Question Flashable ROM for QFIL (Qualcomm Flash Image Loader) - Redmi Note 10

I hard bricked my Redmi note 10 and now I can't boot into fastboot mode. The only solution is QFIL but it keeps giving me errors. From where can I find a proper fastboot ROM (including mbn file) which could be flashed by QFIL? The normal fastboot ROM results in QFIL giving different errors.

Don't always look for other methods and do the right thing. You don't need to start multiple threads for one of your problems.

My phone is completely messed up right now. All I did was flash spark os (A12) over PPUI (A11) and then my phone didn't boot. I flashed that ROM via fastboot flash tool. I think it was the tool which caused this problem. After so many tries, my...

Not Able to Flash using FastbootMode

Hello guys,
I am using kenzo, and my bootloader is officially unlocked, today i tried flashing miui rom using miflash beta tool on my 32 bit system in fastboot mode, it shows flashing started and done in just 1-3 seconds and success message appears but when i flash using edl it successfully flashed.
Am i doing anything wrong? Or is there any other way of flash using fastboot mode (unlocked bootloader officially)?
Thanks in advance

You are not supposed to flash in fastboot mode!!!! For MiFlash to work, you need to get your phone into EDL (Emergency Download) Mode, the one in which the screen shows nothing and only the LED blinks in RED.
Connect your phone to PC in that EDL mode, and then open MiFlash. And as far as I remember, you need to have a 64-bit windows to run the latest MiFlash.
If u connected successfully, click on the Refresh button, and it will show something like COM1/COM2... etc. Then CLICK on Flash.
Have u tried with latest version of miflash tool..try it properly...?or u can flash it through cmd...just google it for the commands.. Try at ur own risk...I am happy with edl on miflash 15.something

I don't think there is any other way other than the EDL method for flashing official ROMs.
I just wanted to know that is there any method that helps flashing roms using unlocked bootloader because there are lot of guides on internet saying flash rom with locked bootloader so i wanted to know is there a plus point in flashing roms with unlocked bootloader
If you have unlocked BL you can flash via twrp or fastboot or EDL, so three options...
EDL if others two dont work
Look fastboot & recovery both are there for a reason,
What i feel the priority of recovery is 1st for flashing almost anything
(If Modem/Firmware or anything else seems to have causing the problem)
USE fastboot & if you are hardbricked or can't figure out what you are missing only then head over for EDL.
But don't EDL>>Fastboot>>Recovery
Now to address your questions more specifically
Loked Bootloaders are good for Security but not friendly when you are a TWRP addict on the other hand Un-Loked Bootloaders puts the responsibility of security on your hands allowing you to modify whatever partitions or files you want to change on system.
With a loked bootloader you may flash a rom but sooner or later you will realize its better to have it unloked if u love to be a tinker.

But the thing i am asking is that, is there a special or different method of flashing roms using fastbood mode?
In simple word, can or how can i flash roms using fastboot mode? As we use edl in miflash tool so can we use or how to use fastboot mode in flashing roms via miflash?

Help me with Realme 7 bootloop no fastboot or recovery available

I unlocked the bootloader succesfully then i tried to root the phone so i downloaded a relame 7 rom and patched boot.img with magisk then i did a fastboot then i typed in my pc cmd (fastboot flash magisk_patched.img) then (fastboot reboot) then i stucked at bootloop and i can't go to fastboot or recovery , Even the pc don't detect my phone, I think its because i downloaded a rom of newer version that i didn't update to it before flashing the patched boot or maybe i typed wrong cmd , Please any help guys there isn't any realme support center in my country, Thanks in advance.
you should have flashed vbmeta.img so that you don't get in bootloop
You mean your phone wouldn't go into bootloader by "Vol. down button + power button" holding from power off state?

Do you mean "fastboot flash recovery magisk_patched.img"??
the correct command is fastboot flash boot magisk_patched.img
Maybe he wrote fastboot flash magisk_patched .img
but I think it would have returned an error

Maybe the rom you downloaded and the base rom running on your device is not the same version, that may cause the error. {Mod edit}

Hi
did you solve in some way?
My realme 7 5G is not rooted.

First you all. Say the Model Number. You talk about Realme 7/Pro or 5G...
This issues is fixable. Just need extra tools to bypass Google FRP and a factory images ROM versions. Fixed few devices with the same situation!

did you find soultion of this at now because i also have same problem?
I've done the same thing I accidently typed "fastboot flash recovery magisk_patched.img" and now I cannot get out of the boot loop as there is no way due to messed up recovery + boot. I have been reading about finding and downloading a firmware in zip format that can be flashed with "SP Flash Tool" but when I try I cannot get it to work. The Firmware should be for the Realme 7 5G [RMX2111].
If anyone else can figure it out.... Please help!

It'll be kinda hard. You're gonna have to find a stock ROM - not an OTA update - and you're gonna need to use python to extract the contents from the .OFP file. This should be it. https://firmwarefile.com/oppo-realme-7-5g-rmx2111
basically you can follow this tutorial
the only difference is you have to use realme 7 firmware not C3. this is ofp file for rmx2151 you can extract it with ofp extractor. also I link this guide for RMX2155. its bootloader unlock guide for RMX2155, but you also follow that guide to revive RMX2151 (until step 10 is sufficient, unless you want unlocked bootloader too)
SF Flash tool is a quite useful for flashing/unbrick Mediatek phones. just read instruction more carefully from now

Redmi 8a fastboot stuck

So i wanted to install custom rom on my redmi 8a, installed TWRP and wiped the system without installing the rom, now my phone is stuck in the fastboot mode because i don'‌t have system to load, also can'‌t access the TWRP and file system from the pc. How can i flash MIUI? Tried with Mi Flash Tool, got an error "missmatching image and device". I tried downloading several different roms and also from official website, but still didn't succeed in flashing and every time get this exact error.
SOLVED! flashed patched vbmeta through fastboot and can open TWRP now
Hi.
So, I'm exactly in the same situation. For a moment there I thought I perma-bricked my phone...
Anyway, can you tell me more about how you solved it?
Where did you get the patched vbmeta file?
How can I flash it? Is it just a simple fastboot flash <partition> <file> command?
Anything else I need besides the vbmeta file?
Thanks in advance.

Question Lenovo Legion Duel 2 Stuck on Fastboot screen after QFIL (Bootloop)

It's not being picked up by ADB, fastboot OR Lenovo's smart recovery crap.

try going into your firehose options and select erase all before flashing. other than that im uploading all the partitions ive made copies of using qfil. You can try flashing them over one by one in qfil or see if fastboot flash will work . https://mega.nz/folder/TqxSjYrD#l3GM8SQgJcxhVrSeXMLW7Q

great work, its really appreciated. will these work on cn and global roms? or are they rom specific? and would it be possible to write a fastboot flashable script to make flashing the partitions easier? (for noobs like me who don't know how to flash them all manually) thanks again

completely forgot to specify which rom it was lol. its global
if you use fastboot flash commands you just go off of the file name . fastboot flash boot boot_a.bin fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta_a.bin . im pretty sure you can reuse the same file for both partitions. fastboot flash boot_a boot.bin | fastboot flash boot_b boot_a.bin etc. to make a windows script you'd write out each command in notepad then save it as a bat file.
You can also install them all manually using qfil.
-1. put phone into edl mode
-2. select firehose_ddr under the flatbuild section
-3. click on tools / partition manager
-4. right click a partition
-5. manage partition data
-6. load image (if you want you can erase the partition before loading the image )
-7. pick matching file, it immediately flashes it to your phone
-8. rinse and repeat
how i got out of the bootlop was using the file from rescue smart assistant. id flash it in qfil using the meta build option, and ddr firehose. then boot up into the bootloader and flash a persist image I had previously saved. if it doesnt work for you I can upload that image and see if that helps

i tried both qfil and fast boot same issue
Windows or Linux? If windows, look in Device manager when you do fastboot reboot fastboot and see if there is an exclamation in the list of devices, if so you will need to update the driver manually to android adb device (which is also the driver for fastboot). Which model do you own, Duel 2 or Pro 2? Have you tried Lenovo's RSA software tool since adb works? Use RSA only if it is a Duel 2, if it's a Pro 2 you will have to gather the right bundle posted on another thread (do not use it if you don't know as it can cause further issues).

Redmi 10c bootloop issue

so yesterday as I was flashing a custom rom for my device I found out that the hotspot wasn't working, I've look for solution across the internet and have found out that flashing persist.img on persist partition via twrp shall do the work, I did the same as instructed in the post downloaded the same file which I didn't confirm if it was really for my device, so after that my phone is stuck on an endless bootloop if I try to reboot to system luckily both fastboot and recovery was still accessible so I tried flashing another rom, stock, and even run flashrom.bat via fastboot but that didn't seem to fix it, now I'm only left with flashing stock img via miflash tool and hope it work for me, I can't really afford to pay anyone to fix it not at the moment and I want to atleast try to troubleshoot it somehow, what other options am I left with? hope I can get some answers
