Hi everyone,
I added new watch faces in my Amazfit by transfering them to WatchFace folder in storage and now, when I try to change the watch face directly in the clock, I'm receiving the message: unfortunately launcher has stopped. Anyone knows how can I fix it? Thanks and sorry for my English.
Mine stopped when I tried to add background image to custom watchface.
The solution is to change the watchface via phone app, to one of the factory watchfaces, then reboot the watch.
Everything works ok for me since then.
So, I just received my watch today and I was excited to set it up, but one thing didn't work. The Watch Face Settings inside the Mi Fit app doesn't seem to do anything in the sense that when I try to access it, there is a blue line showing something is loading, but then I am greeted with a blank page.
It need active internet connection to load the watchfaces.
Check your phone Internet connection.

I'm connected over Wi-Fi. I should probably try on 4g.

I have the same problem
I've been having the same issue since I bought the watch. It's pretty frustrating, since I am not a big fan of the stock watch faces. I've already tried clearing the data of the app and setting up the watch from scratch.

Did it help? Yesterday I restored my watch and mifit app to factory settings but this did not help

to use Watch Face Settings you can try to use some VPN software to change location to Hong Kong for example...
- sometimes here are problems with connecting to amazfit server from non-china locations((
I tried using HonkKong server using Turbo VPN(android app), doesn't seem to be working. If it works for anyone do let us know
Can't check it now... I have this problem earlier.
Now watch face settings is working (Mifit 3.2.3.1 LolexMod, Bip FW v0.1.0.43)
I try to use Honk kong VPN
And.. The same problem, i cant see watch faces... My version is 3.2.7.2

Fixed
I managed to fix the error by connecting the Bluetooth clock and being connected, erase the cache and that's it.

Just got my bip today and can't see anything on "Watch face settings" page.
Please can you explain your fix in a little more detail please. I tried turning bluetooth on and off, and having wifi on/off but no luck. When you say erase the cache how do I get to that screen? Thanks

Seems to be working now, strange
If you login with FB or Google Account please sign out then try to login using Mi Account. That's work for me

This doesnt work. It seems something is broken on the page that gives all the list of watch faces. I have another app for custom watch faces which shared a message about something on similar lines.
Solution
I had the same issue, "Local watch faces" is not showing anything, but they seem to be loaded under "Online watch faces". So download a new watch face, for example with "Amazfit Bip & Cor WatchFaces" app, remember the watch face your are substituting. Then go to "Online watch faces", choose the watch face you have substituted (which will still show the original image, not the new watch face!!!) and there you go, your chosen watch face will be loaded to the watch, not the original one.
Quiet confusion really, took me a while to realize this.

Hello,
I deleted all watch faces downloaded for my amazfit cor. I reinforced to close my Mi app.
I reopened Mi app and reopened Watch Face Settings. It worked again to me.
Hopefully it helps you guys with the same issues as mine.
hello, i was changing the watchfaces for cutom ones, and after trying one, the GTS was freezed in succesfull synced or installed watchface, i dont remember the message, is the one after change the watchface in the app amazfit. well after that i decide to tunr off it pressing the bottom, i restarted it and after the animation message off amazfit it was black. after being black and not response during like 30s its restart itself, and that in loop. restart, aniamtin, black, restart, aniamtion, etc..... pls someone know how to fix it???? i tried to charge it and its charges prefect, its appears the anaimation of charging etc, but the problem is taht, is in bootlloop xd. pls someone who know who to fix it answer me pls :crying::crying::crying::crying:
its fixed. for fix it, put to charge. go to amazfit app and change the watchface for one of the app and it fixed itself. use this if someone have this problem
Hi, thanks for posting your fix.
Mine got rebooting in a loop after freezing when changing the watchface.
I though it was a problem with the watch itself...
Tried changing the watchface while charging like you sugegsted. It doesn't work at the first time, neither resetting to the default view on the device from Notify app, but setting a watchface from the app repositository did the magic !
Now I am playing with watchfaces again, in a regular operative device thanks to you sharing your issue and fix.

Simply connect to the charger, GTS switches to stock charging watchface, and you use the official app to upload an official watchface! Simple as that.
I try it, but my phone can't connect to gts I put it to charge it's working, but when i open the amazfit app, can't see the watch.

I has the same issue and fixed it by throwing it on the charge and changing the watch face through the Amazfit app.
Amazfit GTR 47 mm Boot Loop Error
Hey Guys!
I have encountered same problem many times. The reason behind this error is incompatible 3rd party watch faces. Don't worry I have the solution as well. Follow below steps and you are good to go.
1. Connect your watch to the charger.
2. Open the app and connect the watch.
3. After successful connection please select the smallest watch face.
4. Install the selected watch face on your Amazfit GTR 47 mm.
5. After installing the watch face, your watch is alive again.

i too have experienced same problem. amazefit logo is not going from the screen even on after putting it on charge the amazefit logo is not disappearing from the screen. please someone help me out

Buddy, this is absolutely senseless))) How you can connect watch to app if watch constantly in bootloop mode?! You really think it is possible? ))
hello there, have a boot loop problem with Amazfit GTR-47 and somehow I uninstall the app so now I cant connect the watch to the application ...any suggestion, or I have to check hard durability.
Please any advice from someone who has solved the same problem.

May be you try this way:

3. Open your gps function in your phone
4. login or register Mi web account
5. Go to devices section in your Zepp APP
6. If there are any devices, delete it.

The firmware is i guess corrupted and customer service of Amazfit is not responding.

Hello dear community,
Unfortunately, my GTR 2e developed a strange "glitch" after I installed watchface themes from the zepp app. The "main screen" works normally, the setting and the quicksttingsbar work well, almost all other "views" are glitched and you can't see anything. I m posting pictures of it
I have already tried the following things without success:
1. Multiple factory reset
2. Hold the main button repeatedly for a long time and reboot
3. Uninstall the zepp app
4. All downloaded watch faces deleted
Can someone help me with the problem? Many thanks
That´s very strange but it seems to be a problem with the LCD. Did you hit the watch some were ?
That happen to me also, I applied watchface from AmazFaces app and got this situation. But did reboot and changed to other watchface and now its OK.
Hello guys,
I have this weird issue: I gave my old Amazfit Bip Lite to my wife. Now the old Mi Fit app had been replaced with Zepp Life app and that's fine. I paired the watch with her phone. The app let me select the smartwatch model, and there's only one choice for both Amazfit Bip and Amazfit Bip Lite.
The app updated the whole watch firmware correctly (15 minutes!), except for the GPS firmware - which I guess should be fine, as the Bip Lite has no integrated GPS hardware.
The thing is, now, EVERY SINGLE TIME she opens Zepp, the app still retries to update GPS firmware. It tooks like 5 minutes every time before failing, during while you can't use both the watch and the app. It looks like the watch has been detected as a Bip and not a Bip lite... and there's no way to change this in the menu.
What can I do now? Any ideas? Deleting and re-pairing the watch didn't help, and waiting 5 mintues every time you open the app...well is painful.

My mistery is still unsolved... Any help? I was thinking about forcing the installation of an old firmware though notify&fitness app and upgrade the watch from that, but I'm unsure about downgrading, as it looks like a brickful procedure.
