Hi everyone,
I've purchased a Realme 7 (RMX2155, i think it's EU version) and there's no VoLTE/VoWIFI settings in SIM settings, yet I've seen them on indian version.
My network provider told me that both were active for my SIM but they are greyed out on a third party app that normally allows to modify them.

Does anyone have an explanation ?
Thx
In my (new) Realme 7, opening Settings & typing 'VoLTE' into the search bar gives a Notifications toggle so something must be installed, does it need something extra from your network provider?
Hi, i have same problem on RMX2111GDPR_11_C.08 (even previous versions) ~ Realme 7 5G EU Android 11. On Volte enabled SIM, working in other phones, no enable button in settings even not possible to enable it in EngineerMode.
Can someone confirm working VoLTE (HD Calls) on UI 2.0 / Android 11 ?
Or in UI 1.0 / Android 10? To proove rollback is the right solution.
EDIT: No change in new version C09.
So, no change with new Android 12 / Realme UI 3.0.
So i will try transplant realme mobile services apk from priv-apps from realme 9i which support VoLTE in T-Mobile CZ. It seems the problem is with login to operator IMS.
I have tested Vodafone CZ and VoLTE / VoNR work with it.
So problem is operator specific, not network HW becase both uses Huawei base stations.

You can't enable band agregation, it's an hardware feature. Your phone can connect either to B3 or B7 depending on Your carrier and Your location but not the two at the same time.

not understand. in india Jio network support B3+B5+B40
The op want to activate "4G+", which is one name for band aggregation. The redmi note 3, even the special edition, does not support that.
If the op just want to activate the B3 and B7 bands because his carrier support this two bands but somehow he never connects, it's another problem, and idk how to help with that.
The default configuration of the RN3 should support those bands. I'm located in france and it doesn't matter which rom I use it connect to B3, B7 and other depending on where I am.
Helloo!!! So , there is that . I was using VoWiFi ( Wifi Calling in some countries ) and suddenly it stoped working ...I'm running 9.0 Pie Global with February patch....anyone having issues with that ? or anyone having issues with that on android 10 ? since the update is around the corner ?
Update to the Latest firmware and apply the code in the phone dialler

Now use a carrier who supports wifi calling !!

Hello,
just when I thought this phone couldn't get any more annoying, it was the most difficult phone i've ever had to root.
And then basic things like Android auto didn't work at all.
Now, to take the biscuit, after updating to UI 3.0 i've lost VoWiFi, makes it utterly useless for me now.
I take it i'll have to wait until my phone network enables it?
Propably you must wait for new update.
And 5g doesn't work either, on either sim.
This update is seriously bad
Beta, right?

This is the official UI 3 ota from RealMe. Can't believe its such basic things not working properly
Try resetting your settings/phone, it may resolve issue, for me VoWiFi is working. However Android Auto is still an issue with earlier as well as current update. OTG disconnects after 10 minutes.

Hi dear! Do you have CN version? right?
I have Cn version and after updated to "C10" Th phone lost VoWiFi and VoLTE in Settings! I can't testing 5G, bz don't have this standard in the city.
I swapped to global version rom. Then UI 3 Android 12 update was near enough forced onto my phone. But everything works fine on the global ROM.
For some reason my phone does not give me the option of choosing which network mode to use. Wondering if this is because I have removed some of the Chinese apps. Would anyone be able to show me where this option resides in the menus? Thank you.
Yes me too i am trying to activate volte and Real vowifi. I have installed système ui tuner but non option available. I Can eliminate thé warning high sound message but no more for instance
I have tried resetting my phone and still have no way of selecting LTE/NR/GSM on my handset. Is anyone else in the same boat?

If you have a look on the Network Profiles (Settings / Mobile Networks / Select one SIM card / Access Point Name / Press the i icon on the corresponding APN / Network (below) there is a list of network connection types : LTE, EDGE, ...
However deselecting LTE does not seem to help.
If you wish to disable 5G, you may go to Battery Settings then "Optimisations" where you'll be able to "Disable 5G".
Thank you for responding. I get the same settings, but they don't let me pick 5g. The only way I have managed it is using the android engineering menu that various apps can open.

Yes i use shortcut maker
This guide will show you how to enable VoWIFI/VoLTE on Xperia 5 IV(it should work on 1 IV) phones without rooting /unlocking bootloader.
Tested on XQ-CQ62 (US model ) , Tmobile mvno (ultra mobile).
Currently it works even after restart for me but apparently after each restart it should stop working and you would have to redo the process.
Thanks to devs of pixel volte patch(github) and shizuku app devs.
Requirements:
Developer settings enabled
Shizuku app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=moe.shizuku.privileged.api
Pixel IMS apk https://github.com/kyujin-cho/pixel.../download/1.2.3/dev.bluehouse.enablevolte.apk
Process
Open shizuku app

}
Turn on and open Wireless debugging by pressing on the name.(its not just a toggle)
Open pixel ims (it will ask you to grant shizuku permission )
And after that press on the icon in the lower right corner (name of your carrier).
After that you should be able to see this in settings
Choose your own wifi calling preference.
Last screenshot is just showcase
Thanks. Working on my Xperia 10 IV - SEA firmware on Vodafone NZ
Thanks so much for this. I've been going round and round with Verizon and Sony, each pointing their finger at the other one. Very frustrating. Then I found this and it works great, and is maintained across restarts. Thanks to all!
