Any German (DBT) users using standard S21 (SM-G991B) - Samsung Galaxy S21 Questions

Is there any German users here... And if so can confirm if received access to One UI 4 Beta?

Lots of activity in the S21Ultra forums. But was just wondering. Very quiet here... No links shared yet

[Q] Problems updating Hyundai T7s tablet to jelly bean 4.2 (official rom)

Hi all,
I'm encountering some problems when i'm trying to update my Hyundai T7S tablet to the official jelly bean 4.2 ROM.
I've the update from the Hyundai website (hyundai-digital .cn). This download comes in a .rar file. I knew it would be impossible, but tried anyway to flash this file from the SD-card. But to make it work this way, the update should be a .zip-file.
In the .rar file are 15 files, some of them are .bin and .img files. And I've not the knowledge what I can do with these files. Unfortunately the support guide of Hyundai can not be opened and two hours googling didn't help me out. So here's my question:
Is it possible to convert the .rar file into a .zip file and flesh this file? Or can I flash the rar-file in some way?
Thanks!
ps. i had the full links copied in my message, but since this is my first post, i cannot post links. Sorry for that!

Extract all files in zip to SD card (ext.). Power OFF. Press Volume - and Power and update will start. Looks like you use Volume + not - witch takes you to recovery mode. When done tablet will turn OFF. Power ON and you should have new firmware.
You are talking about "HYUNDAI T7S-20130318" ?....if yes it is not 4.2 is still 4.0.4; If you found a most recent one (4.2), can you email me with download link please ?....I can't find 4.2 for T7(S). Thank you !

In the section HYUNDAI T7S-20130318, there is something about Android 4.2
Can someone confirm this? If it is 4.2 I am buying this tablet right now .)
I believe it is, but I only got mine yesterday, not even rooted it yet.

exactly. even though some sites advertise it as a 4.2 device, the latest available stable fw is still the 4.0.4 from the 18th of March.
I just tried exynos abuse 1.4 about 2 hours ago on my t7s and it worked like a charm.
Waiting for 4.2 too
Another T7S user here, waiting for 4.2, too. Is there something wrong with the website? When I visit http://www.hyundai-digital.cn/ it tells me:
bad requesta (invalid hostname)
I copy/pasted it, and yes, it's "requesta". I don't know what's going on with that D:

from what i've read (some weeks ago): the main hyundai company has told that branch producing the tablets not to manufacture devices to be exported from china, so they're cutting the rest of the world off their official site --> you'll be able to reach the webpage via a chinese proxy (as if you're browsing from china).
about the update for which we're all waiting for: last time it was told to be released in 2013 june, so i still haven't given up yet. anyway: just search for "slatedroid" on the internet if you'd like to get updates about the tablet in english

Another possibility could be porting CyanogenMod OR buying a tablet to a developer. We already have CM for the same SoC, so I think about xplodwild or codeworkx, the two main i9300 maintainers

This tablet will literally fly with CM.
How can I ask to a developer to port to this device? Is it there a specific forum? Or just pm them?

Well that'd then be the reason why the 4.2 ROM for the rest of the world is now available to download through MediaFire rather than an official Hyundai page.
For those who haven't found it yet, this post on the GeekBuying blog details the download and installation of the 4.2.2 upgrade.
I'm in the process of downloading the 222Mb archive now; going rather slow which is nothing new for MediaFire.

[7D-503L/501u] Lollipop 5.0 (soon 5.1 and EMU 3.1) available in beta

Hi
Ryan Orig relayed this news: with a month late (it was scheduled for september), beta Lollipop is avalaible for chinese X1:
google translate this page:
http://cn.club.vmall.com/thread-5634771-1-1.html
to know how to send your IMEI number, and then receive the beta of the first lollipop rom for X1:
7D-501uV100R002C208B011 (EMUI3.0)
7D-503LV100R002C208B011 (EMUI3.0)
It's not clear for me if the released is for october (folowing the 1 month late delay), or if the Android 5.1/Emui 3.1 is for october ?
I've signed up for the beta how much time do i have to wait to receive it do you think ?
No idea. I let you know when first non chinese signers will get any answer/push
Fingers crossed it improves my X1's reception. Very happy with my Z Ultra, solid reception, great screen and fantastic support already on 5.1.1 with the recent OTA update. HUAWEI and a lot of other manufacturers could lean a lot from Sony...
Still miss the 7 inch screen.
It's already push the upgrade to those beta testers now.
(7D-503L first,7D-501u maybe later)
some beta tester already share "update.zip" and "update.app" on cloud storage
for example : this thread cn.club.vmall.com/thread-6043036-1-1.html
(It's for 7D-503L Dual 4G SIM version)
I did not try yet, because my device is 7D-501L
someone know the 7D-503L ROM can install on 7D-501L ?

Miui 8 China Developer Rom Based On Android Nougat 7.0 Available?

Hi there,
just wondering whether we finally got Android 7 for our device? According to these threads it should be the case:
https://xiaomininja.com/2017/02/11/...i-8-china-developer-rom-7-2-9-is-rolling-out/
https://www.getdroidtips.com/manually-update-redmi-note-2-miui-8-v7-2-9-android-nougat-2/
But I am currently using MIUI 8 Global 7.5.4 Beta which is still Android 5.0.2 - maybe this is due to not being developer ROM.
What I do not understand is the flashing guide from 2nd link: Do I have to install both versions? Recovery and Fastboot? And does anybody already have this ROM in use? Can it be just flashed over Global Weekly Beta?
Thanks for your responses!
Bye
have a try? Is it really Android version nougat?
@Renth You have to post this in original developer thread when it is just a noob question? It is completely fake news - don't post this crap here.
@jajk: Ok, then some mod will have to move this thread (or can I move it myself?). My knowledge also has been that there is no Android 6 resp.7 for RMN2. But why do you think it is fake?
Even MIUI Germany talks about it here.

I admit it might mean that all listed devices got some updates but not all of them received Android N (was really suprised and could not believe it myself). Anyway I asked within the changelog thread.

They are parallel developments and each one has its own independent version number.
Ist immer noch ein Beta-Stall, der eigentlich nur über OTA an ausgewählte Beta-Tester verteilt wird.

Not logical to compare versions of Android 10 (Q) with ones of Android 11 (R) in this way!
Found a picture of the firmware version.
Android 11 - 12.0.6.0 : MPSS.AT.4.4.c6-00013-REENNELL_GEN_PACK-1
Android v10 - 12.0.8.0 : MPSS.AT.4.4.c6-00020-REENNELL_GEN_PACK-1
So the android 10 miui is indeed a later version in everything.

Still, some of us with 3rd party launchers are pretty annoyed by this fact.
Good to see the phone is finally receiving the Android 11 update. I regularly use Ant+ sensors with Android 10. Can someone who has upgraded to Android 11 please run the Ant tester https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quantrity.anttester&hl=en_GB&gl=US to see if we have the Ant Hal Service or please check system apps for Ant Hal Service?
Thank you
