Is it possible to force the Archos to mount a single partition/device from a USB host.
The problem I am having is my Droid 2 auto mounts both a vCdRom and a sdcard in mass storage mode, causing the Archos to not mount either. Is it possible to manually mount just the sdcard through Terminal emulator? Or to modify cold.fstab to support multiple objects?
I've got the RR ROM (root) and was looking for a clean way to unmount USB storage device?
ie mounted via OTG cable
I only see an unmount option for SD card.

hello people, I accidently deleted my camera shots folder and now im trying to recover the lost files but i can find no way to mount the internal storage so that i may run the recovery software. im using the latest CWM (6.0) and even that doesnt have the option of mounting internal storage. any suggestions? when i connect my phone to the pc via USB i have only two options: MTP or PTP.
here's the problem.... in my stock rom otg works
just fine.... mounts automatically and all apps shows
external drive option....
but in one of my fav. custom rom it doesn't
mounts.... I've to manually mount it with a mounting
app (usb host diagnostic) to root>mnt>usbotg.....
then, I can enter it from root>mnt>usbotg with x-
plore... but it doesn't show up in any app as
external storage drive, as if it hasn't recognized by
Android at all.
But in stock rom its working just fine..... Its not a
problem with otg as i can access it and read and
write files in it..... I think its just a problem about
mounting.... any solution to make usb otg visible to
all apps as external storage drive?
I have an old device lying with me which i want to donate. I would like to flash it with f2fs but it seems the twrp recovery doesn't support it.
I was thinking of using ubuntu to flash f2fs via gparted but recovery doesnt mount the internal storage as usb mass storage.
How can i flash the internal storage of this device as f2fs ?
Device is micromax q380
