Question International version on T-Mobile? - Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

Hi. I've been looking at this and the SM-A32 5G models to replace a dead Moto X4. I see a few reasons to be interested in the international unlocked versions of either, particularly for future root and custom ROM options, plus things like FM Radio. But band-wise, it looks like I might be hobbling myself not getting US T-Mobile or unlocked versions (SM-A526U, eg). Does anyone have experience using an international unlocked version on T-Mobile? Thanks

I have the international one and I'm using it on t-mobile, its been working flawless

[Q] AT&T Rom for Factory Unlocked Device

I had AT&T Unlock this handset since I have T-Mobile.
I don't believe T-Mobile's LTE will work on this device regardless of what I end up doing, so I'll be willing to live without that.
So will I be able to flash any of the international roms knowing that I won't have LTE Capabilities?
Or am I still forced to flash roms for the AT&T hardware?
AT&T version uses diffrent radio H/W and kernel, so you can't use international roms..

Oh...
Well thanks.
It's a little difficult looking for decent roms for my version, but I'll manage.

T mobile v 10.some questions

What is the difference between the t-mobile variant and the international one accepted that the T Mobile version doesn't come with headphones?
Do I get updates from LG or need to wait for t-mobile to release it also like with a galaxy s6 edge on AT&T? That btw I waited forever!!
There's going to be an international variant to the us unlocked or only carriers?
Tmobile version update is provided through tmobile. But this is xda, I am sure can run international update at some point.
Tmobile version currently got unlocked bootloader.
If you wait a few more there should be some international varient unlocked to work with tmobile, but you wont see them being sold in store....ebay maybe amazon is best bet.

S9+ Unlocked vs T-Mobile Variant

Does anyone know what differences there might be between the Unlocked version and the T-Mobile variant? I'm wondering if there are any features missing from the Unlocked version while on the T-Mobile network (like how on the VZW version Wifi calling is apparently not usable on the Unlocked version).
Any info would be great, thanks.
The unlocked one has the mobile data toogle while Tmobile dont have it. Wifi calling running fine on the unlocked ones with Tmobile services. Hope that could help you.
AS I understand there aren't many differences between them.

Can I use any ROMs with the SM-T827?

I purchased a Tab S3 thinking it would be a WiFi model. Turns out it is a SM-T827 (US Cellular) version. I never plan on using a mobile plan with it. Are there any problems if I use ROMs for the 820 or 825 models?
It will not work, they use different roms as they have different internals and also has an imei being a celluar version.
That is too bad. I hate Samsung's UI and slow version of Android.
This isn't an answer to your question, but...
I'm curious how much bloatware they put on the US Cellular variant. I've seen where people flash Verizon firmware successfully onto the US Cellular version, but haven't discussed doing that in the other direction and am tempted to try it.
The Verizon version of Pie has a ton of junk on it.
Thanks

Need some advise on international phone

Okay so I plan on switching to T-Mobile Within a week from now and I want to get a new phone when I switch. I want to get the international version of the S9 Plus but I'm not sure how compatible it is with the T-Mobile network. Will the international version of the S9 Plus work with the T-Mobile network? And also I want it to be able to root the phone because I know the Snapdragon version of the S9 Plus has a locked bootloader. Any advice?

all USA model Galaxy phones with snapdragon processors have locked bootloaders. The F variant is what you want and yes, they work just fine on t-mobile. at&t too.
