Would be nice to have an APK sideloading feature integrated into app.

I used some debit cards way back in 2016 and 2015 when Google Wallet was still used as a payment portal for google. I successfully added 2 cards and got them verified successfully. I wasn't using them a lot and didn't use them since Google rewards started getting good.
When google launched Google Pay I signed in to check my payment methods but I can't see the old cards at all. I can still see the payment methods via Play settings. See the image attached

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",

}
I tried to edit the payment methods Using Play settings (Google Play menu -> Account -> Payment methods -> More Payment settings). This step just redirects me to the new Google Pay page where the old cards don't show up.
I also tried logging out and logging in Play app. Logging out and clearing app cache. Disabling the app, reinstalling and re-updating the app. Turns out the settings are stored in my account. I checked by opening my account in a browser. It shows the old cards. I can't remove them via browser. I get the same situation. (See the screenshot below.)
Please help. I tried the Google support chat and they couldn't understand my problem.
Hiya
I'm having issues with 4 Google Services (Calendar, Keep, Gmail and Music) not syncing for some reason.
Below is what I see:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I've tried the usual stuff like manual sync, removing and re adding the account etc. The only reason it shows as synced today is from when I removed and re added the account. Before that, the last sync date showed as the day I got the phone.
I've checked the log files and see logs such as:
Code:
syncs:
sync-errors:
CombinedSyncSnapshot: {Last Sync Start Time (system clock): 07/27 22:42:50.472, Sync Type: BTD_GMAIL, Connectivity Type: TYPE_WIFI, Throwables: Throwable: java.lang.SecurityException: Access denied! Only Google signed apps are allowed to access the SubscribedFeeds provider. Calling package: com.google.android.gm, stacktrace: java.lang.SecurityException: Access denied! Only Google signed apps are allowed to access the SubscribedFeeds provider. Calling package: com.google.android.gm, android.os.Parcel.createException(Parcel.java:1953)
The interesting bit above is the "Access Denied! Only Google signed apps are allowed" bit.
The apps that are acting up are all official apps. Some were pre installed, some from the play store. I've tried uninstalling update for the apps, clearing phone and app cache etc. Nothing works.
Anyone know what the issue is?
Edit: I'll give £15 ($20) to whoever gives me a fix. Money will be sent via PayPal
Thanks
Had to factory restore in the end which solved the problem.
