[Q] Launcher Themes for Custom ROM?

Good Morning Everyone,
I have a quick question. I am attempting to build my own ROM, simply using CM10.1 as a base right now. I am trying to use APEX launcher as my default, however, I want to use a custom theme with it. I want the theme to be automatically applied on first boot instead of having to apply it after installing the ROM. Does anyone know how to do this? Can I just copy the "res" and "assests" folders from the theme to the launcher .apk, or is there more to it? Thanks.

[Q] How to change theme of custom ROM without flashing

Hi Guys,
Id like to know if there is any chances to change my current theme of my custom ROM without having to reflash all again.
Im using Zelly Cream ROM on my Xperia Ray.
Thx in advance
Can't you just install themes from the market? Although that is only possible if you have a theme option in your settings(android 4+). Once installed you change them via this theme option in settings
I mean, the custom ROM itself has different themes to chose from.
In AROMA installer I selected one of 4 dif themes that it has.
And I want to know if I must flash once again the hole ROM or just flashing it again with the dif theme will change the theme and also wont destroy my current config and apps.
Use Go Launcher

u can use go launcher for changing themes of ur rom widout flashing anything
google it for more
ADW Launcher is my personal favorite (its customization options go nicely with CM7 for my device). GO Launcher is really good though and has TONS of theme development support.

you dont need root but for sure u must have TWRP Recovery to flash apks to system folders
if you use theme store alone with new touchwiz launcher then u can only apply themes to Icons & Wallpapers
if you want full device to be themed then you required the Framework Folder , SystemUI, Theme store apks, Launcher apk, new system apps
Using TWRP itself will trigger knox to 0x1 ( Warranty will be gone )

first if you are ok with custom roms then try them as there are many roms for s5 g900f
if not happy with any custom rom then make one with minimum mods by yourself

You Can import mtz on global roms too , You just have to signup on miui theme developer program. After that wait for 2-3 days and then signout and signin mi account on your phone, even fonts will be unlocked.
regards
Hi,
After doing that steps, register as developer, bla bla bla....
When I download a theme from the Miui Forum app on the phone, when I gonna apply the themes, the only thing it was change is the LockScreen and Home icons,
the status bar stay with the Default, Boot Animation, Dial Pad, Messages, etc...
What should I do?
My rom is Global Stable 8.1.1.0
For global rom
You must be a member first in forum miui
Then you have to post each day for several themes
To get your score up
After 5 to 7 days your score will rise
And you can activate the theme on the device

Xiaomi has updated new rules for third party themes. You can't use third party themes with or without designer account.
If you really want third party themes, use roms like epic, xiaomi.eu etc which hacks the theme store to allow all themes.
I have done all that but no luck I'm on my 5 running mini global stable 8.2.2
i have a designer account and still error 402. apparently theirs some stupid new rule that you have to actively upload good quality themes every certain amount od days to KEEP your designer status! how am i supposed to test my theme if i dont have permission to install it!

Old epic roms didn't included the theme hack but the latest version includes it. You can also use MIUI theme editor from playstore to install custom themes.

You can using this guide http://www.bootloop.id/2017/08/cara-modifikasi-theme-manager-miui8.html

Another solution ?
Solution: The downgrade to miui 8 allows the installation of a couple of themes through the miui theme editor app.

Miui theme reverts back to default after a while

I am using miui version 10.3.6. I used the theme app to download and apply the themes but it still reverts to default theme . Is there a fix for this?
It isn't changing now for some reason.
