Hello my screen on my phone is broken. I bought a new one and i replace it but it still has no picture. I need to backup messages, contacts, call history etc. I know that usb debugging needs to be enabled but as it is understood with a black screen it is not possible at this moment. Is there another way? The phone opens normally and I see the MYA-L11 folder in Windows explorer but I do not have access cause cant enable mtp access. Please help me
How to connect via adb tot get them? Or, is it possible to copy entire rom to another phone? e.g. Y6 2017 MYA-L41?

Hello everyone,
My aunt gave me a chinese smartphone (n9000 i9220 pad) with the lcd screen broken.
I tried to control it from my pc with this software ([email protected]). It NEEDS USB debugging to be activated in order to work. Since my aunt obviously didn't have it activated, I could only see the smartphone's screen when I entered to recovery (Where i think debugging it's activated by default). So I need to activate the USB debugging option with no image from the smartphone. To archieve this, I found a solution that consists in editing manually a file on /system, but since it's not rooted, I don't have write permissions on /system.
I'm not gonna die if I can't do this, but I want to know if it's really possible.

*I can access the smartphone with adb, so If anyone needs more info that I could retrieve from it, just tell me.
Hello. I've been messing around with my phone's system files and now I have a most likely a bootable "bricked" phone. I can boot it up, but my problem is that all the gapps wont work, somehow arent visible in my menu, and also my android keyboard fails to load and I have to force quit it whenever I want to type something. I can't type at all. I can navigate through Menu, Settings, etc. After a hard reset, mostly stock apps have disappeared.
If there is someone who would like to help me, I would like to share some additional infos. Also, if is there somebody who owns an Alcatel 975/Vodafone Smart 3, please share your device files with me. I would apreciate.
You can try (Android Commander) for saving the entire local data (storages does not count) also ADB drivers for your device to be recognized.
Hi
My mother has a stock BQ Aquaris 5 HD, probably running on 4.3
Someone spilled a chemical fluid over the phone, and it stoped working. She took it to a local shop where they tried to clean and dry it, but somehow they managed to strip off the touchscreen connector on the mainboard.
The phone actually turns on, but it is impossible to use the touchscreen. No debug was activated. No SD card was installed, so everything was on the main storage. Replacing the mainboard is not an option as the storage will be lost anyways...
I started the phone on recovery mode, allowing me to backup all the data on the SD cart, resulting in a .backup file, which i cannot manage to open in any way. I tried to use Android Backup Extractor (ABE) but it only works with .ab extensions. Changed the extension manually and it did not work either.
I request help, if anybody knows how to recover the pictures and contacts from that file, or if there is some way to enter the main storage unit with a locked screen...
thanks in advance
Anybody?
Hello everyone
First, sorry for my English
I have an Honor 8X whose screen has crashed (but not the touchsreen overlay).
I would like to recover some files from the internal memory, but I can’t unlock the phone cause I can’t see anything.
Is there a way to recover those files, with adb drivers for example*?
Developer Mode is enable but not usb-debug (I switch it off when don’t use).
I tried [email protected] but usb-debug is required.
Thanks*!
Interested in pulling all the data off of a Pixel XL that has a broken screen. It lights up in some places, but doesn't respond to touch. The fingerprint on the back responds but since the phone has been restarted, it requires a keypin. I have all google cloud/backup services disabled.
Is there a way I can manipulate the screen with a dev kit or other software while it's connected to my PC? I know the pin, obviously, but I can't enter it to enable file transfer for USB.
Thanks
@garrisonxci
If ADB ( read: USB debugging ) is enabled on phone, then several PC tools are available to bypass and/or even remove FRP lock via ADB, e.g TenorShare 4ukey.

4ukey deletes all data from the device, that doesn't help at all but I appreciate your reply.

This is for Samsung phones only and it costs money. This doesn't help either, but thanks for your reply

Actually you would need to disassemble the device and to a JTAG to the eMMC. It does cost money to get everything and some skill is required as it's no easy task. Any other method may be troublesome trying to retrieve data
