Unwanted call forwarding - Xiaomi Mi 10 Questions & Answers

Hi!
Just switched to a Xiaomi MI 10T Pro after many years of Samsung.
Have a problem I cant find a solution to.
My sim2 receives calls with no problem.
But if someone tries to call my sim1, its being forwarded to my sim2 (the callers phone also shows that the call is forwarded).
I have checked all the settings, none of the cards have call forwarding enabled.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you!

[Q] No incoming calls

I've had the Galaxy S2 for about 2 months now without any problems.
As of last Friday, I can't receive incoming calls. People who try to call me hear one beep and then they get my voicemail.
Outgoing calls work just fine, as does SMS (incoming and outgoing).
I've put my T-Mobile SIM in another phone and then it is able to receive a call. Another SIM in my phone -> same problem: no incoming calls.
So I figured it must be the phone.
Customer support has started an investigation but that can take up to 1 week, so I thought let's ask XDA.
Can it be a simple setting that I've accidentally changed? Pretty often when I take my phone from my pocket, the screen is unlocked so that could be a cause.
If anyone has a clue or an identical situation, please let me know.

Does your phone ring when a call comes in and also does it go straight through to your voicemail?

Straight to voicemail. But I've figured it out after 3 days
There's an option to automatically block all incoming calls in the settings. Must have accidentally been activated when the phone was in my pocket.

In my case, the phone does not ring when I get a call at all. I have searched hi and low and I cant find a solution. I have rebooted, i have reflashed, I have changed my ringtone and nothing seems to work, please help!!
Hello my girlfriends SGS 2 has almost the same problem it cannot receive calls sometimes even though she can call everyone. The problem seems to fix by itself sometimes and it appears random.
I read that there was a problem with the samsung galaxy s when using 2G/EDGE connection with data activated and the problem was that the user could not receive calls randomly.
Can you confirm that you are using 2G/EDGE connection and Data activated? I am also trying to find the cause of this problem...
Hope my research helps good luck and waiting for your reply. (http://www.samsunggalaxysforum.com/...eive-incoming-calls-and-sms-while-using-edge/)
Later EDIT ---
She also has a vodafone provider but i have the same provider and never had this issue. Also no call filtering is done.
Make sure Call Forwarding is Disabled under Settings- Call- Call forwarding. And also try to delete the Voicemail number if you had set any.
Regards.
it's nothing Call Forwarding is Disabled related it is because of EDGE connection you can't have a sync or internet connection and while "dialing" data receive calls if you want to call anyone the network prioritizes and let's you dial whoever you want but it is not the same thing for incoming calls
^ Went over my head !
had the same problem in a bad 3g/data coverage area. solution was simply to turn data off and the calls started to come through.
turned data back on and now working ok.

I cannot see from the screen which SIM the incoming call is on.

Hi I apologise in advance if I am posting in the wrong place or I'm just being a numpty.
I suspect it's me being dumb that's the problem but when someone rings one of my 2 SIMs in my Xiaomi Note5Plus with Global ROM from Xiaomi not flashed, I cannot see from the screen which SIM the incoming call is on. OK, I have 2 different ring tones set-up and that is fine but on silent/no vibration or if I miss the call, it's a real nuisance not knowing which SIM received the call. As an example, if I make a call to each of the SIMs from another mobile, then my phone just shows that I have had 2 calls from that mobile, rather than one call on each SIM from that mobile.
My old THL2015 did this automatically and so I could always tell what was going on.
The reason that this is particularly important for me is that SIM1 is for use by everyone who calls me and SIM2 is my back up line. If someone calls me, I need to know (if they are not in my contact list) whether this is a "real" call or a junk call on SIM2.
Hope all that makes sense and one of you kind people can suggest a Settings solution or an app please.
My thanks for any help offered.

Jio sim "mobile network not available" please help me with this

Hello guys,
I am facing a real big issue after updating to the stable android pie release on my poco f1
I am using a jio sim. The incoming calls are not shown on the phone. Whenever a call comes to my number it never shows on the phone the caller will hear the dialer tone as normal
Also when I try to make a call it shows a message mobile network unavailable, mobile data and sms works fine all this time.
When I reboot the phone none of the issues are there for 15 to 20 minutes then it comes back.
There were no issues when i put the sim in the second sim slot but I need to have the same card.
I am really frustrated about this issue, I have missed many important calls as it never showed up on the phone
I cannot find any one else facing this issue. What could be the reason for this ? I hope it's some kind of software bug that can be fixed.
Please help me to fix this guys
Thank you

[Q] Quick question on a dual-SIM issue

If I am in a call on SIM1 and somebody else is calling me on SIM1 I can see the 2nd call and the caller also gets a notification if he is on the same network or some busy signal after some time if not.
However if I am in a call on SIM1 and somebody else is calling me on SIM2 there is no info on my side and the caller gets a message that I am not in the network or the phone is turned off. That is normally expected for dual-SIM dual-standby but all such dual-SIM phones that I have seen can (as long as you let them know the numbers of the 2 SIMs and you activate a specific option) do a small trick - right before you get into the 1st call (SIM1 above) the phone sets call forwarding from SIM2 to SIM1 and that way you get a call waiting when somebody else calls on SIM2 and he gets a busy signal or similar. At the end of the call any call forwarding added by the phone is of course removed.
The question is of course this - does Poco F1 has such an option and how do I activate it?!

Question Receiving call on both sims at same time

Hello! As per thread title I was wondering if it is possible to receive a call on both sims at same time. To be more precise even while in a call on sim1, I would like to receive or at least being notified of calls received by sim2.
I tried some settings but nothing. Does it depend purely on the sims carrier or is it something at phone setting?
Thanks,
