bro but when i flashed a twrp from odin when i tried to root my phone it wiped everything how do i flash this one?? and will it delete the os?

Magisk modules won't make your phone significantly faster. You have to flash overclocked custom kernel (H-Kernel or Ares Cobalt for example), and some (free of bloat) custom rom to achieve that.
