So after updating the phone to miui 11, the file transfer mtp using USB was not working...
Tried everything, installing drivers, changing pc, cable. lit every possible thing...
Finally decided to flash an older version of rom.
it was successful, but still, usb file transfer was not working.
So, thought to install custom rom, and for that, i installed twrp, and by mistake, i cleaned everything including the system.
now, my phone got dead. but still, fastboot bootloader mode was working, So, I tried a different bunch of commands that I found over internet. but nothing worked.
So, again I flashed the stock rom using mi tool, and it broke the last working thing also(fastboot screen).. and my phone stuck in a loop. it just vibrates and turns on-off without any indication on-screen(no Mi logo, no charging light, nothing)...
at last, tried EDL mode, but still no luck, i tried different version of stock rom using EDL mode also. nothing working....
Need help to fix this phone.

Hello all!
I'm new there but I'm not capable of finding any solution to my problem. I tried on my phone customRom named MysitcOS v6 (for Xaomi redmi note) ported to my device. I got only booting phone without IMEI and baseband unknown. Flashing NVRAM.bin (from stock) using flash tool didnt help. On this rom usb is working fine. When I flashed whole stock rom using sp flash tool including nvram. Almost everything is working well. When I plug usb to phone it charges only and in device manager there are no changes. I must reboot phone wuth usb plugged every time I want establish usb connection. When I flash back Mystic os from recovery USB is working fine again and after every stock rom flash usb doesnt work well. Do you ave any ideas why this happens and maybe how to get rid of this problem? Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I've got a Nubia N1 Lite (NX597J) to mess around with, and wanted to try modifying the ROM. I can enter developer mode and allow bootloader unlocking, adb also works. What I can't do is use USB while booting, or in the recovery menu. No fastboot or sending ROM images via adb to the recovery software. The phone doesn't connect to the computer at all (I'm using Linux, it should at least show up in dmesg). Recovery log says
Code:
musb_pullup 2498: no USB cable, don't need to turn on USB
A couple times, even though the cable is connected and works in Android proper. I've tried USB2 and 3 ports, on a hub and directly on the motherboard. It shows up as 0e8d:2000 MediaTek preloader when turned off and, very briefly, as 0e8d:2008 when booting into recovery.
Am I missing something, or is the recovery image just broken on this phone? I've tried both the EU and US firmware, which is a bit more recent.
Do I need some tool that interacts with the preloader, maybe? I have found this guy who's been messing with a phone that has the same SoC.
Have you managed to get it into recovery mode? I just get a dead android picture :/
I've accidentally broken it by flashing the US ROM but my phone is the EU version. Boots up okay but has lost the IMEI and once the screen turns off won't turn on again - unless I reboot it.
Have so far failed to re-flash with the correct EU ROM - it just fails half-way through.
No, and I'm in the same situation with the firmware.
My Zenfone 4 Selfie(ZD553KL) is bootlooped, doesn't starts after the zenfone logo (restarts). I've tried adb sideload (it worked normally) the latest firmware, wiping all data including cache and nothing happenned. Asus FlashTool didn't recognize the smartphone in CSC fastboot mode. I guess it was because my USB debugging probably wasn't active. What can I do?
Firmware: 15.0400.1903.508
Not Rooted.
No Custom Recovery.
No OEM
EDIT: I managed to start the phone, but it keeps restarting a lot before proper start of the android (10min restarting until it starts). I've activated USB debbuging now, but still want to solve this.
in an earlier thread of mine i said that, quote unquote, "a friend of mine helped me download a custom kernel, but that failed and caused a bootloop. we then tried flashing various other custom roms and eventually they booted up, just to reveal the unsuccessful decryption error". once i managed to solve this i went back to MIUI for a bit and then decided to open the bootloader on another computer, not my main one. i went back to my main computer and i couldn't even connect the phone via fastboot to flash the recovery: it just made the windows 10 usb disconnecting sound and showed, on my phone, "press any key to exit fastboot" or something like that. i went back to that other computer and tried flashing TWRP (it worked, but asked for a non-existent password once again) and then flashed orangefox, which worked. now i'm back on my main computer and i wanted to flash AEX, but i still couldn't connect to the computer. i tried switching ports/cables, what should i do? i do not wanna keep using MIUI, that is just one of the ****tiest ROMs ever.
still lightyears ahead of emui
somehow its common problem on windows 10, try connect using usb hub
if it still happen, try to google it, there's other solution for it, but using usb hub is the best solution imo
Hello:
I have Xiaomi Mi10 5g with xiaomi.eu that works fine but I wanted to put an original stock rom. The pc does not recognize it in fastboot, it only happens with this phone, we have three more xiaomi in the family and the pc recognizes all of them, the custom twrp restarts and does not start, it does not let me reset to factory, that is, I cannot do nothing to change the rom.
Can someone tell me what can I do?
Thanks. Regards.
Finally, the problem was dirt in the charging connector.
I cleaned it very well with isopropyl alcohol and the PC recognized the phone.
I was able to load the stock rom and close the bootloader by fastboot.
Regards.
