Problem is ive went through the process of applying it through odin but get the following error and not sure what is wrong, ive enabled USB debugging mode which is turned on and my phone is in downloading mode, is there another step involved to successfully flash this phone ?

Hi
I understand that the reason Odin failed may be because you used wrong (mismatched) firmware (i.e. it's not firmware for your A10S model. The following info should illustrate my point:
There are 2 similarly named models:
a) the Galaxy a10S series [Versions: SM-A107F/DS (Global); SM-A107M/DS (LATAM). Source https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_a10s-9793.php], ..... and
b) the Galaxy A10 series [Versions: SM-A105F/DS, SM-A105FN/DS (Global); SM-A105G/DS (APAC); SM-A105M/DS (LATAM/Brazil). Source: https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_a10-9580.php]
From the info you gave above, you have a phone in the SM-A107F series, but you have fed a firmware version for the SM105F series into Odin and flashed your phone. You have a A107F phone (as indicated in the Software information image above (Baseband version: A107F......). In contrast, the Odin image indicated that you used A105F firmware (in the BL button field, it showed 105FDDU6BUD1 .......). Additionally, your Attachment image should also confirm that indeed you had downloaded the 105FDDU6BUD1 firmware version and used it in Odin.
Redownload the correct firmware (one beginning with 107F .... and flash your phone again could solve your problem.
Best wishes

FYI.

[Q] Where to download backup image/rom for my Tab? Build no HMJ37.XXKG8 P7510XXKG8

I've only had my Tab a few days, but I can see myself eventually wanting to have root access and to be able to flash others rom's. Before I get to that stage though, I'd like to have a copy of the original untouched rom that's currently on my Tab. Just in case!
I've just had a look on the Samfirmware web site, but I don't see the exact rom for my unit (UK Wifi only), the letters after the P7510 differ.
Does anyone know if there's a rom download out there to match my Tab? Or is it possible for me to make a backup of my Tab without trying anything risky?
My model is :- GT-P7510

The best thing to do would be to make a backup with cwr after flashing it with odin, that way when you want stock back you can restore with cwr and then flash stock recovery back with odin.
Thanks for that.
If I do that and if I ever need to return my Tab say for a warranty issue, would it appear to be a standard unit and not show signs of being tampered with software wise?
Anyone?

Cheers for that, I did take a look there before but I wasn't sure if that was the right software.
The download available there differs from the software on my tab, can I presume that if I had to install that firmware, it would get an update to the latest from Samsung?
Samfirmware software = P7510XXKFC ## p4_16G_32G.pit 3.1 2011 June
My current software = P7510XXKG8

I don't know I am on a p7500... But I did root my device and it was boringly easy
It's not the rooting that concerns me, it's getting it back to how it is right now out of the box. In the event of a warranty claim, I want to know that the software is just as it should be as far as Samsung are concerned.
Yes it would be nice to have this:
Model: GT-P7510
Revision: P7510XXKG8/P7510XEUKG8/P7510XXKG8/P7510XXKG8
Product code GT-P7510XXXXEU (XEU)
CheckFUS doesn't have it, and I can't seem to find it anywhere else.
Could you get me a dump of the windows registry: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Samsung\Kies\DeviceDB" and send to me? Also, download fiddler2, start it. Then start Kies, connect your phone. Then send the fiddler2 log.
This way I can se what information is sent to update servers and make it work with Check Fus. thanks in advance.
Any luck with getting the firmware image. Im now trying to find it and still so far no luck. If you have managed to of got of it could you let me know where
Many thanks

Attempted 2.3.3 with 0.71 baseband, phone just goes in continuous boot_loop. Ive tried almost every available baseband with no results.
Here is what I have attempted so far:
1. Flash tool and forum instructions:
a) Device will take any 1.6 (branded or unbranded) firmware but wont allow to use any features of interface other then emergency calling
b) 2.1 firmware with different revisions/baselines have been attempted as well but device just wont boot at all.
c) after flashing with 2.3 firmware device goes in to constant boot_loop.
2. SEUS couldn't locate the new software as my phone has latest software available from the server. (however I'm still on 1.6 )
3. Same with SE Companion, it comes up with the message that software is not available for my phone yet.

[Q] Galaxy s3 firmware upgrade through kies is not supported on my device?

I updated Kies and connected my S3 to see if there were any updates
Kies says my device doesnt support firmware upgrades through kies..is this true or do I need to reinstall kies as I previously used it with my S2
Meaning is usually one their is actually no update for you yet .
Or you have none official firmware .
Solution as always same as SGS2
Wait Or use CHECKFUS or download stock firmware from sammobile or from stock firmware post or from stock rom thread .
jje
hmmm, strange way of writing this message ?
Anyway, I am still running official stock so I will wait untill there is a new firware available for The Netherlands
For the time being I am testing battery life with this one
Not to bad I must admit. First battery cycle 7 hours on screen time
have you rooted or has your CSC changed? that error is also tied to incorrect CSC codes
haven't done anything so far.
Just took it out of the box and started to play with it ;-)
using mac or pc?
This is using a PC running Windows 7 and last version of Kies
if all is well with kies it should look like this

This is what mine shows :
you could flash stock unbranded GT-I9300_PHN_I9300XXALE8_I9300PHNALE4_I9300XXLE8
http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=8&view=4666
maybe that'll fix it, bit of a strange one to have that problem out of the box?
I thought it might have something to do with the fact that I used to connect with my S2 and Galaxy tab 8.9 ?
When you suggest to flash the LE8 this would be using ODIN ?
yes,

check my previous post for your stock unbranded firmware link
Thanks for your help
O, I also found that problem when I tried to update my Galaxy Y, I think the application has some problem. And I have downloaded the latest version of the Kies, its sucksss...So I update my mobile via mobile, so you should update it via your phone going to about>software update....

Hi guys. First post to the forum, been lurking for years, just registered.
I recently updated my phone with the update that Samsung kept bothering me about every 2 hours or so. And It has messed my phone up, it's slow, it drags. It doesn't even show the clock on my lock screen without thinking about it for about 10 seconds. Train wreck.
I've rooted, installed custom recovery, and loaded custom roms on my Galaxy S i9000 and on my grouper Nexus 7. I kinda get how all this works, I'm not a total newb, but with this phone I am at a dead end and i've tried everything I know, and a bunch more tricks I learned here and nothing is working.
My Phone: Samsung Galaxy S3: Canadian (Bell) version SGH-I747M, supposedly the same as the S3 AT&T,

I had to use zadig to replace my drivers for Heimdall
Heimdall will sucessfully flash clockwork recovery, but it refuses to install my CM rom. I haven't tried any other roms, but from what I've read in the forum here, it doesn't seem to matter what rom you use, it just wont do it.
I get Assert, bootloader errors when trying to install from zip in Clockwork Recovery. tried the fix here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41503727
and it does not work. Odin just says "FAILED" right away.
I thought maybe if I just rooted the phone first, I could at least flash a custom recovery and not have it over written everytime I boot.
I tried CF-AutoRoot, Odin says success, but nothing changes on my phone.
I tried OneClickRoot which worked wonders on my GS i9000 back in the day. No success.
I have tried CM Installer to do it automated, It says success, but no change.
People have reported that Knox may be the problem, but as far as I can tell I don't have it on my phone.
I've been working on this for a day and a half and all I've managed to do is factory reset my phone about 12 times. I need help.. I don't know what to do. Has anybody managed to root their phone or install a custom recovery or rom with a GS3 running 4.4?

You have written too few details.
If your device is refurbished (bought from unofficial distribution), then even through Odin you may have a problem with flashing.
Check PhoneINFO 3.8.5 to see what you have on your device.

This unit has the initial firmware version and requires a gradual upgrade from BIT 2, BIT 3, to BIT 4.
After these updates using Odin, the device should see an update in the classic way.

hello thanks for your answer, i installed the last update with odin and now android 12 is on the tablet but it gets stuck on the loading screen tablet is starting, my question can i still flash the old updates with odin or how should i now Action?
I wrote you to install in order, without skipping. Did you do that? You can't flash an older firmware version than from the BIT with which you installed the last firmware.
Try clearing the cache in recovery mode. Do not reset to factory settings for now.
