Today I restarted my Mate 20 Pro (EMUI 10.1) and most of my apps do not auto-launch. I later discover that the app launch (Apps > App Launch) is empty and there's no way to configure any app. Does anyone know a solution to this?
I tried installing a new app, and surprisingly it appeared in the "App Launch" list. How do I re-populate all the apps into the list? It now contains only 1 app.

Force stop optimiser app and clear cache only (not data), the other apps will show up.
Had the same issue after 10.1 update, only fix as far as I know is a full factory reset.

It works! Thank you so much for this.
Oops! The symptom returns when I restart my phone. And force closing Optimizer + clear cache do not work this time.

Yeah, you have to repeat your 1st step of installing an app or apk, then open the optimiser app, force stop & clear cache after every reboot.
I kept a small apk just for this purpose until I did a full reset.
Never found a way to fix the issue, full factory reset was the only fix.

Hi -
Since upgrading to 2.1 I can't install anything from the Market... It allows me to download files, but as soon as it goes to the install step, the Market crashes and exits. The same happens each time I try.
Any ideas?
Thank you
Try rebooting

same problem here, market FC (process.com.android.vending force closes)
Same here. Updated today. Everything is working except the market. But my error seems different. I chose download an app an it just keeps stuck at the download started screen. Any suggestions?
It happen to me too today. It keep crashing on installing process.
This is what I do.
Go to settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Choose Market Application -> Click Clear Cache -> Click Uninstall, it will ask whether we want to uninstall market update. I go with Yes, and the uninstalling process proceed.
After that I start my Market application from Apps menu and when it started, it show TOS (Term of Services) which is of course I choose Accept. After that my market works again. But I don't know why it happen. Hopefully this can be help for you guys.
hey guys,
having the same problem here as well.
i had to reflash today due to a bad theme, and when i did so, i restored all files via titanium backup, went to the marketplace, and presto, same FC issue as experienced by others.
any of you had any success with any methods? i might just try to reflash again, if i have no luck....

How do you mean? when you search in the market app, are you saying that they simply don't come up?
are you running a custom rom or are you oem stock?
yes when i search they no longer come up
I'm on stock XEU (UK) KE7
can someone help ?
give me a few minutes... i'm gonna turn my phone off as I'm doing a bit of flashing. i#ll check market for those apps.
I can still find all of those apps in the market, might be a problem with your market then?
okay, I've just looked them up and found them on the market.
I'm quite the noob buddy, so all i can suggest is try to turn the phone off and then on.
sounds like an odd problem. the pros on here are bound to help
I don't know, what should I do then ? :S

Come on.... seriously?
Back on topic: If a factory reset doesn't fix it, it's probably a restriction put on by your carrier/region. Hence, root + marketenabler
Open market and go in settings and in content filtering select "show all apps" and u r done..
Hit THANKS if I helped..

I have the same problem, can't find quite a few apps on the Market, for example MSN Talk or Jefit. Now I tried to find Quadrant and Linpack, but couldn't even find those while before it found them np ! Can it be because I replaced the Vending.apk (with a themed one) ?
I'm having a recent issue with new market on my backup roms..
I'm not sure whether its the new market or the pendo transparent zip that's causing the problem.
Anyone having this issue? Know how to solve this issue?

Restart your phone

Hmm, In this case ...
BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP all other Apps other than GTALK, keep it safe.
Do following Steps
1) Reboot in to CWM Recovery
2) Do full Wipe of Data and Cache
3) Go to Advanced and Wipe Dalvik Cache
4) Reboot and Then try and Login Again ....
Hope this works ... If worked then
5) Install all missing Apps.
You are ready to go
if not I think Full Flash again from ODIN is the last option
Hmmm ....
Did that but after restoring data of other system apps it again stopped working so got hint that problem is because some other application. Again wiped off and
Kept on restoring some system applications till I figured out which application is causing problem ..
Google framework services is the culprit took couple of hours to find it but now it works

Guys, I think they are not working at all. Could it be the problem of new version of play store? I am able to download the apps using mobile data actually but just not over the wifi.
