The mi flash finishes the process in 1 second I don't know how to solve someone has a script command for me to try via CMD the commands I tried to type are not working

After 2-3 hours of work I finally managed to unlock my Honor5x, but my phone seems to **** up on these few steps of the xda guide:
Step 9
Boot back into the bootloader by typing the following
"adb reboot bootloader"
Step 10
Flash the recovery with the following command:
"fastboot flash recovery twrp_kiwi.img"
Step 11
Once it finishes type the following
"fastboot reboot"
My phone gets recognized by adb generally, but whenever I use the command adb reboot bootloader, immediately after my phone doesn't get recognized by fastboot, so the following steps don't work. The phone is in bootloader mode however, and it DOES say that it's unlocked.
Things I've tried:
Using different USB ports
Using different USB s
Unplugging and replugging while my phone is in fastboot
Installing TWRP from the TWRP manager app (It gives me an error with every single version that's available. The error message is "Something went wrong. Flashing recovery was unsuccessful. Either you already have this recovery installed or another error has occured. Would you like to attempt rebooting to recovery now?" Pressing the button reboot now doesn't do anything.
Re-enabled developer mode and made sure that usb debug and oem unlock are both enabled.
Computer is: Win 10 64 bit

Guys I have been trying to unlock the bootloader to install lineage os on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. But when I open the Mi Unlock Tool it doesnt recognize the phone in fastboot mode and the I cant press the unlock button. I have tried every precaution and step there is
1) I tried it even by installing developer rom
2)Installed every xiaomi driver and adb drivers. The device shows up when I do the fastboot devices command in platform tools but is not recognized in the unlock tool
3)enabled usb debugging, oem unlocking and linked my mi account to device.
4) Applied for permission and got the approval because i reach the unlock button in the unlock tool even though i didnt get a sms from them saying that i got the permission
5)tried it with another xiaomi phone (Redmi 3s) with all of the above steps nad another laptop still couldnt press the unlock button
6) The only time I was the unlock tool recognized my phone in fastboot and allowed me to press the unlock button was when I installed an older version of The MI Unlock Tool. Even then it got stuck at 50% saying " Couldnt verify device need to update the unlock tool from mi.com/unlock.
Please help me I am really tired of MIUI and its bugs. I have spent hours trying to solve the problem and I simply cant find a solution
Thanks in Advance

Hello, currently trying to flash TRWP in my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. Already unlocked the bootloader and everything but ive just hit a brick wall. The fastboot console recognizes my phone when i type fastboot devices, but when i send the command to flash the recovery nothing happens, the CMD just stops responding as if is loading something but i have waited for about 1 hour and nothing happens, can someone please shine me a light on this problem? Thank you in advance .
Hi , did you bricked your device or what is going on ?
If the problem is just fastboot terminal then reinstall your drivers and disable driver signature , also use USB deview aplication to uninstall hidden drivers for your device : https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html
Another way is to install this version of minimal adb and fastboot:

My phone is Redmi Note 4 (India).I had previously flashed a custom ROM and then reverted back to miui. Since I had to transfer the phone I decided to lock the bootloader using adb command "fastboot oem lock".And Restarted .Now when i switch on the mi logo appears and the screen is blank.
Steps i tried
1.Tried reflashing using Miflash. The flash completes in 2 sec and no response.Tried "adb device " no response in fastboot but the mi tool detects it
Can anyone help me ?
hi guys,
I have a Redmi 8a (unlocked) after I unlocked and installed TWRP I tried to format it from TWRP and when it restarted it just stacks on the android logo and keeps restarting, even fastboot is not opening but when I try to open the recovery
TWRP doesn't open, the official recovery opens !!!!
and when I tried to connect the boot loader using the test point it connects put the problem that when I try to install the fastboot image using miflash it errors saying "error: only nop and sig tag can be received before authentication"
thanks:crying::crying:
There isn't any need to worry as long as fastboot is accessible and device unlocked, and there was no need to access edl via test points as fastboot allows you to access it via a command on an unlocked device, but that is not needed and also wouldn't be of any help
All you need to do is flash device via fastboot mode
deleted
thank you
i solved my problem.
