This does sounds surprising but apparently, my phone got bricked while I was restoring it to factory default settings.
Now the boot screen shows up for a minute and then the phone restarts back to the boot screen again and again.
Please help me, how can I unbrick my phone.
if all fail, try 2 point flash, need to open the case to acces the back of the phone. find youtube for more precise info. can be done yourself if u don't give up unless there is hardware trouble.
i give some link

I need help immediately cause I am paniking. So I rooted my phone using the KingRoot application, and after the root was succesful used SuperSu-Me to remove KingRoot. SuperSu-Me installed SuperSU on my device which in turn had to install an update, so I let it do its thing. After the update was installed SuperSU prompted me to reboot my phone so i did. Problem is the phone has been stuck for about half an hour in the shifting shapes screen, fastboot doesn't work. I have tried hard reseting it but the problem persists.

Thank you for replying. I'm sorry I don't know what a recovery is. My phone is Starmobile Knight luxe lollipop 5.1 . Help I cant afford to buy a new one What would I do in this situation . I'm thinking of removing the battery then putting back it again. It won't even turn off just stucked on the logo.

First, please don't follow instructions you're finding on this specific forum since it's for the OnePlus X, not the Starmobile. Secondly you needed to unlock your bootloader first, since you didn't from the sounds of it you can't boot into Android since it's now tampered. You'll need to boot into recovery, usually by pressing Power + Volume Down until it loads and factory reset your device.

Try to find out your solution in your device's forums, since this forums is for the OnePlus X and not the Starmobile Knight Luxe.
If your device is stuck on the bootup screen, you need to go to fastboot mode, unlock the bootloader (if you haven't), flash a custom recovery, boot into the recovery, and factory reset the device. It should work.
Guys!!! Thank you for all your suggestions. I did flash a custom recovery but it fails simultaneously. I just let it fix on a local phone repair shop just paid a few bucks
So I tried to flash TWRP with Flashr on my J3, but when I booted into recovery a blue screen came up saying that system software not authorized by AT&T was found on your device. I got nervous and decided to flash a stock firmware on to my J3, but it fails every time. I finally got to like 10% but then it failed and a blue screen saying,"An error has occured while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC Software." Smart Switch crashes every time I put in my serial number though so now I'm stuck with a bricked phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated :fingers-crossed:

Try flashing again with Odin, but this time use older versions, maybe v3.10.6 or v3.09.
Solution
I flashed a random root file that I found on another xda post and it managed to boot.

Next time, try not to flash files blindly, because any file that is wrong can brick your phone.
Hello Everyone, this is my first post on the forum, and I'm quite new, so forgive me if I'm posting on the wrong place, just trying to get some answers.
I bought my Xiaomi around May 2017, and I've been having problems with it. For months, whenever I was watching a video on Facebook (Yes, only happened on Facebook, weird), it would crash and I had to shut it down continually clicking on the shut down button.
But now it just broke. After trying to restart it, it got stuck on bootloop, and just keeps restarting over and over with the MI Logo. I had TWRP installed and I can't boot it. I can only boot to fastboot, and I tried to install the firmware from scratch using Mi_flash_tool, and it marked "success", however, after restarting, bootloop again.
I tried different recoveries and different firmwares, but nothing works.
I was hoping you would have some kind of solution.
It was running the V9.2.2.0.MBFMIEK firmware.
Thank you in advance,
Yonian
Is there a way to get a boot log without recovery?

flash latest twrp through fastboot. boot into twrp recovery and download a custom rom + latest firmware and transfer to phone or sdcard. install firmware and custom rom, then reboot. u should be fine
I installed both twrp and stock recovery while trying to figure this out, without solution.
Either I try to boot into recovery, or into system the result is the same, bootloop.
I can only boot to bootloader.
Thank you
Hello guys,
Sorry if this has been posted, but I was unable to find it on the forum, and I searched, a lot.
Problem is that suddenly, the phone got stuck in an infinite boot loop. It powers up, shows the white screen with black letters Blu boot up screen, and then powers back off. Then repeats.
I'm able to press the Volume Up key, and it gets to the Recovery menu, but before I can do anything, it powers back off, and then repeats the loop.
Any ideas? Help? Will be much appreciated. Thank you!
Try reflashing Lollipop stock ROM using SP Flash Tools with proper drivers.
Install VCOM drivers for MTK.
1. Download SP Flash tools for the BLU Vivo 5/A55 Slim from here
2. Download the repair ROM for the BLU Vivo 5 from here. This will remove everything on your phone, completely resetting it.
Note: This is the repair ROM for the BLU Vivo 5. If you are on some other Device, please use a google search and locate the repair ROM for your specific device. It will be approximately 1 to 2 GB in size.
3. Flash the repair ROM to your phone with SP Flash Tools.
4. Use OTA to update your phone to Marshmallow.

Hi Letrix, thank you for the reply. I've seen some posts about re-flashing, but the idea is to keep the information on the phone, specifically, the photos. Is there any alternative to re-flashing without loosing the information?

Same problem here!
You can't do anything, the only way is go to Mi Store and get it repaired there or go to your nearby phone repair service. You can't unlock the bootloader because your Mi Account isn't accociated to unlock the bootloader.
