i have a Problem, the Zen App says always A-GPS couldn´t sync and it goes in Error.
My current Firmeware is: V1.4.0.18 - is this the current right firmeware?
And I have loaded the Notify for Amazfit App which has a seperate Download for A-GPS but it also goes wrong / fail.
My Question is can i reflash the current Firmeware with A-GPS, what is when the A-GPS isn´t sync? i can´t tell any problems with it, all seems to work?

When connecting to wifi, and open market, it shows 'no connection' and a 'retry' button.
What i have tried:
1. clear data, force stop
2. re-install market,
3. upgrade market to the latest version
4. downgrade to a lower version
All above approaches do not work for me.
And when I search similar posts from our forum, a solution I found is to ensure the system date and time are accurately set. But I can not figure out how to accurately set the system date and time.

system date and time is easy... go to settings and you should see date/time... and set accordingly.
as for your market issue... does it connect when using your phones 3g signal? when you're connected to your wifi can you connect to other sites? are there any other apps blocking your connection? (eg lbe, droidwall).
Long shot... try to wipe cache?
I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but maybe you could try a factory reset or install another rom?

Did you notice unstable bluetooth connection ?
I currently use a P20 lite, appaired with a smart watch (Amazfit Pace). While I never had any problem before with a Mate 9, I notice after a few hours that the watch doesn't get any notification. I reseted the watch, uninstalled the Amazfit app several times, but the problem is still there. The app says the watch is connected, but can't transmit anything (the battery level for exemple isn't available). The only way to get notifications working again is to shut / restart the watch.... But the problem reappears after a while.
I wonder where the issue comes from and I'd like to know if other have problems with bluetooth devices on their P20 lite....

I'm having the same issue with my Tickwatch, didn't found any solution yet
same here, first clean connect are okey, next is pain to ass..
only workaround i find are reset network setings.
Settings >> System >> Reset >> Network settings reset
or, downgrade system to first version, with first , in my case B126, i never got thease problems, only with next versions bluetooth are bugy /****y (my phone are ANE-L21C432B126 (dual sim aka ANE-LX1) right now, but i crosflashed ANE-L01C432B126 (single sim, also ANE-LX1) (crosflashing single sim with dual sim firmware stop updates, its vice versa for dual sim flashing single sim firmware and got wrong build number, what are reason why cant find update), so my build number are different and there are not system updates anymore, and bluetooth are working great, but thats not other reason why im using B126 version, i got aplication, what worked wrong with new updates, but all are ok with B126, i test all version up to B146, and in every of them are thease bluetooth and wrong working app)
Found a solution, been connected to my watch for 3 days in a row.
Erase Bluetooth data and cache.
Go into Settings > Apps > Show System Apps > Search for Bluetooth > Erase all data and Erase Cache > Reset Watch and pair it again with the phone > Done

I got:
- iPhone 6 with iOS 9.0.2
- Amazfit App 2.5.0
- Amazfit Watch Soft WOS 2.6.2.0 (PACEficator Project)
Since the update to WOS 2.6.2.0 from 1.2.51 (PACEfied) i can´t sync the Activity data.
When I want to sync with the connected watch it shows "Data sync failed, Activity data sync failed (code H02) please r.... "
I tried:
- Factory reset
- Unpair
- Delete and reinstall the app
Update to latest Amazfit app. If it doesn't fix the problem, unpair again but do NOT restore old data to watch.
New App installed -> same problem + new error code S02
Watch unpaired and the old data not restored -> same problem
Wtf are you using iOS 9.0.2? Version 12.0 was just release and you are using 9.x??? Why?
Try to upload data from watch's Settings -> Upload (you need to connect watch to a 2.4GHz access point for this to work).
Hello. I recently got one of these because the specification found on the internet indicates it has a built-in FM radio tuner function. However, having received it, I found no apps on the device to use this function. The device runs its original factory OS which is Android 6.
Installing the Alcatel FM Radio APK on the device manually does not complete. The error message says 'X - Application did not install'.
Could anyone please shed light on this issue. Is it possible to use the FM radio on this device, and is there an app that can utilise the function?
Needless to say that I do not want to run apps that stream radio stations via the internet.

I have Verge A1811 with Rom 3.2.2.0. The watch does not update to newest version 3.2.6.0. The watch itself and the Amazfit App say: latest version running.
I tried with English (US) and German. Amazfit App is the current version.
Any ideas to force the update?
I had the same watch before (had to return it because of defect), there the update runs without any issues.

I finally solved the update problem:
1. Delete Amazfit App on Phone
2. Created complete new Amazfit Account with location "USA"
3. Factory Reset on watch
4. Set watch to language US Englisch
5. Bind watch to App/phone
6. Connect watch to WiFi
7. Et voila: all updates received up to 3.2.6
