Hi ,I bought my HTC One X + 2 days back, it was running quite smoothly over these days but since today I'm encountering a problem with Google play store. Whenever I open play store it crashes. Sometimes it goes into "loading" part and then crashes, Tried clearing cache and disabling the store and Google framework many times it works again for a few seconds and then problem reappears. Can it be because of slow internet connection ? I'm having problems with my internet connection too.
Anyone else having the same problem ? Please help me out.
Thank you
Hey, people
Odds are good this has been treated before. If so please link me to the thread? Thanks.
I've been having issues updating apps on Google play. The portion if the app to he updated is downloaded and it just freezes there. It looks like there's a problem adding the increment to the original file. How to fix?
I thought it was a problem with my Moto G, but it continues with my OnePlus One and it's annoying. Sometimes it completes, somtimes it just stays there and prevents other updates. Sometimes I'm able to finish the update by stopping and restarting. Sometimes even that doesn't help. Sometimes quickly resetting the connection by toggling USB tethering or just connecting to a laptop triggers a completion. Sometimes nothing at all happens.
I've tried clearing data and cache for Google play and services, like was suggested in a thread I read somewhere. No dice. Even Google+ just froze.
Can anyone help me?
Anyone?
I have gone to the point of factory resetting. But whenever I do something that involves the camera, sometimes it freezes up on me and reboots.
Snapchat crashes my phone whenever I open it, and when I tap the gallery option on instagram. CRASH! Even my camera app caused my phone to lock up. To get it working again I have to wait a long time. And then it could still reboot on me. Sometimes I have managed to quickly go in and out of snapchat to get it open. But now I've tried 3 times and it has all crashed all those times!
Please help me, I'm 90% close to ditching Cyanogenmod and their stupid issues I have to deal with.
This is urgent, and annoying!
Thanks, Liam.
Hi
I'm facing few issues with LG which I never heard or seen on any other phone
1. Whenever you restart the fingerprint will not work for the first time and you have to unlock from pattern.
2. At times phone will become hot to very hot for no reason.
3. Along with issue 2 the phone become slow and very laggy unless you delete few apps. Don't know which app is causing issue coz I reinstalled apps again and no issue. What i do is clear some space so total free memory after deleting apps should be morethan 10 GB
3. Most intresting my phone shows the shadow of previous screen.
say I'm using facebook and then switched to whatsapp. Now on whatsapp I can see shadow of facebook app on screen.
OR
I will do the reverse and I can see my keyboard and whatsapp chat on facebook.
4. If I play heavy games there is a sound coming from the screen. It sound like a short circuit sound and keep coming till game is going on and go away after that. This happens sometimes and not everytime. If charger is connected then sure it will come.
5. My phone is dual sim and sometimes or few times in a day both sims signals will go off and come back again. Its like airplane mode. But this never happened when I was using only one sim.
Yeah rest my phone is okay.
using latest update 7.0 original firmware.
Anyone faced these issues or any reason why so many issues ?
Hey guys!
I've been experiencing some regular random restarts and app crashes. The phone restarts randomly with the Auto Restart Option being turned off and some of the apps crash and I get a notification that the app is experiencing multiple crashes. Then I go to the Device Care and I see that it says that a certain app has experienced multiple crashes. Some of the apps were the Camera App, GBoard, Settings, Google APP etc. Did not have any issues with the device until now. I have factory reset the phone and cleared the partiotion cache. Now the phone restarts randomly at least once a day but it still experiences the issue with the app crashes. Have you guys experienced something like this? I have researched the issue on the web but could not find any particular fixes. I do not think that this is a hardware issue as the phone charges (wired/wireless) and it does not restart randomly during charing. The device also connects to my pc with USB cable without problems as well. I also self checked everything in the Samsung Members app. Everything was working properly. Do you have any suggestitions or advise on how to fix that?
Many thanks!!!!!

I don't have a suggestion for an instant fix. But I suspect one of two possibilities:
1) One other non-Google app running in the background is the culprit.
You don't say whether you did a massive uninstall of apps. Either uninstall one at a time to see if there's improvement. Or all of them.
2) Something is corrupt in the metadata that came from your most recent Android OS patch. Best solution but the most effort would be to do a factory reset and introduce apps slowly over days.
Hi guys I just wanted to mention that something similar happened to my S21. And in my case, it was related to the way I charged my phone. So, I had this very long zoom meeting and my phone was dying so I plugged my phone to a USB port extender plugged to my laptop. My phone was charging super slow probably for an hour or two. After that the random shutting down started nonstop. I restarted, clean the phone app cache, nothing worked. I found the solution: Just properly charge your phone! So I just turned my phone off and plugged to my Anker fast charger and let it plugged until it hit the 85% (I have that option on to extend the battery life) And this fixed the problem .
