You have to check first which variant your model is and then follow the right procedure with the right image for it.

the twrp is installed and fortunately now i am able to boot into recovery but it shows an error unable to mount storage (0mb)
Indicates that
either
TWRP is unable to decrypt your internal storage. TWRP basically does not properly handle encrypted storage
or
the /data partition is corrupted and TWRP is being unable to find it.

I have an Infinix Note 3 X601, updated to Android N, Rooted and Philz Touch 6. 59, 0 custom recovery installed. Problem began when I tried to factory reset it from within the settings, the phone rebooted to recovery to wipe the data, and since then it wont boot to system again, whenever i try to boot it to system, it will go to recovery. if i connect it to pc, the pc wont recognise it, the pc will show a message that the USB device is not recodnisd, and the phone will boot to recovery again.
i tried to reflash the stock firmware using sp flashtool and it always fails as the system will not recognise the phone, even though i have the required mtk drivers installed.
i tried to flash this https://androidhq254.blogspot.com.ng/2017/04/mad-aosp-n-711-for-infinix-note-3-x601.html and http://bbs.infinixmobility.com/thread-149453-3-1.html custom roms using the custom recovery, they all fail mid way.
i will appreciate any help i can get in reviving this phone. thanks in advance

thanks for the reply, could you elaborate on the "qpst tool" pls, i dont know much about it
qpst is a kind of software
that enable us to use a port in the phone to install firmware and others software when something like this happens...
some manufacturers like Samsung manufacture in such a way that this cannot be used,
depending upon your manufacturer and the processor(it mainly support snapdragon i think) you may get if you search in Google.

No os found means that you wiped your partitions like data, system. A simple nandroid restore will do

It your USB flash drive,if the screen goes black the flash drive has problems. Do you have another flash drive by any chance? I know you said the PC isn't detecting the phone but try putting it in recovery mode again and mounting all the partition and see if your flash drives work. If you have no success unfortunately you have a hard bricked device

and via fastboot mode how to flash zip file fastboot only flash img file how to get rom in img format
Hello guys!
i was reading the only thread i found on a brick situation with a redmi 5 plus but i couldn't find a propper answer to my problem, here's why:
Found a realtively cheap RM5+ on internet got my hands on that phone but it won't boot tried to get back to seller but he dissapeared (eventho i have the address but it's quite far) and now i'm stuck with a phone that won't boot in anyway, here
TL;DR: bought a RM5+ online/i was scammed
This is what it does:
Boots and doesn't do anything at all, just the MI logo.
if PWR and Vol Down goes to fastboot
if PWR and VOL + says "The system has been destroyed"
if testpoint and flash it says "ACK count don't match"
i don't know if it's something with the roms i've tried but it would be great if you could point me in the right direction.
I've tested quite a lot of roms but i'm willing to download whatever you throw @ me, i'm kinda desperate.
Thanks!
maybe this helps http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=293457&highlight=unbrick+guide
Since you can access stock recovery, have you tried flashing an MIUI ROM using Xiaomi ADB?

Hello, thanks for your response!
I am not able to boot into recovery as it says "System has been destroyed" only fastboot and even trying with fastboot it says that partition formating is not allowed
How much did you paid for it?
I 've paid 131 Euro on aliexpress

And when it´s in mi logo it says "locked" or "unlocked"? maybe strange question but my device came unlocked out of the box and doesn´t want to boot but I can flash system and boot via fastboot mode. Some sellers try to unlock bootloader and change the firmware so not all of them got it succesfully and this unfortunately softbricks device.
Also you can try installing this tool https://androidmtk.com/download-15-seconds-adb-installer open a cmd with admin rights and type fastboot devices to check first if pc is recognicing, then you can attempt to flash most of partitions through fastboot if your device is unlocked.
If this don´t solve then you have to go for edl/download mode but try first this and report
Please help, a few days ago my phone decided to stop working for no reason, so I thought it was a ROM problem(I was running Android Pie AOSP Extended). So I reset it, after resetting it the phone was stuck at the LeEco logo, so I decided to use the 9008 mode flashing it, but no matter what I do it always come up with the error Download Fail:Sahara Fail:QSaharaServer Failrocess fail
So I don't know what to do, please help.
Did you tried flashing Twrp first in instead of qsahara sometime they give error
They show error also when partitions are messed up so may be u changed partition settings
So try installing Twrp and rewriting partitions then use a pendrive and mount it in Twrp and install a simple room for example AEX and try to boot otherwise try side loading the rom
If u r possible to boot into twrp format device and install any ROM zip through pendrive
I cannot even exit 9008 mode, the phone is completely dead with no respond when pressing any button combination, but it shows up as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 when I plugged in to my PC, and it also doesn't show up when using the ADB devices command. And thanks for replying
Can you add photos of what error it is showing when trying to boot into fastboot mode

This is the error it is giving me while trying to unbrick it, and the phone seems to be charging since my charging block is heating up.

Ok, first, dont give up, 2nd have you put phone into qfil mode as program told you? 3rd check if inside this zip is not 2nd zip, some packages are "double zipped".

I had a practically the same problem with Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro (Chinese model)
Inside the zip file there is a file (or two of them) responsible for uploading the ROM. It first sends one of those files and the Qualcomm loader puts it in RAM and boots that file.
If successful, the upload continues, but if that file is wrong, it will not boot it and will not load. So the zip file you have may not be for the exact model of your phone. Try to find another one, maybe a different version...
Hope this helps.

I need Urgent Help
I have a Xiaomi Redmi 4 device that I unlocked the bootloader and installed Twrp's recovery but after the recovery install the device got stuck on the boot logo. Then I went into Twrp and wiped the cache and I accidentally wiped the system and everything. Now "No Operating System" error is coming on rebooting the device Then I tried to install Fasboot ROM in the device, then "Mismatch Image and Device" and 2nd error "Flash Tz" came.
Please Help Me And Give Me Instructions As Soon As Possible
Thanks.
