Strava after recharging the battery. I haven't seen the watch do better than 50%/day since then.
I am now using the Eternal Moment watchface to have a digital battery level readout on the watch instead of using the phone app (along with steps and temperature). Here is what I observed in the last two days :
9am - 100% battery
No GPS, No HR, No Sport, Backlight Auto when unlocked, Silent time off, Tap to Wake off
midnight - 70% (so about 2%/hr)
No GPS, No HR, Backlight Auto when unlocked, Silent time on, Tap to Wake off
zzz (phone charging in living room)
6:30am - 50% (Silent time stop, about 3%/hr)
snoozing
7am - 43% (a few notifications, daily weather update)
snoozing
7:30am - 43% (a few more notifications, checked for firmware update)
9am - 41%
10am - 36% (phone close by, lost sych with phone)
Any idea why the battery drain would be so high in the morning? I will try to keep the phone closer during the night to see if it changes anything.
The watch has been losing sync with the phone several times a day since day 1. To be able to receive notifications on the watch after a sync loss I have to disable/enable Bluetooth on the phone.
Managed to Get About 7 Days out of the watch
With the latest Dev Pacified ROM, I managed to squeeze about 7 days out the watch. I was doing certain thing consciously, to see how far I can go.
Version : Chinese
Firmware : PACEFied 1.2.26a
App : CN - V 1.7.1-Dev (on Android)
Autonomy : About 7 Days ( No GPS : No HR / No sport / Only notifications)
Watchface : Custom with all available Data elements. (10 data elements) Black background with white text
I had auto-airplane mode turned on between 10:00 PM and 06:30 AM.
I also manually turned on Airplane mode whenever the watch was not near the phone. I noticed that the battery drains faster, when the watch bluetooth is on and it can't find the phone.
I had the backlight off during day time.
I set the backlight to brightness setting 1, at night and disabled "Lift wrist". That I way I had to press the watch button to turn on the backlight.
I had notifications turned on incoming calls, messages and calendar.
I had turned on "disable notifications, when the phone screen is on"
I had four alarms on, with the vibrator set at Medium level

Anyone knows a battery stats like app?
My goal is to have some sort of log and tracking of the battery life. How fast it drains, how much hours lasted the last few charges. Battery capacity estimate based on the discharging history.

Hi guys,
I'm in love with my Honor 9 (and with my girlfirend obviously, she's standing right there when I'm writing this post ) BUT there are some issues.
1) The auto-brightness isn't working as it should. Previously I had G3 and the auto-brightness was amazing but with Honor 9 it seems to do whatever the phone wants or what. I'm outside on the sunny day, want to take some photos but the screen is on it's minimal brightness and reacts very slowly or not at all and when I move the slider to the point of max brightness the screen is still darker than it should be (I got the max brightness when I turn off the auto-brightness only). Overall the auto-regulation is sh*t. Do you have the same issue?
2) From what I found this is a well known bug with auto-brightness. The screen is dimming when I open some apps like GMail, Chrome etc. and it's really annoying. Overall the brightness is wierd and even with the auto-regulation off and display on max brightness is dimming sometimes. This should be problem with the EMUI 5.x so I have three questions. Do you have the the same issue? Does B130 solve this (I wasn't lucky to install it and now I can't find it, phone says B100 is the most recent version - they stopped the update?)? Does any of custom ROM's solve this?
Thanks a lot.
I'm on stock ROM B100, EU version, CZE.
That happens with almost any Honor device with nougat (EMUI 5)
In other words, they don't give a fu*k right?
It seems so
Thought so. Can it be solved with other ROM?
I don't know, I've never tested a custom ROM on honor 9
The proximity sensor produces infrared light even when the screen is turned off. I have also tried turning off options like Pocket Mode, Adaptive Brightness and more. Notably, the light is not visible to the naked eyes. You need to use a camera in order to see the light glowing. Also, this is draining my battery quite faster. Please fix the issue ASAP as I am worried right now.
Same issue here
I also tested it using another mobile's camera. I was also able to reproduce the same problem. I think it is also leading to quick battery drain.
On what rom?
Miui stable with custom kernel has that problem. Pixel experience with same custom kernel does not.

How do you know that it is draining your battery?
Did you use BetterBatteryStats or what is the base for comparison?
I have 128Gb version (global) without this issue. Infra is on when display is on and is off when display is off. Bought in Czech Republic.
Correct me if i am wrong, but proximity sensor should be in on state when you are in a call, in order to turn the display off when the phone is close to ear, or when an app is requesting its measurements to proceed to a specified action. Have it in operating state when the screen is off, or when it is not called to do something is bad behaviour and it consumes energy no matter how much it is.
I'm on MIUI Pie Stable 10.1.3.0 with Stock Kernel.
Apart from call purpose, it is used in Pocket mode, Adaptive brightness(for its proper working), etc.
Edit:
I found a solution to this, Go to Settings>Battery>Scenes and turn off Non-interactive mode.
I turned off that option, I will further update if it increases or decreases my SOT.

Still on for me, I'm on latest public beta
Why not to calibrate the poximity sensor by setting, about phone and taping the kernel version, it will turned on engineering mode, choose poximity sensor and test it. Good luck.

Same problem on my poco in latest stable 10.1.3.0. So far I have not found a solution. The suggestions made above don't work.
Lets hope the next build will revert it.
Solved: auto brightness off
Switch off auto brightness and the IR will stop
Hello. I received my Realme GT a couple of days ago. It Is running global 11_A.09 software version. I'm facing a bug with auto brightness off. If i open some system apps screen brightness dims. Do you also have this behaviour? I'm considering to return the phone. Thanks in advance
Luca
Hi, I am currently facing the same problems. I've noticed that the brightness tends to dim when I open apps that have a lot of white pixels. Unfortunately I have no fix yet. Have you contacted realme about this?
I haven't contacted realme because i'm considering to return the phone. I tested different display settings without luck. Checked also for system updates but it is last release. Surprisingly i haven't read about this bug in any review.
