How to get back to initial setup on S21 - Samsung Galaxy S21 Questions

Ok mom got an S21 and somehow got to the ui without going to the "transfer data from your old phone" part. Is there some way I can get back to that screen so we can load data off her old phone?

settings>accounts & backup>bring data from old device

[Q] How can I tell if my SGS II is softbricked or not?

Is there any way that I can tell if my Galaxy S II is softbricked or not?
Basically, I was recharging it on Saturday when it suddenly began to get really hot and reboot itself every couple of minutes.
When I later checked my phone, I found that I got a 'System UIDs Inconsistent' message when I switched it off and then back on.
I tried to do a force close on the phone and that didn't seem to work.
The data on the data partitions seem to be safe and I can access ClockworkMod within the phone without any problems, but at the same time, I can't access the data partitions at all via Windows Explorer after being connected to my laptop.
Is there any way I can fix the phone without having to delete the data partitions at all?
EDIT: When I boot up the phone, the lock screen works fine along with the time and date that appears on it as well as the icons that appear on the top of the screen.

[Q] Water Damage- Trying to Recover Contacts (Only boots to recovery/download)

I have a non rooted Samsung Galaxy SIII on Verizon (now deactivated). Last year the phone was submerged in water for a few seconds. I did the usual wet phone tricks and it worked for about 6 months. Recently it has been randomly restarting until a few days ago when it would not boot up.
When booting, I get to the Samsung logo screen then the phone will shut off. I AM able to boot to recovery and download mode but I cannot turn it on fully. Most of my data has been backed up (photos, videos, app info) but I must have made an error when backing up my contacts on Verizon's backup assistant and I have not backup of them.
I am looking for any way to get my contacts. Any solution I can find online requires that the phone be rooted which it is not and I do not think I can do as it won't turn on. I am not sure if USB debugging is enabled or not.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Maybe i'm stating the obvious but login here www.google.com/contacts and see if your contacts are there.
Or is it possible that you have your contacts stored on your SIM card? Mine are, as even though you can only store basic phone number info per contact, it makes it very easy when switching phones.

[Q] [ZTE-Nubia Z5S] Unfortunately, System UI has stopped.

I bought the Nubia Z5s a year ago when I was living in China for half a year. the phone worked fin for me until about last march. At that point the screen simply stopped working. I disregarded the phone for a while and started using my old HTC One X again.
About a month ago I ordered a new screen for the phone from china, and installed it. All went well, the phone turn on again nog problem. I turned the phone on for the first time last Sunday afternoon. Put the SIM card in on Monday morning at around 8 AM before I left for work (I did use the WiFi on Sunday to download apps and such).
At exactly the moment I turned on my SIM (phone and data) the phone gave an error message: "Unfortunately, SystemUI has stopped". It gives me the options OK and Report, but both options do not end the endless appearance of the message. After a few reboots, and switching back to Airplane mode I got the phone to work again. I then searched the internet, and it told me to delete my Cache Partition. Now I use Stock Mod (with google services) so I have no idea how to use CWM nor do I know how to boot this phone into recovery mode (tried a few combinations). So I just went into the Settings>Apps menu and started clearing specific app caches. That seemed to work, did not get the error again.
The next day, again around 8 AM the same thing happened. This time the message was more persistent, harder to get rid of. Took me a dozen reboots and connection top my laptop to clear the message. Wednesday, same thing happened, again around 8 AM. Tried updating to latest version of the software, worked for a day.
Yesterday (Thursday) again around 8 AM same message. This time it would not go away. tried for over 3 hours. Reboots, connecting to PC, the whole works. So I tried a factory reset (did not erase data) worked, again for a day. 8 AM this morgning (Friday). same error message. Not been able to get rid of it yet. So I am guessing there is some corrupt app or service running every day around 8 AM (not a big believer in coincidence ). Is there any way to find out what process is causing this error? Or does anybody know something else I can try?
EDIT: I am able to preform some actions on the phone between the OK clicking (about a tap/swipe per time)
Tried resetting phone with erasing phone data this time. Still didn't work. Now trying reset without installing Google Services Framework. Am trying to determine if the phone has a problem with my service provider.

[Q] Samsung S4 logs

Hey guys,
I was wondering what kind of logging the Samsung S4 does and how to access it.
I found some logs once; but I can't seem to get back to the the menu. Only the recovery menu button combo {down volume, home, power}
Also could not figure out how to copy those logs off the device.
Verizon Samsng S4 on Android 5.0.1 (LRX22C)
some back story:
I have Maas360 and a Kiosk policy applied to about 70 devices. Some have been getting stuck in a loop; phone restarts for no reason, stays up for about a minute than reboot.
So I figured I had pushed out a bad policy. I made a new policy minus the changes that correlated to the reboot loops and things seemed to be ok.
Since the phone wouldn't stay on the network long enough to grab the command to remove the bad policy, I wiped the phones with Samsung Kies firmware updater.
But now some of the phones I wiped are back to the reboot loop. This makes me worried since it was a slow burn the last time this happened. First one device than two, than bam! 3rd day 10 devices reboot loop.
thanks guys

Galaxy A50 Hard Reset Blocked

Hi, it would be good if someone can give me some advice on resetting a phone that I have, which appears to have the reset function disabled.
I have had my business phone upgraded and am left with the old device which is a Galaxy A50 which has not been asked to be returned. This phon e is newer than my personal phone and was wondering if I could use it. I have tried putting my sim in it and made a call which works fine (they are both the same phone network provider). Trouble is I can't put any new Apps on it and it's locked to the corporate settings.
I tried to carry out a hard reset but that option appears to be blocked. When the phone reboots it does not go into the android boot menu but instead goes straight to full boot with the screen lock. I plainly know the screen lock as it was my old phone.
I have also done some reading and it seems that if I was to be able to reset the phone I would need the email account to get back into it. The phone has 3 email accounts, none of which I actually need:-
- my work email account (exchange)
- my work email account (work account)
- an android email account (numerous numbers @ANDROID-for-work.gserviceaccount.com)
Before I do anything that may brick the device, I was wondering if anyone can offer any advice on how to make use of this. Seems a shame to just bin it, and I know my business won't do anything with it, it'll just get dumped. I don't need anything on the device, just want to do a total wipe and start from fresh.
Thank's in advance if anyone can help.
