I have recently received redmi note 3 32 gb SD Variant and found that the in call and speaker volume is low as compared to other Xiaomi phones (The volume is not drastically low but still as compared it is). The initial MIUI 7.0 with this phone has a good volume level which was reduced in after updates.
Would like to know the how to increase the in call volume a bit more.
Please point out to any mod available.
Hey, same here.. Did you get any work around for the same?? The low in call volume is sort of irritating in outdoor conditions...
Same for me too
Same for me
Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Install dolby atmos, it will increase the volume

Will dolby atmos increase volume output? That too in call volume.. I doubt it.. But Im ready to try anything and thanks for the input. But is dolby atmos installable from play store..?
Hi.
I have the same problem.
Just wanted to know if anyone knows how to boost in-call volume on this phone?
Talking over Bluetooth headset is too soft compared to my older phones. I've tried several bluetooth headsets and they are all soft even at max volume.
One fix I found was to get into engineering mode by dialing *#*#3646633#*#* but it doesn't seem to go into this mode on this phone. Perhaps because it's not MTK chip? Someone also suggested mobile uncle but it only works on MTK chip.
Hope you can help
I am also interested in a solution that boosts the bluetooth and/or speaker volume.
Yeah. Tried Viper4android too but all it did was tweak audio for media / music. No changes for Bluetooth in-call volume when I play around with the controls during a call. (sigh)
[solved
Hey everyone i bought a mi a3 recently and
everything is great but just about headphone
I have terrible with left and right 3d sound and sound play from both side and its confusing specially in game like pubg, i tested two different samsung headphones and same problem
Note: i dont test Bluetooth headphone but i think this is a software problem because front and behind 3d sound work correctly.
Check if you didn't enable mono audio in accessibility settings.
Thanks

Hello all, who can help some how to fix this issue, if someone knows something about this please - reply in this thread
Whenever I connect my AirPods Pro to Oneplus 7T Pro, I get low microphone volume, like half of what I've had when I used Oneplus 5. From what I have tried.
I connected powerbeats 2 for test with bluetooth mic app test and - mic working amazing, very nice, clean and loud voice, but not AirPods Pro.
Some troubleshooting steps that I have tried are: disabling absolute volume in developer mode, reconnecting/repairing/reset the earphones, changing audio codecs, wiping all data, wiping storage and data of bluetooth. Nothing. Latest firmware for OP7T Pro and AirPods Pro
Some ideas how can it be fixed ?
That's concerning, I was about to buy one mainly for phone calls :/

I also had problems with bluetooth. Headphones at a volume level of 80% had reduced sound in the left channel. The system patch: 14.E.08_OTA_007-008_patch_1911061839_ab5fd has eliminated this problem.
Hi, I have a Oppo Enco X2 with a S22 plus. I am trying without success to activate the LDAC codec (the buds support it) but it does not work. Is there a way to make it work? One guess is that the S22 plus does not support LDAC. Do you know how/if there is a way to solve this? Thanks a lot.
S22 supports LDAC. I have Sony WH-1000XM3 and I use the LDAC codec. Have you updated your Enco X2?
I have had to enable LDAC in Bluetooth menu. Settings->Bluetooth-> find your bt device -> click on the gear icon and enable LDAC support. You can albo try to force it in Developers Options -> find network group and check the LDAC i available under bluetooth sound coded (not sure, the english name of the option is proper).
Hello, I just purchased Poco M4 Pro but I'm having issues when I connect bluetooth headphones I cann barely hear them. I tried few headphones (Pixel A Series & Soundcore Space A40). I searched on Google for solution but all of them offers same solution in to enable Disable absolute volume in Developer options. But I don't have that option... Also I tired bluetooth speaker (Soundcore Flare 2) and it works great, without problem. Did anyone have this problem?
That doesn't look like the Developer Options to me?

Option Sounds Effects is located in Additional settings panel. When I connect wired headsets I can edit this options and sound is good.
