hi, I have created a Second space and I've check using DevCheck app that Google Services Framework ID / Device ID are not the same, so I want to use it to create a new user that has nothing to do with the first one.
To do so, I must ensure that 1 SIM card is only accessed by 1 user and the 2nd SIM card is only accessed by the other user, is there a way, even if manually to do so ?

Just bought 2nd hand xda. Can its unlocked and am using Orange. Can receive e mails but not send them - am using smtp.orange.net address.
Also, have added 128mb SD card which isn't registering under settings.

to fix the sms issue make sure you have choosen the right localizing setting

I understand android has no option to save contact to sim!!
My question: is there a custom rom, or any file that can introduce this?
I checked on the market couldn't find any highly recommended free application!
Am l there only one that needs contact to be saved on a sim c ard? I don't like the option of saving/ backing up on google server because i definately need data connection to synchronize!!
For an app that I am currently developing we want to read data from the SIM card of the user, which works fine. We want to make it possible that the user can switch the SIM card while the app is running. While doing this the OS request a device restart and we cannot seem to suppress this message.
Is there a way to make it able to insert a SIM card while the app is running without restarting the device. I'm open for all options (rooting, custom rom, etc...)
After rooting my Panasonic p55 Nova using king root i install twrp recovery after that I wipe data and installed another tom of moto e2 LTE nought after that systems not done it's failed i restore original setting which is i backuped after I reboot system it start but it's fail to their is no sim card deacting, i saw in settings sim management is not running, i make another meeting like *#*# 3646633#*#* then go into cds-then ratio state this is there is s radu show turn on i first but radio is not turn on ,other option change but this not work, and I not able to show india number in setting also
I was long time user of one telecommunication provider. When I transferred to the new provider I bought their SIM card with a temporary phone number. Because I wished to transfer my old phone number to use with my new provider, they needed a couple of days to do that and at that time I used both numbers (the old one with the old provider, the new one with the new). After a couple of days they transferred my number and I was able to use my old number with my new SIM card from my new provider.
When I was using the stock firmware with EMUI 9.1, most of the applications recognized and used only my old phone number (the one I transferred from the old provider and I use to make calls). It was (AFAIK) also the only number shown in Settings -> About phone -> Sim status (Slot 1) -> Phone number on SIM. On custom GSIs like LIR and CAOS most applications use my "new", temporary number.
Why is that and is there any way to fix it?
