While we are still waiting for our Android update, I was wondering if anyone got their Play system update yet. It seems like we are the last to get any updates. Among other things, it is supposed to include: Updates to system management...

I have cleared cache, data, uninstalled updates, within 1 day it updates automatically, and the issue still continues.
Any help is appreciated. :thumbup::beer:
Sent from my big A $$ Galaxy Note 2.
Un install the update then use titanium backup to break the Marley link
Sent from my SGH-T889 using xda app-developers app
I had a small app that I converted to a system app a long time ago.
since then I have updated the app not rally thinking about it
recently I look at at the backups and they all had a ? in them
i made a new one it was the same
there was no link to convert app back to a user app
but there was a link to integrate update into Rom
So I thought that was the problem. i did the integration knowing nothing about it.
it changed the name to "res/xml/prefrences.xml 3.0.4" and wouldn't run.
im in the prosses of completely deleting any trace of it and reinstalling a previous early version so its not even name the same.
any idea what happened?

Nope you will have to update it as the devs shut down access to the older version.
I have a Racing Electronics Legend scanner device. It actually has a phone radio in it, compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T, and is built on Android 6.0.1.
I would like to find a way to get play services on it, as the ability to use many outside apps relies on that framework. Is there anyone who could help me figure out how to get that installed and working on the device? What information would you need to do so?
Thank you!
Chris
Here is a screen shot of the info screen. I'm guessing you'll need more information but this is at least a start.

I woke up to my phone waiting for it to be unlocked. It said it had restarted for "System Update 2". However, when I click the patch notes, the last patch they have notes for was in February??
This is for a Verizon S23 Ultra
New software version: S918USQS1AWBL
I can't seem to find any patch notes online. Does anyone know what was fixed? I'm really, really hoping they finally got to the wifi 6 problems that are crippling my phone.
Saw your post and decided to check for updates and found I had an update too on my S918U1:
