Question [Pixel Experience ROM] Camera, Flash & Fingerprint not working - OnePlus Nord 2 5G

I flashed PE ROM and all three are completely broken, What is causing the problem and how to fix it? Is it specific to this ROM or any other custom ROM?

Hi,
I have used this rom for almost a day now. There are no bugs whatsoever. It is really stable. Didn't notice any battery drains either. best suitable for a daily driver.
About, the bootloop issue, try to reflash the rom again according to the instructions in the Rom Thread.
Wipe data, Wipe cache, Wipe dalvik, Format System and flash rom. Don't flash any patches provided in the thread. Since the rom is pre-rooted, i dont think you need to flash the stock rom using SP flash tools and then flash this rom.
P.S.: I used TWRP recovery to flash this. Not CWM. Try flashing the ROM using TWRP.
Cheers!

Touchscreen not working after flashing LOS 14.1

I've replaced my touchscreen for a new one that i´ve bought in aliexpress and when I flash LOS 14.1 it doesn´t work. The rom boot and everything seems to be ok in the process but touchscreen doesn´t work. I've restore a backup to miui and it's ok. Latest firmware ok.
Any ideas?

Try flashing a custom kernel (like Radon or Agni) after flashing LOS. That might help

There are custom kernels that work on MIUI. Take a look at the development section
I have seen this since yesterday. Why screen replacement does this on stock kernel and how does custom kernels fix hardware issue?
I faced the same problem after screen replacement from AliExpress. Touch works on MiUI but not on official LOS. Flashing Agni kernel over LineageOS solved the issue for me.

It didn't work
I flashed miui 10 pie global dev and then I flashed another Rom and still the same bug
I flashed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8LITE_9.2.21_v10-9. And it worked, search for it on xiaomi.eu flash it and boot after setting up the wizard reboot to twrp factory reset and flash any custom rom. If it dosent work flash stock rom with fastboot method and it should restore audio
Same here, I tried to miui.eu, doesnt work either
Also mic and cam doesn't work
You don't need to flash the entire stock PIE ROM guys. Only the firmware.

Yes and it works fine
Yo, Using twrp to install custom ROM will corrupt sound hardware, Becuz Twrp can't fully Install Custom ROM, So you'll need to use CWM recovery (ClockWorkMod) to Install Custom ROM correctly. Using CWM recovery worked for me.

I had a big problem

I have a Redmi 5 plus, and I unlocked the bootloader to flash custom roms , after that I moved on official ROM but each and every SENSORS ARE STOPPED working except finger print sensor, I don't know what to do:crying: please help me to fix that issue
Ive had the same problem while trying to flash a custom kernal, its a kernal problem.. try to flash the stock rom again.. full flash it will restore the sensors.. or else flash boot file from the stock rom

Xiaomi A3 Cant detect any sensors.

Hi to all,
Yesterday i tried to install android 10 OTA update to my xiaomi a3 with adb - twrp method. It was a bad choice because the rom was very laggy with many bugs. I reinstalled the official A3 android 9 rom and lock the bootloader. Everything was working fine except of all my sensors. Gyroscope, proximity sensors etc. I can't even see them in DEv check apps neither with the call method. In addition i cant find any other posts refering the specific topic. Thank you

I managed to fix the issue by flashing the pixel experience rom. The sensors started working again and then i went back to stock. Some suggest flashing the persist partition but you may lose Widevine DRM L1 by doing so.....

No. As i said i flashed a custom rom, in this case PE, instead of flashing persist and as soon as the rom booted the sensors started working again. Then i flashed the latest stock fastboot rom and everything is fine.
