Can you find the folder where those photos are? If you can see it using a file manager, create a file inside that folder and name it .nomedia
Disable Instant Upload in your Google+ settings. Or under Settings > Accounts and sync, IIRC
Seriously, don't people read anymore? G+ prompted if you wanted to enable Instant Upload, and even gave a short description of it.
This post was sent from hell.

That is Picasa pictures sync. To disable, go to Settings->Accounts&Sync->(Enable auto-sync at the top if disabled or you won't be able to uncheck it)->Google->Disable Picture Picasa Sync.
Go back and uncheck Auto-Sync if needed.
If you want to stop seeing them in the Gallery, go to Settings->Apps->Gallery->Delete Data
If needed, you can also go to SdCard->Android->Data and delete the 2 folders containing 3dgallery (com.android.3dgallery and another with similar name).
I just did it before writing it for you

Have you done all the previous steps about disabling Google Picasa Sync and deleting Gallery data in Settings?

I deleted also data from media storage :-(
I've already stopped the sync for FB albums, cleared the data on gallery, and restarted. However, this has proved to only be a temporary fix. Does anybody else know what could be the problem?
Thanks.

Is it your Facebook app? Did you tell it to sync contacts when you installed it? Touchwiz only syncs calendar and albums by default, not contacts.

I had it sync with existing contacts. But, I'm telling it not to sync albums and yet they appear in my gallery.

not sure if it is exactly what you are looking for but from within the Gallery app, you can hit menu, view by, and then pick Content in Device.

It's not. I'm looking to have it stop showing that period.
Hopefully this is the right forum as I expect it may require some tricky steps.
I have the Microsoft Outlook app and an exchange account that has had its password reset.
I need a copy of the emails contained in the cache for the app for legal purposes.
I know on a pc you'd just grab the ost or PST file. How would I extract emails out of the Outlook app from its data files?

I don't have access to the server since the account has been disable, well the password has been reset.
Ok so this is how you do it:
1. do titanium backup
2. open the gzip file created for data backup
3. find the databases folder
4. grab the big one called accompli.db
5. download sqlite browser
6. open file extracted above
7. browse messages, contacts, address book etc it's all there cached.

Pretty sure there is none of your data in the app, it would be stored elsewhere in the phone. You check android folder on SD card? Or any of those others that store app data through out the phone?

You did see that I solved it right? If course emails are cached in the app, well in the app database.
Hi all!Google photos uploads the facebook picture folder to the cloud because it is inside the folder DCIM..how can i solve?thx
I was looking into that a while ago, and the only solution someone suggested was using tasker to move them automatically. There is no way to change the default save folder. The most infuriating thing is that messenger saves them where they belong, in the pictures folder... so why can't they do the same with their facebook app?
What is Facebook?
Is that like a kindle reader?
Will it work on my TV?
Please help.. I am at loss.
