Hi all,
After updating to the last stable (12.0.3) it pop up a problem with my work account connected to Office 365. You can see the error on the first attachment. It fails to sync the account. When I go to the settings (2nd screenshot) and try to manually sync the account it simply dont work. What to do? Is there some workaround or something?

I was able to sync my Xda2 running on wm2003se without any problem till a few days back when i started getting "Synchronization Error" while i am trying to sync. The Activesync hooks up, and it shows the name of the mobile device that is in use, and then when it has to sync the Outlook datas and "files" it says "Synchronization Error".
I am still able to install apps, and use the "explore" feature. just that it is not Synchronizing!
please help me out... thanx a lot in advance!

I have also started getting "Syncronization error" when connecting my XDA2. Does any one have a solution for this?
I have upgraded to WM 6.1 Version 3.56.651.0 and I can not sync via wireless to my exchange server. If I remove the calendar and email, I can sync the contacts. If I add them back I get an error. I do not recieve an error code. Has anyone heard of this issue or know of a fix? Thanks!
After updating my phone to DCD 3.2.0 I restored my contacts/tasks/calender/etc. via Pim Backup. This caused an error when trying to sync, but I'm unsure why exactly.
I resolved it by deleting my pim (starting fresh) info and synced again letting the computer update contacts/tasks/calender/etc. and it synced without issue.
Unsure if this will help with the exchange server
Hi, i Bought a new HTC Rader yesterday.
I am unable to set up the gmail account.
it says "Attention Required" and it details my account information are not correct.
< I check my id and password
< the password is not the same number of letters i typed.
< i correct them and save
< and see the same error again
I also tried to set up by others( POP/ IMAP)
but same thing.
Similar type of problem is also discussed in a google forum unable to find any answer.
Help?
Do you have 2-step verification setup in you Gmail account? If you do you have to follow the instructions on how to create a temporary password to allow WP7 access to the account.
I'm a bit late here, but when I have "Battery Save" mode, my student google apps account doesn't sync and asks me for a password. If you have that enabled, try to sync without it.
This could be the 2-step verification as mentioned above, or the issue that's been addressed in the latest Windows Phone update, check here:

Hi guys i am having real trouble accessing my hotmail account, everytime i try and sign in i keep getting this error "We’re having a problem with signing in. Make sure that you have good reception. If you do, the problem may be at the other end. Wait a little while and try again."
I have tried doing the time and date fix but i still get the error
did you try login to web account live.com with PC? if all OK only splution is reset to factory default (dont forget to backup important data)...

I have a problem with google account on the Oneplus one. It can't synchronize since 29/01/2017. I have deleted account, I have wiped cache, I've tried to forced sync and nothing! I was changing the time, i was sync other device with this account (successfully) and tried to sync other account on Oneplus (it's failed). I have deleted apps that was installed or updated last week.
I thought that this is problem connected with google account, but now I've found that others accounts (like cyanogen, bank applications) also had synchronized last time on the 29/01/2017 at 11 pm.
I'm on 6.0.1 and Cyanogen OS 13.1.2-ZNH2KAS3P0-bacon .
Any ideas?
