If you want the kindle, here's how using linux, works with latest WebOS.
1. Download & install the Palm SDK for linux
2. Just download the app file here.

Go to the folder you downloaded and type this command while connected with usb cable to your touchpad, or just install the app any other way you know how.
palm-install com.palm.app.kindle_0.11.499820_all.ipk
Thank you, works perfectly. I put the ipk in my dropbox and installed it with preware without bothering with usb. It also syncs with the Amazon.co.uk accounts without a complaint.

As per title,I have searched everywhere,googled it.It was once available but i cannot for the life of me find out to where to download it from.

It has been withdrawn in Europe ( I think) but the US beta version can be had. If I remember correctly I downloaded it from webosbuzz and loaded it using webOS quick install through my desktop. You can still use a UK Amazon account to buy books despite the way the app was obtained. I'm not at home just now so I can't confirm that's where I got it but if you can't find it there post again and I'll double check.
I can't find the .ipk on the site you mentioned. If it's allowed (surely it must if it's a free app) would someone be able to post the updated .ipk on here?

If that won't take you straight there then the link was from Webosbuzz within the HP touchpad apps forum. That particular forum is private so you have to creat an account.

Ps the app seems to work ok. I have been able to get books from Amazon uk- no sideloading though.

I found this version much buggier than the 0.10.494660 version - it tends to give a blank white screen much more regularly than the older version gives a blank grey screen!

I have it on mine, but I didn't install it, it came with it and funny thing is a few days back it did an update for google movie studio. I've never used it but can't remove it either, only the update

Can you post the APK for us to all download? should be called videoeditor.apk
I have found the APK online and have installed it....It runs but It will not allow me to export AND the main editing screen is not displaying the video correctly.

where do I find the apk?? from the file manager I dont see it on any of the directories. i can't access the system or those other directories. tell me how to get there and i'll get it for you.

Look under system and then APP
It should be there.

This version of Movie Studio is 1.1 in the link above...it WILL NOT run on my machine. FORCE CLOSE every time. Cannot get it to open
I have only been able to get 1.0 to run and even then it's not right.
The editing screen is all screwd up, not in color and you cant export your work.
Any other ideas guys?

I hate to say it BUT the complete lack of support on this tablet really shows me how few people have bought this thing.
I love it....I have a rooted inspire and it is like an extension of my phone BUT getting any questions answered from the 3 other people that bought one is beyond slow....LOL
I'ts like no one has this thing.
ROOT? Would love it but dont see it happening any time soon....Since there are only 3 of us that own a Jetstream.....
Really weird that I cant find ANYTHING out about Movie Studio that is not 9 months old. I'ts like they announced it and released it to a few tablets and that's it? Is there no support for this?

This app seems like a good document editor for MS office and pdf, the user interface looks decent and there are dropbox, Google drive integration.
I'm curious on trying this app, but my Tablet isn't eligible for the download due to region restrictions.

works on my HTC flyer, couldn't DL it from the play store...

It's incredibly amazing, though also paaaaaaainfully slow... not the connection, just the interface. I'd mainly need this for Excel (haven't found an Android Office suite that does XY scatter plots!) but the sluggishness would need some getting used to on my otherwise very fluid device.
The interface is pretty annoying to get around in, since it's so cramped. Luckily my dock's touch pad can help with that. What's weird thuough, is that it doesn't recognize some physical keyboard-specific inputs, like arrow keys. You'd think they might have tested for that?

There was an update for Cloudon posted in July, does anyone have this version? Can't get it from the play store on my phone or my tablet (HP Touchpad). I need it for school, my laptop is in for warranty and I don't have a lot of spare time to sit in a lab, I have to work while taking a bus.

Could someone with a tablet upload the latest .apk
I got latest phone version through my old HTC Desire(Bravo) but when I install it on my Padfone 2(Which does not have official support for this app yet) it only enables the phone version of this app.
While the version posted up here enable the tablet mode but because they are to old it won't let me login. Giving me an error that these version of the app are to old and no longer supported.
If anyone is interested the phone .apk I can upload it.

Mizuu is an app which will gather video files on your device and create your movie & tv show collection, then sync with trakt.tv.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for alternative apps that can do the same thing? I think they're called "scrapers" but I really am not sure.

So a few months have passed now, and Mizuu is officially retired. I haven't been able to find a worthy replacement, any suggestions?

Yes, unfortunately Mizuu has been progressively deteriorating without the support of the developer. I believe he made the code available for anyone else to continue working on, but I haven't read anything else about that.
There is hope though, the Mizuu developer has started a new project, similar to Mizuu, called Jolly. Check out the blog post on the Mizuu website for more information. No updates in a while though...

TV shows still working fine for me. I use anything below 2.7.1.3 which it support sdcard.

Old thread but found an alternative that looks just like Mizuu. Search for Mozee or com_stumi_mozee_1.1.4_10_31_2018.apk, and Nova Video Player (Achros fork) seems to work for the most part. Also found this comment elsewhere:
I'm still using Mizuu can't access sd card in it the since marshmallow. Workaround: install older version of the app, add sources and then update to latest version SD no crashes, no issuses on oreo.

I realize appassistant app for mate 20/20 pro/20 x got new features which can turn the ui into fullscreen gaming selection windows, (saw the video where the person connect the Betop G1 Controller to the mate 20 and automatically appassistant pop up with new ui), and the best features where the user can mapping BT controller whichever games the wanted, without using 3rd party app.
Can someone share new appassistant experiance? since I dont have mate 20 phone.
another thing, could someone extract the appassistant apk, would try to install on my honor phone, or maybe someone can ported mate 20 appassistant for other huawei/honor phone, that would be great.

I believe there's a 9.0.0.311 too, but there might even be newer. Does anyone have the latest apk?

It's the app that let's you interact with the controller.
I have the apk if you need, it's not the latest version but it works.

hi, i'm new here. having problem with the app, well before its Game suite working fine but since i got the new update for pie, change the name, cannot use the AppAssistant. it does not appear on the drawer. but in the installed device, its there. i tried to extract the apk. i can only use it once. put all the games then i close the app, its no where to be found, i try to make the shortcut from the app itself but it does not work the same. huawei p20 pro. ?

Oh yes I'm having at exact same problem! Was a little disappointed as I just got the controller today. Also updated AppAssistant to the latest version but doesn't seem to work. Hope someone has a solution.

Hi, If I dont understand wrong, you need the pop-up menu to re-map your buttons.
If you updated the Getop B1 controller firmware and you're on the last update of your APP ASSISTANT, when you open any game, you PRESS the bluetooth button ONCE on your gamepad and the remapping menu will open.
On lastest versions, the floating button to remap has been removed.

PS: Just to know, does anyone tried to play with headphones? On mate 20 X is rlly difficult due the jack position on the phone...so i have to use it without it....someone tried an usb c headphones?
