Just flash the zip without renaming it
Or maybe new version is different

Thanks man! My phone finally boot on this rom. What I did is (using twrp recovery) format my data then flash the latest one os rom then the dm verify zip (without renaming it). The only hassle part is formatting my data. Need to back up everything with my laptop then put everything back to my phone. Do I need to flash the dm verify zip every update of this rom?

No, xposed is not supported. The dev can't boot the rom with xposed.

Rom flashed and tested few hours. Seems OK.
As I checked myself you may safely delete some chinese crapsoft:

Thats true. Even when its not needed to reply to see the download link people keep post "thnx".
I use Titanium Backup to freeze unwanted apps for myself.
I use chrome,gmail,total commander,,quickpic etc. instead of standard apps. I didnt have any problems freeze these (system) apps :
Freezing apps is the safest way to remove them.

Yes, because when i was on pre-rooted v7.1.2.0 i couldnt update to official v7.1.3.0 with the updater app.
So, you can download the official fastboot image when v7.2 is released and flash with Miflash. Or you can wait for a prerooted version from the dev.

Just installed this last night. Same error with the camera.
Edit: Installed the old version with reroot, not the updated on with exposed for clarification.
Is the camera issue fixed in the exposed version?

I also got that! Maybe flyme 6 is based on ll so the mm firmware from oneplus dont work.

Edit generic kl from system/user/keylayout/generic.kl
Edit back key and recent key function according to ur need!!

YES, yes, yes ... it works!
i did following:
1. I downloaded TWRP hybrid 3.4 and installed it
2. I saved all my data from storage
3.. go to hybrid recovery and wiped all (cache, system, data, internal, delvik)
4. reboot to recovery
5. copied flyme zip to storage and Magisk V12
6. installed both from recovery
7. boot into system
8. after flyme setup i installed Google Services with attached apk
9. after Google Services I installed xposed with attached apk (normal one)
10 after the next reboot all works fine for me.
Now I use flyme in german with xposed App Locale. I use it now as my daily driver.

If you have safetynet issues, follow the steps below
Extract the boot.img file from the rom, and placed the boot image into storage.
Open Magisk and use install to Patch Magisk to the boot.img.
Reboot to recovery, install the patched boot.img to boot
Flash addonsu-15.1-arm-signed.zip, and then reflash Magisk again, from storage then use advanced options to clear cache, and then reboot to system.

Yes, I tried it and the same thing happened to me, it must be a corrupt download because people are giving the release a 8.3/10. I found a slightly older but highly rated rogue pig version. ( see same link above)
I installed it successfully and must say, it's actually extremely good.
Corruption
The original newer file is probably just corrupted so I am going to try redownloading it. Until then, check out the other version that I placed in the same megadrive folder see the link above. Yes, it's a little older but its actually awesome!
I just attempted to find the newer rom by cold ruthless on the BBS website, has he been banned. I had a bookmark saved and when I click I get this message " Authors are banned or deleted automatically blocked" Not sure if its the same person or not, if this next download is corrupt. I would still recommend flyme_LEX720_rogue_6.8.3.17R-beta, I am testing it right now and like it alot.

No issue like this. Everything worked. It booted fine. You may have to use the recovery version from earlier in the month of Jan.
Everything worked for me except volte which is no big deal. Really impressive build. Thanks for downloading @tsongming..

It looks like what happened to me when going from an Oreo rom to Nougat, you have to format data not only wipe data. Format data, write "yes" and then install the rom. Always have a backup of your data before.
flyme is one of the best system , the official one is good but it's old , be sure to have eui firmware before flashing flyme .

Okay thank you how's the battery so far?; I've owned Meizu phones and there is was always good for battery optimization

Ok, this is what I have found. Your original latest flyme seems to be working ok. Here is what I have done. Using RAR apk, I unzipped it, and it complained about one apk in mizu-apk folder, and I ended up removing that folder completely, and zipped the ROM again. It flashed without any issue, but I can't seem to get Data to turn-on. It turns on briefly during the boot, but it goes away. I think if I compare the build.prop from older version with newer version, I may be able to find the fix.

Extremely good, at the moment my phone has no OS at all..
I only glanced at battery life briefly yesterday with Gsam battery tool. Plus, I installed BlackScreen 5.3 r2 which worked fine, I would rather wait for a real answer. Otherwise it would just be a guess.

I am sharing today this twrp i found recently on 4pda forum (i know people are lazy to go and check that forum especially that u need to create an account there to download files and solve a russian captcha to continue so u need some russian knowledge)
Note : i've been using this twrp since his first releases and there was no problem at all
Features :
I've seen a lot of users suffering from DFE and encryption and other issues, this twrp got additional features that u can use without having to flash different zips everytime (as u can see in the screenshots)
-Different font and splash screen
-Black/white/blue default theme
-Partition SD card (our device doesn't have an sd card slot so it's pretty useless)
-Fix contexts
-Rm AVB-verity & force encrypt (for encryption issue and rom not booting after flash)
-Root / Unroot (magisk)
-Delete fingerprints and pins if u accidently forget them
-Fix avb (vbmeta)
-GooglePay fix
-Support the backup of additional partitions

The first thing I did was install a true dark theme with the existing official twrp so cool to see it implemented at default here.
Actually the official one does all I need so will no try this one.
Also not confident in installing a Russian recovery without sources... ?

This feature is very useful as there are many custom ROMs to test for our device with regular updates. Formatting the Data and copying the files every time for each ROM flash is a pain.
Im using twrp 3.1.1 version, and running MIUI 12 Stable,
If i flash twrp 3.4 i dont loose any files or broke system?

Just flashed - I like that it offers more partitions to choose for Flashing IMG and Backup/Restore (screenshots) than the official TWRP
However, like the official/unofficial 3.4.0, it still fails to decrypt data (on startup) for secondary user 999 (screenshots), it does only for user 0

Yes i dont see why another recovery would make busybox unable to work, it's normal like the official twrp

backup and restore works, i tested it in 2 roms : msm and RR
if u want to backup other sensitive partitions like persist i suggest u to use terminal
this twrp works on xiaomi.eu android 11 ?

If the official 3.4.0 works (some people claim it does), this 3.4.0.2 should also.
This phone was released with A9, and it seems that SAR architecture of partitions did not change through the upgrades to A10 and now A11

Idk about xiaomi.eu but for msm xtended a11 it worked

Is there maybe a newer version for this custom TWRP?
I used to prefer 3.4.0-2 over the official 3.4.0-0 for the stock firmwares (Mi 9T, EEA) since everything worked smooth (like in official) but more partitions were supported for backup and restore.
It worked also fine for Xiaomi.eu Stable
However, I recently installed Xiaomi.eu Weekly A11 beta and this 3.4.0-2 does not ask for pin/pattern.
If I disable screen unock in Android, 3.4.0-2 also does not decrypt, hence it is not possible to work with Data and Internal memory (no, I don't want to flash any Vbmeta or disable encryption)
To the other side, for the official 3.4.0-0 decryption for Xiaomi.eu, beta A11 works both:
- if screen unlock is disabled
- if pattern is used for screen unlock.
(If pin is used, the official asks for the pin but fails to decrypt).
Hence, support for the upcoming A11 is substantially better with the official 3.4.0-0 than with this custom 3.4.0-2

☆ Magisk TWRP Installer ☆
This is originaly a Magisk TWRP Installer made by xXx for OnePlus 8 Pro.
I just took and modified it to get it work on our Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra.
Our Dr.Ketan helped me to fix the TWRP Installer with the path of the recovery partiton.
1. Before using this Installer you must need following!!!!...... else it wont work:
- Root your device like Dr.Ketan mentioned in his Root thread!!! --> [Guide] How to root N20 Ultra (N986B)(N9860)
2. How you can use this TWRP Installer?
- Download the Magisk TWRP Installer from post 2
- Just open Magisk -> Go to Modules -> Press Install from storage -> Choose the TWRP Installer -> Flash and press Reboot
Congratulation now you flashed TWRP made by ianmacd
3. How to update the Magisk TWRP Installer?
-Download the latest TWRP from Ian and swap only the .img file inside the .zip and repeat point 2.

I have successfully installed it and installation was very quick & smooth! :good:

The backup/restore function doesn't seem to work . Which is expected .. as i haven't got any working nand backup since the time of old devices ..
I wonder if any one got any successful backup either full or partial for some parts .. ?
I'm using a stock rooted ROM with lite magisk module to enable some CSC features .
What I'm looking for is the ability to restore the system (mainly boot portion) to get back the phone booting if any improper installation of a module or app affected the device to boot normally !
Many function doesnt work in this moment.And recovery have problem with reboot from recovery to system and others problem.
Stock rooted ROM the best for now.
