This is relevant for the following devices:

Amazfit Verge - CN and Global one
Amazfit Stratos a.k.a Stratos 2 - CN and Global one
Amazfit Stratos 3 - CN and Global one
FIRST OF ALL, BOOTLOADER UNLOCK WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY, TURN YOUR CAN INTO A ZOMBIE, START A WW3 AND WILL RENAME YOU TO SOME RANDOM 172 CHARACTERS NAME.
Due to several decisions - the service/bot is terminated for good.

Thanks Saratoga79, I have been trying on this AIO for a few days. It always starts perfectly and I see my Amazfit Verge detected wth Device ID 4b01121b and status is adb device. However, every time I click "Unlock" to procees, my device dissapears in AIO and says "No device detected, pleasse connect a device", the watch showing "FastBoot" with a screen icon, also my destop show up CMD screen and freeze at <waiting for my device>.
verify that you have your drivers installed properly while your watch in fastboot mode, if the app is in its stuck mode, your watch is not detected and probably the drivers are not installed as they should for the fastboot mode.

What specific driver is for Amazfit Verge? As ALL in One show my watch properly, I thought the driver is properly installed. Or, what is the proper way to install the driver?

Follow the link 1immortal provided above. I would say that it is tricky and I still need to try several times. The tool all in one works however once unlocked the watch it will dissapear in the tools and you need to change the driver to bootloader in windows. And once you unlocked the phone you cannot restart the phone since once you restart it relocked again.....yeah it is strange and I somehow keep trying finally get it done. I would say that I just can do it by chance....

With the OTA update 2.3.13 they did not start, they stayed on the log A and then I tried everything I have tried to upload the official rom via the Ingenic Cloner tool

I would need to unblock it or load some official ROM that will go to load on the lock bootloader.
And I found out that the unlocking software doesn't see the SN and I can see it via the cmd command

Watches are now stuck at amazfit logo and I cannot seem to get to fastboot. Does anybody knows, how to get to fastboot via some key combo on Amazfit 2? I could find just Amazfit solution (this "4 seconds" hint), however it does not seem to work for Amazfit 2...

However I got this idea as well before (based on my general android devices experience) however what it does is that it just reboots normally leading to splash screen stuck. It does not matter whether I issue adb reboot bootloader, adb reboot-bootloader or adb reboot lalala. I think it just grasps adb reboot part only and does normal reboot. However, thank you!.

Well, if your watch gets into a bootloop after you use reboot, then something else is wrong... Normal reboot works, just "reboot bootloader" fails?
No, unfortunatelly both normal reboot and reboot bootloader lead to bootloop with Amazfit logo :/
Fastboot finds your device? Can you wipe both data and cache?

Only adb devices sees it. But as I cannot get to bootloader, fastboot does not see it, so I cannot do anything...
Have you ever tried to flash another ROM? It seems that system is broken, that's why you get bootloops and cannot get to bootloader. You have to find a way to do it manually, most devices has some combination at start up to activate recovery and/or fastboot...
Make sure fastboot drivers are installed:

Be aware that the method is really hard to get right, it's unlikely you'll get it immediately. It took me maybe 10 minutes of testing to get it to work
You were right! I can confirm now that this method work also for Amazfit 2, however it is kind of tricky. Took me 20 mins to do it right.

Take the "Huami_AMAZFIT_Tool_1.0.1.1" and click on "reboot bootloader". This works!

That requires ADB, which requires the watch to at least get to that stage, which isn't the case if you break the kernel

I have an Amazfit and I can't get into Fastboot Mode at all. I have tried all of the alternatives described here many, many times. One question: can Windows / USB port influence not being able to enter Fastboot? Should I try on a Windows 7 for example?

What usb port on your phone did you use? I believe it will only work on the side port.
yes I used the side one, does everything but then restarts and enters ancota in Qualcomm Crash .......

Will it go into regular fastboot mode if while the phone is off, hold down volume up and power buttons?

When you tried the above raw install, were you in the normal fastboot or in the fastboot with the error? If you were in fastboot with the error maybe try the normal fastboot mode.
fastboot I never have the error, written error occurs only if I start asus rog phone normally.
With fastboot and lateral usb I did the procedure until the end, then unfortunately when Asus rog starts normal error returns

I know of an ASUS flasher tool. I don't know if it is clean, so be careful. If you have an old computer, I would use it and keep it off your network.

The fastboot beats, I can see serial number my stratos.
But my bootloader is locked!
Although the command with the unlock code is accepted, OKay writes, and when checked with the command "fastboot getvar unlocked"
I get "no", i.e. blocked.

Unfortunately that's a big mistake...
I think you can only try using Cloner Tool (check for the thread) to re-flash Stratos 3 original firmware, but I'm not sure if it will work.

Pictures are missing in Cloner Tool thread, but still understable.
Something you may check is your Serial Number (SN) and bootloader status.

At amazfit bit they manage to flash ,as I read here.
I am willing to try anything, in any case I have it with Chinese language.
I already manage to flash 2 different roms of other versions of gtr2 LTE and esim ,in case that I successfully change the I'd but no have any result.the watch stuck in recovery but doesn't brick. Still in Chinese rom.
If found the global firmware I will try same method as they used to change amazfit bit u

When watch becoming brick and when connect to original zepp app,on the sync screen pairing mode I see that the watch and introduction is in English but after sync coming again to Chinese.
Through gadgetbridge I manage to connect to gtr2e, taking the authentication key and adding on the begging of the key -0x in order to connect to the app but when I am trying to flash the files throw the gadget bridge getting the msg ---Element can not be installed"
I believe if I can manage to surpass this ,the job will be done.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Now I am trying to flash older version cn and after flashing re,and font in order to try to use it with magical unicorn app if this will change the language
after downgrade cn version to 1.3.1.02
And flashing all the files via notify app ,I manage to install successfully only by the following order the fonts and res from global.
Now I am trying to push the fw somehow.
Can I edit somehow the .fw in order the gadget bridge will allow the installation? Cause I am still getting this element cannot be installed.
I tried all the filemanagers available on playstore.

sure but you may brick it you need an unlockedboot loader and you just need fastboot enhanced from github

Can i flash that rom using oxygen updater without unlocking the bootloader?

Thanks for sharing the files .. but what are the steps.. unlock bootloader and flashing Oos using fastboot enhanced !

well it is not complicated as it seems it;s better to just watch a video on it honestly but you just go to your developer settings and hit "oem unlock" and just go to your bootloader and plug it up into your pc and go "fastboot oem unlock" and bam but to use the fastboot enhanced actually it and just go to fastboot visualizer and select your payload bin and it just takes care of it for you but i do recommend just watching a video lol

uh, you can try but i doubt it would ever work without it since the data that is inside the folder zip is essential for a certain model! so you can give it a shot but i don't really think it would work without it being unlocked.

I tried but i failed so i am still on colorOS, however, i am actually satisfied ..
but let me tell you the problem i faced.
using fastboot enhance
in fastboot D when flash, i always receive the below message and of course i didn't ignore becuase as reported always lead to bricked device.
moreover, the device name always chamge from taro in fastboot to ossi in fastboot D .. i don't know why

This is because you need to delete those COW partition files before moving forward.

already deleted .. this happened after i deleted cow partition .. i followed every single step over and over but the problems happned.

I had the same message. I tried changing from slot A to slot B and the message didn't appear and it flashed successfully.
