I tried to install the OOS beta 3 on a TWRP/UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER, Oneplus 5 running OOS 4.5.(Something) [The Nougat Version]. As the ROM did not flash I booted into TWRP to find that all of my files were encrypted. How do i get another rom onto the device to flash that, what rom should i flash, and how do i prevent this in the future?
**ADB sideload on TWRP also wont load
I have a Redmi 3pro with full adds and mallware.
Now I want to flash with a new stable rom with Dutch language.
I have seen different tutorials, with different options.
Which tutorial/steps and rom can I choose best?
Current rom is MIUI 7.9.2.0(LHOCNCL)
Phone is not rooted and no TWRP installed
-Must I root and/or install TWRP first before flash or not?
-MIUI or CFW?
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Fastboot -> Fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
3. Download xiaomi.eu ROM for international version with translations
4. Flash it thru TWRP

1. First you need to Unlock the bootloader. (The usual process using Mi Unlock Tool in fastboot mode)
2. Then flash orangefox recovery
3. Now clean flash (wipe dalvik, cache, system, data before flashing) any aosp based custom rom (you might need to format data before you wipe it) using orangefox. Boot into it.
4. Now clean flash stock/any MIUI rom which you want to use using orangefox.
This should fix the issue.
I have a samsung J6 (SM-J600G) running stock samsung android 11.
I would like to flash 64bit custom rom to my phone.
As far as I know, I have to
1 backup and wipe everything
2 unlock bootloader
3 flash custom recovery
4 flash rom
5 flash vendor
I have found this (system-roar-arm64-aonly-gapps.img.xz) and this, which seem to be the things I need, and I will probably use twrp for recovery.
Am I all set or did I miss anything, this is my first time flashing android so I want to be extra careful.
Please tell me if the folloeing steps are correct
1 backup, enable adb, OEM unlock
2 download mode, flash twrp with odin (.tar)
3 recovery mode, wipe
4 flash rom (.img.xz file)
5 flash vendor (.zip file)
