After new app launch called ZEPP. When I connected to watch, it’s automatically updating and suddenly stoped. Then I rebooted the watch. And now it’s showing the amazfit name on boot screen it stuck on. I contacted to service centre, but they need an invoice. I purchased from amazon, but unfortunately I don’t have an invoice.
The firmware file missed while I rebooted and I want to know how to fix it!! :

I got this for my daughter on eBay, familiar with this since I got one for my son a few months ago. Tried to connect to the MiFit app and keeps telling me "Couldnt Pair, Contact Customer Service". I also noticed there is no option to Factory Reset the watch under settings menu (where my sons has that option).
Is this basically locked? As in the seller sold this to me before they disconnected it from their MiFt account and/or phone? If so, assuming no way around that until Seller removes it off their account.
BIP version is V.0.0.9.29. Bluetooth Address is present (as in its not blank or all 00s or something wierd if someone messed up a firmware upgrade).

So got the option for Factory Reset to show up, after updating the firmware using the Notify & Fitness app on an Android device. However Im not kicking that off. I send a notice to support and seems like what I thought, basically cant use it with the MiFit app because the previous owner (who claimed it was new) has paired this with a MiFit account according to support and cant add it until they remove it, sort of like an iCloud lock. Im asking if they can change it for me as I can prove I purchased it.
Is this issue solved? Or any way to remove my amazfit bip from that mi fit app?
As i tried to make a firmware upgrade to my Amazfit Cor Band with the Notify&Fitness for Amazfit App, the band got stucked when the update initiated and remained so. Now, on the screen, there is only the circle that should fill up while the update progresses, and i cand do nothing else on it. What is your solution? How can i get the band going again? Is there some way to reboot or reset it?
I have the same problem, it began to try to update itself and will not connect to the phone, it's stuck in the update mode so it keeps failing to pair to the phone again after unpaired and app uninstalled, phone restarted etc. Is there a way to get it to 'reset'?

I am struggling to pair the Amazfit Pace with my iphone. I scan the QR Code and get an Error Message that says I need to unpair the device from bluetooth. The problem is, it's not in the bluetooth list for me to unpair it. I tried other devices including an iPhone 5... same error issue. I reset my iPhone, I removed Amazfit App from the storage of my iPhone.
What is this error? What do I need to do? Is this an Amazfit App issue?
I cannot get past the QR Code screen to see or do anything more than drive myself crazy going to the bluetooth setting to remove the device, knowing full well, it's not in the list.

The watch is new? If yes, probably you must first update the firmware using and Android phone with Android 7.1 or older, or use a Huami tool to install at lest firmware 1.3.8. If it's not brand new, probably it was paired with another account, then you must first unpair it properly from that account...
Edit: if you haven't done it yet, restarting the watch a couple of times may help too.
I haven't used the watch for a while. Today I reset it and tried connecting it to my new phone (redmi note 8), and it's stuck telling me to "continue setup on phone screen". The wear os app on the phone says its connected, but the watch is stuck. I cannot find the Zenwatch manager app on play store either. Am I missing something?
Even I am facing the same issue the watch isn't being detected @Asus we need a solution, u can't just make the watch useless
Hello, you have to download and install the Zeenwatchmanager as apk from for example apkmirror. Without the Zeenwatchmanager, I was also unable to connect the watch. Afterwards, the Zeenwatchmanager can be uninstalled.

Since yesterday just this is showing on the watch (see attached file)
I just dont understand what to do..
I have tried uninstalling the app.. didnt help. Disconnecting reconnecting via Bluetooth did not help soft reset did not help. Cant hard reset the watch since its showing just this arrow..
Update starts V5.2.11.1 but when it starts it ends after saying UPDATE CANCELLED. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED WITH THE APP.
