Hi, I have chromebook Dell 11 (3120) and have enterprise enrollment lock. Developer mode is disabled.
Its any chance and way, how to unroll? Reinstall system or install linux or something else? Write protection screw is out. I tryed everything on YouTube and tutorial, but nothing work. Its possible to unroll or this chromebook put to bin? Thank u guys.
I think you'll need to contact the enterprise that lock it to unlock it. Hopefully it was an over site on their part. If not it was stolen.

Antha Secure DEMO has locked my Mobile 6 Ameo!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I really REALLY hope someone might be able to help me here.
I am rather upset at my stupidity.
I was looking for VPN software for PPC.....found this:
http://www.anthavpn.com/webmaker/portal/wmlink_490
But I managed to download the Antha Secure instead and istalled it without checking.
I will Never make same mistake....How I was so stupid (not enough coffee)
I reset my device expecting Cisco able VPN but I was presented with a lock screen (like windows lock ) asking for a password to access my device.
Below the password box is a note saying "password is: demo"
Password demo does not work I am crying.....I have locked my Device!
Unlock code is not my device unlock code
It wont let me make emergency calls or anything......
I am stuck looking at their splash screen...
I can connect via Active sync - I removed the program files relating to this but I cannot get it to stop starting up with my device....
In windows/startup I have:
btdwake
poulook
sddeamon
Anyone rescue me
PLEASE!!!
If you are able to connect with activesync. Can't you just flash your device with Windows Mobile 6 again? That should put you back to start.
Hope that helps
x75
did hard reset
Thanks for reply though......

Maybe someone has a better solution but here goes mine. Download and install Safe Mode for PocketPC. http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/safemodeforpocketpc.shtml
Soft reset and try to go into safe mode to see if it'll allow you to uninstall. If you can get into the device, at the very least you may be able to edit your registry to disable this buggy software. Let us know how it goes.
It's weird that you can't uninstall the software via ActiveSync though.
Hard reset so sorted but....
Well, the app locks the device on startup. ASks for password (in box under says password : demo - this didnt work with soft keyboard hard keyboard upper and lower case etc...)
So Couldnt actually get to home page...
When I selected the item through active sync add and remove programs it let me click on remove but didnt remove it, just hung
This soft does actually suck. Anthasoft.com's web site needs some TLC but their support got straight onto my issue.
Shame I couldnt wait and reset really.
But SD card intact
Microdrive intact.
Copied program files and my docs out onto PC before Hard reset.
all ok really....jsut missions getting it back together.

Might want to have Safe Mode installed in case this happens to you again with other software. It's saved my butt several times already.

Yes, it works great on WM6. I've had no problems with it and it's even saved my butt once under WM6 already.

There is an unlock bypass method here, but they all should be unlocked anyway. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1229254

No its not unlocked, this is what I cant understand. On the startup screen, I click on Register (newaccount) and then once I fill in the details it says an account cannot be created. Am really lost
Would you happen to have the demo unit video stored somewhere on the TouchPad?
Just download WebOS Doctor and do a factory settings. Since you`ve just bought it, don`t think it`s gonna be a big deal for u
I bought a used chromebook and later found that it was locked by an enterprise.
The chromebook is on version 54 (64bit). Its developer mode is locked too. :crying:
If anyone knows anything, please reply!!
Try opening it up, removing the write-protect screw and pulling the battery to get into dev mode, then writing a new serial number in the shell.
See the guide at the following web address:

If still no success you can contact coolstar on his website: coolstar.org/chromebook/
Hello Everyone,
I bough this Redmi Note 10 with screen broken, so I replaced the screen for an OLED new one, I wiped out the data and now I`m getting this Mi Account Lock screen.
The guy who sold the phone to me has deleted this account a long time ago, so I don`t have more access to this. I tried out a lot of methods to bypass and/or remove this lock screen but none of them worked.
So I`m thinking the best solution for this is to Unlock the bootloader and flash a Custom ROM like Pixel Experience for example.
What do you think about it ? Is it possible to unlock it using EDL mode or something like that ?
I think the best course of action for you will be to unlock the bootloader
Ok, So I'm gonna try it. Do you have any idea of how to do it within the EDL mode in this phone ?
Cause I've tried to search for it, and I found it, but only for other xiaomi phones.
There is only one way to unlock bootlader for all Xiaomi phones and it requires MI Unlock software (there is an unofficial alternative for Linux but it requires a bit more of work).
As far as I know to unlock bootloader the phone needs to be previuosly associated to your Mi account, so I'm not sure how you are going to do that.

I'm a Linux user so I think I can go ahead with this tool. What tool is this ?
It's just an unofficial version that runs on Linux, you still need the phone to be associated to a Mi account.
This is the one I used

That protection is there for a reason, even if you claim you're the legit owner.
No, you can't unlock if you can't boot to the system.
Best and legit way is to reset the password first in the Mi Account from i.mi.com, use any email/phone number that was used to register the account. Then remove the device from that account. Connect the device to wifi and use the new password to unlock the phone.
I don't think even local Xiaomi service center would agree to reset the phone unless you bring the legit invoice from the first purchase.
I agree with x3r0.13urn. Just in other words: If the previous owner doesn't give you access to unlock the bootloader, you can only use the phone for spare parts (Mi bill or proof of purchase with IMEI marked).

If what the guy said is true, should not the phone be automatically removed from that account?
I don't really know since I never tried.
I don't think so. Deleting the entire account is not that easy, if he has a registered device, it's not even possible.
He does not remember his login details or is no longer willing to do anything about it.
Hi,
Here is a great way to do it. Worked very well for me!

Hello to you all!
I have a situation; a close friend of mine, past away, his family have asked me to get access to his Samsung tablet and his phone so they can access his emails along with documentation.
The issue I have is the phone is locked via a Pattern, no one knows the pattern, developers mode has not been enabled. I've connected the phone to my laptop, could connect, rooting is not an option.
I've looking for help, suggestions, which do not endanger bricking the device or lose of any data - I understand this is probably is a big ask, but please any help will be appropriated.
His phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22+ I only have access to the information on the back sticker.

Phone can be unlocked but without losing data I don't think so.
Pretty much all android phones are encrypted by default now. No password means decryption key isn't usable, data can't be recovered

There is one method in which the storage IC is removed from phone and then Read using specialised software and hardware.

Will still be encrypted and encryption key for the master encryption key is derived from pass/pin/pattern. Failing some kind of exploit that can reveal the key it's impossible even with forensics.
See for details

It is possible. For such phones there's a tool called UMT EMMC/UFC tool.

It's possible to dump encrypted storage off a chip sure, it's not possible to decrypt without the key, which you can't get without user password
Good morning, thank you for all the replies, these look very technical and way out of my league.
Again, not knowing much about android 10, I’ve read, it’s possible to remove the pattern using software, however I’ve not found a way to enable developers mode, I’d this possible with the state of the phone currently? If so, how is it possible?
Someone wrote they needed to remove a forgotten pattern/pin prior to “dubious services” - any idea what this could mean?
Would it be easier to remove his pattern from the Samsung tablet?

Mvikrant97,
Thanks for the reply. The family needs access to his data. Doing s factory rest etc. will not help.
If you know of some tools to enable developers setting or remove the pattern or a work a round, would help.
