Guys, what do you mean when considering the first video as solution? he just downgrades from 12 to 11. This is not a solution. We need a solution for android 12 we don't want to downgrade to android 11.
Am I missing something?
Yeap , this need a really performant and interested developper to do it . But it seems there isn't ... Recently I updated stock C10 to C11 and all commands are there ... BROM mode , recovery , fastboot but apparently they are triggered by something . Personally I don't understand this way to hide those but for me isn't a impediment , I don't want to root or install TWRP . There are important astral signs that will be in a few months A13 for OnePlus Nord 2 , so for now I'm feeling good

ya you will have to follow the tutorial what is posted in the OP, there is a youtube link. I followed it but in the Customer made xubuntu flash drive the MTK tool was not working, so i created a Ubuntu bootable USB disk and then booted it installed all the necessary files for MTK tool from the Github page and i flashed the Android 11 to my phone then i was able to boot into Fastboot mode.
In realme 7 and android 12
I managed to get into fastboot mode using the following command:
adb shell reboot fastboot

My device Mi3 is running on CyanogenMod 13 and latest TWRP recovery. Unable to install weekly updates of CyanogenMod. Recently, got an update cm-13.0-20160516-NIGHTLY when i tried to install that there is an dialog box of "Apply Update" You are about to update bla bla bla... Note: This feature requires a compatible Recovery or updates will need to be installed manually. I didn't get what it means and i thought TWRP is a valid recovery so proceeded from that. After few minutes it rebooted the device top recovery and nothing happened from that. So i rebooted the system again searched over Internet about the issue haven't found any perfect solution (within what i found) but i tried by copying the update file to /sdcard (i mean root directory) and tried to install the update manually by using TWRP recovery but it is showing an error "Updater process ended with ERROR: 7 Error installing zip file '/sdcard/cm-13.0-20160516-NIGHTLY-cancro.zip' Updating partition details......done"
Can you help me out how to install the update and also tell me what I've done wrong so that i will not do that again.
Thanks in advance.

sorry for late reply, please help me with a step that is mentioned in the link you've given.
"Run flash_all.bat (on windows) or flash_all.sh (on OS x and Linux - it's suggested to open it from a terminal in these systems)"
Does it mean to run in cmd or what. Please help me out. If you can please elaborate that step.

Just connect your device and double click on "flash_all.bat"(I'm assuming you to be on Windows) and it'll do the rest
Well I encountered the same problem a while ago.. I just flashed miui 8 through twrp.. and booted and again flashed latest cm13 and it worked.. No problems so far..

ok i'll do the same. I doubt whether the device needs to be in fastboot mode or normal system. If you can clear this i'll proceed because previously i tried the same but in fastboot and the device is recognized i checked by 'fastboot devices'.

factory reset and flashed another rom via fasboot, but reboot stuck at the start screen, just like the left one on the photo I submitted.
Do another unbricking, and everything back to the state I reported.
It's confirmed to be a hardware problem, when the monitor is replaced, everything back to normal.
I think there is problem with build.prop .. try google ... To restore build.prop
It seems that the Kernel is also affected so it must be hardware problem

Hi, I have exactly the same problem after following the tutorial in here to get rid of the vendor encrypted god damn rom. Everything was working right before it so I don't buy the hardware issue. After flashing using flashone 2.0 I did ended up with my screen like this.
I tried several qfill file from severals sources and always the same result. I even try to go on and flash TWRP and RR rom but screen stay that way.
Please, I'm seriously desperate right now... I need your help guys and looks like i'm not the only one.

It was solved without replacing the screen!
Ok so, I did as shown in the topic : https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-max-2/help/flash-eui-rom-fastboot-t3525831
download twrp (The one I know didn't had the touchscreen issue)
boot from twrp (wish I had know about it before!) and not from one installed
upload zip file to /sdcard ( here's the catch, while in TWRP in don't have access to adb, the phone doesn't connect to pc or I don't know even I mount it, could be me. So i just put the archive at the root of the phone before booting to twrp from adb)
install rom
reboot
And ... it's ****ING WORKING!*
Really big thanks to ThE_MarD for his help!

Hello,
I wanted to root my phone to MIUI version 13.
I have rooted before and I was at MIUI 12.6.
While I was romming my phone it failed (which i didnt see) and followed the guide and wiped everything.
Now I am stuck without an operating system, I have tried flashing but when I was flashing and it came to 1201 seconds then it said "error: flash timeout"
Does anyone know what to do?

I found a way. mi flash tool seems to have a time limit of 700 seconds, so we have to flash the rom with less time than that. Previously I flashed using my old laptop (using HDD) and there was a timeout error. then I borrowed my friend's laptop which has pretty good specs (using SSD) and I managed to flash it.
Use old version of miflashtool
Ayuda no me deja flashear..
For those who have the same problem, download the most recent adb platform tools folder and replace the files in the miflash folder, that was my solution.

well it is not complicated as it seems it;s better to just watch a video on it honestly but you just go to your developer settings and hit "oem unlock" and just go to your bootloader and plug it up into your pc and go "fastboot oem unlock" and bam but to use the fastboot enhanced actually it and just go to fastboot visualizer and select your payload bin and it just takes care of it for you but i do recommend just watching a video lol

uh, you can try but i doubt it would ever work without it since the data that is inside the folder zip is essential for a certain model! so you can give it a shot but i don't really think it would work without it being unlocked.

well it is not complicated as it seems it;s better to just watch a video on it honestly but you just go to your developer settings and hit "oem unlock" and just go to your bootloader and plug it up into your pc and go "fastboot oem unlock" and bam but to use the fastboot enhanced actually it and just go to fastboot visualizer and select your payload bin and it just takes care of it for you but i do recommend just watching a video lol

I had the same message. I tried changing from slot A to slot B and the message didn't appear and it flashed successfully.
