Recently I have unlocked my Sony Xperia xz1 dual(g8342) to install pixel experience, but the experience was buggy so I decided to roll back to stock OS and relock my bootloader, I have moved back to my stock rom but has not been able to lock my bootloader using fastboot oem lock. It always failed with an error. Can any please tell me any other way to lock it's bootloader.
Sorry, once unlocked, you can never relock it again.

I unlocked my phone, rooted and installed custom Rom e.g. elegancia's ROM. Now I want to relock, when I use fastboot oem lock to relock it after flashing stock recovery or leaving custom recovery. In both cases my phone does not go beyond boot loader, if i reboot it remains on boot loader does go and boot ahead, till I unlock it again using Unlock_code.bin from HTC dev. And unlocking wipes off all the settings and applications as expected.
So how can I relock the phone but it boots normally.
I previously had HTC Legend, I rooted and installed cyanogenmod and then relocked as well but it works fine. What I am doing wrong with my Desire X?

Hello,
I have recently got an xperia X with a locked bootloader with unlocking not allowed. Does anyone know of a way round this or a way to root without unlocking the bootloader? Thanks
please give me your screen shot about that
in short, NO there is no way but
xperia x came on android 6, downgrade to android 6, extract TA.img (drmkeys), unlock the bootloader, upgrade to android 7.1.1, flash patched kernel, restore TA.IMG and relock your bootloader as if it was never unlocked
you will have ROOTED device, with locked bootloader!
i explain the above process in one line! but its a long method and takes sometimes 5hrs ( including internet downloading stockrom time)
I made a huge mistake and I have no idea how to fix it. Google turned up nothing, so I made this thread.
Previously, I had rooted my Honor 6X. After a week or so I wanted to unroot, so I did. Unfortunately, I messed up. I do not know when, but I did.
I want to flash the stock images to their partitions. The problem is that fastboot can't flash any partitions because OEM unlocking is not allowed. As I understand, the bootloader needs to be relocked to allow OEM unlocking. There the issue begins: to allow OEM unlocking, I need to relock the bootloader and to relock the bootloader, I need to allow OEM unlocking. Until I'm able to fix this, I can't flash the stock images.
For reference, when I'm in fastboot&rescue mode, under the Android it says "PHONE Unlocked" in red text and "FRP Lock" in green text.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Hi there . Recently i just rooted my phone and unlocked the bootloader but i want to roll it back to stock status.
I read a lot and i can not understand ,
Is it possible to lock the bootloader on that phone or not ? If yes ,how ?
EDIT : I tried with fastboot commands oem relock but it didn't work .I removed the root but still need to lock the bootlodaer
Hey, you can flash official firmware into your device and get back to the stock firmware without root. But you can't re-lock the bootloader. I have tried so many command in fastboot and any of em doesn't work.

I was able to remove the root manually so no need to reflash stock frimware, but about bootloader still not successed to lock it even via flash tool BLU option. There should be warning that you can't lock it once its unlocked damn..

Yes indeed. I've tried that too. apparently you can't relock the bootloader in newer devices. Only thing to do right now is, hope that Sony will release some kind of commands to relock the bootloader. Unless there's no other way.
