I currently have the global rom installed on my Chinese RealMe GT2 Pro model. Now I'd like to install the EU rom instead. Is this possible?

Xiaomi MIUI global ROM are official rom developed by Xiaomi with all of the application software (boltware) while EU ROMs are based on the official ROM but it don't have any extra chines apps and best of all no ads in pre-loaded apps

I'm currently on miui 12.0.1 Indian global. I want to shift to global rom. But there's several versions of the global rom from 12.0.1 to 12.0.6. Which one should I flash? It should be the least buggy.
