(PROBABLY) WORKS ON ALL MTK DEVICES
This is my first thread so pls don't eat me if something has been written wrong
I found a method, that allows you unlock bootloader without xiaomi unlocking software. Now, you don't need to wait 168 hours.

Here are the instructions:

1. Download this tool
2. Unpack it
3. Open file "UsbDk_1.0.22_x64.msi" for 64 bit computers or "UsbDk_1.0.22_x86.msi" for 32 bit.
4. Run "UnlockBootloader.bat"
5. Turn off your phone, then press and hold VOL+ & VOL-
6. Connect your phone to pc via USB cable
7. Everything is automated so you don't need to click anything on pc.
8. When cmd will close, your xiaomi should be now unlocked. If not, repeat the steps.

I didn't find anything (but don't be sad I am bad researcher) so you just need to wait a week to unlock your bootloader :/
If someone here have any idea how to unlock snapdragon device w/out waiting please reply here.

No, it works only on MTK based devices. You can look up for snapdragon version.

i tested it on a Redmi Note 9 and i works.

Hello all ! Sry for my english but i think you can understand me
The problem is with my phone. :crying:!
I wanted to get the MIUI rom but when i install in twrp and reebot phone they stands in the place . I can only see logo all the time, nothings happen ;/
. I cant enter the recovery, only i cna see flashing logo and phone switches off. What can I do ?
All I know is I can enable fastboot mode :c

you have to boot in to EDL through fastboot using edl.bat, then flash with MiFlash your fastboot rom

But my pc dont see phone (mi pc suite , and mi flash ) .

Try installing universal ADB drivers...or try different PC...this must be a drivers problem.

check your bootloader, it seem you relock your bootloader. if yes, you can unlock it using miunlock & reboot into rom.

which miflash version used for now? pls ensure you use 201604xx (64 bit only) or 20160830 (32/64 bit)
to flash device, already bunch of guide on guide section. pls do some research there.
to unlock your phone, you can follow below unofficial ways or official ways which require to apply to mi server

INSTRUCTIONS: [redmi note 3]
1. Get into fastboot mode. Charge the phone first. Hold the power button and the volume down button simultaenously.
2. If you can open your current rom, open developer options by clicking on the build no several times in the about phone menu in settings. and select allow oem unlocking and usb debugging.
3. if not leave it... go on and connect your phone to the PC while in fastboot mode.
BUT, before that: open Command prompt on your PC. (search it on the search box). right click on it and open it in administrator mode.
type in: bcdedit /set testsigning on
hit enter and restart your pc
(this is imp.)
4. open the zip file and extract the contents. open the boot edl mode folder and click the edl.bat file. allow it to run.
5. now screen will turn black, do not disturb it. Now flash the twrp by running flash twrp.bat from the 'flash TWRP' folder.
6. Now go to Unlock folder and run the unlock bootloader.bat file.
your phone will boot into the TWRP recovery mode automatically.
if it opens in chineese you select every tab and find the globe icon.
if the globe icon is found on any of the tab select it and change the language to ENGLISH.
wipe your system from the wipe tab:
Now download the latest CM13 SNAPSHOT BUILD ROM FOR YOUR REDMI:
https://download.cyanogenmod.org/get/kenzo-snapshot.zip
and GAPPS:
http://opengapps.org/?api=6.0&variant=mini
do select the arm 64 version and mini one.
download from your pc and copy it to micro sd card. enter this card into you phone and go to mount in twrp.
mount the micro sd card storage.
select the zip file on the micro sd card from the install tab on twrp and flash it.
now go back and flash open gapps zip file.
now REBOOT to system. everything will work fine....

Did you enabled OEM unlocking and android debugging in developer option.
And did you connect your phone to PC while in fast boot mode.?
This may be the problem otherwise it does well

It means it has no ROM installed now....
Even without that turning on you could boot into edl and unlock and flash twrp..
Don't know... Try again and search on net.. Now

My redmi note 3 is stuck on the charging logo.when I try to turn it on it shows mi and then shows the picture of a phone and a USB cable I cannot bypass it ,cannot access recovery. When I try to access recovery it goes to the testing screen .

I think accidently you deleted your twrp recovery.you can give a try by reinstalling twrp via adb tool.

Press down + power to go to fast boot, insert usb cable phone to pc, open miflash app (download it here http://en.miui.com/thread-272376-1-1.html), select any fastboot rom version (Here is an example, http://en.miui.com/thread-543021-1-1.html , download fastboot rom for redmi note 3 pro, after downloading unzip the file if you see weird extension file just replace it to .zip and extract to see the files). After selecting the fastboot rom directory on miflash, make sure that your phone is detected as a fastboot device (if you can't see anything on the list on the app, recheck the connection), then select save user data on the bottom, then flash if there is an error, select clean all on the bottom then flash. Wait for the flashing to finished.

This guide above is to return back your phone to a working MIUI.
If you just need to unlock bootloader to flash twrp/custom recovery, then Unlock it via official method

- Download mi unlocker
- Open it, then login with your Mi account (Prefer to use your phone number in username)
- Reboot to fastboot mode (vol down + power), connect usb phone to pc
-The app will detect your phone once connected, then proceed on unlocking by clicking the button.
-Wait for it to finished
BTW, the guide above is specifically for redmi note 3 quallcomm/sd/pro, if you have different device, please look for your right fastboot rom in the list in the given thread. Good luck!

I did that and now I have a new problem
The phone is not turning back on.When I tried to turn on it shows mi logo and turns off.when I plug it in to charger there is a red notification light starts to blink .What shall I do..??

Did you finished flashing? No errors or something?
Try to check your bootloader if it is unlocked or not, use method 2

I forgot to mention while flashing the fastboot ROM I pasted a file to the ROM folder to unlock the boot loader.will this be the reason why my phone got stuck in the black screen while the notification led blinks

what file did you pasted inside the rom folder? something like a unlock file for bootloader?
Maybe that's the thing why it didn't worked. The steps always work for me whenever I got into something.
Also, are you sure that you've downloaded the right fastboot rom for your device? Are you on redmi note 3 pro too?

This method worked for me on a A2017G running stock B08 (Nougat) with locked bootloader.
Build number: ZTE A2017GV1.2.0B08
Only difference was between step 10 and 11. The device was encrypted so I ended up in the "enter password" dialog after flashing, reset and reboot from edl (because of verity break I guess).
I had to force the device manually into the bootloader (switch off and then hold Volume-Up and Power button to get into the recovery and then to the bootloader).
BTW: Flashed TWRP 3.2.1.0 directly after first boot with axon7tool and then installed Magisk 15.3. Magisk seems to work pretty well for me with this device, root/SU support is working and SafetyNet Patch is also fine.

[GUIDE]Unlock Bootloader Easily
Hi all. I will present new and easier method to unlock bootloader. This guide works on all models.
Before begin;
- Be sure backed up your stuffs on internal storage.
- Be sure that using x64 Windows.
- Be sure that your battery is over 50%
- Be sure that Disable Driver Signature Verification

Unlock Bootloader:
1. Install MiFlash. Driver installation will be done automatically.
2. Install ADB Installer. Press Y for all steps on installation.
3. Install Axon 7 Driver.
4. Turn on from developer options "USB Debugging" and "Unlock OEM".
5. Enter; "adb reboot edl"
6. Go Device Manager of Windows and be sure you see your device as "Quallcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008".
7. Extract ZTE_AXON_7_BOOTLOADER_UNLOCK_IMAGES_BY_TURKDEVS.zip
8. Go MiFlash and Refresh. Your device will be there. Select from top Unlock Images folder which you've extracted.
9. Flash and wait until it is done.
10. Long press power button and let your device is on.
11. Enter "adb reboot bootloader" after your device is on.
12. Enter "fastboot oem unlock-go" when you are on bootloader interface.
13. Your data will be erased on this step and device will boot with unlock bootloader.

actually to relock you should flash a FULL_EDL package through MiFlash, then flash fastboot, maybe with the package on this thread, and then relock. But check if I'm right cause I've never done that

Like, on the start? Look you need to enable USB debugging and keep the phone on and unlocked. Issue 'adb devices' and a pop-up should appear on the phone. Allow the connection and then try 'adb reboot edl'
The phone will seem like it's completely off but it will be in EDL mode

Actually, I enabled USB debugging and kept the phone on. I don't understand the meaning of keeping it unlocked, which I thought that was what I am trying to do.
Another question is whether I should download those files into my computer or into the phone. I downloaded them into my PC.

I re-did the whole process and finished the step 9 (Flash and wait until it is done). However, the device won't be on after long press the power button as indicated in Step 10. What should I do now?

Make it a really long press. Like a couple of minutes long. After that release it and hold it again, it should boot up
What I meant with 'keep it unlocked' was that you had to leave it with the screen on, not locked.

Thanks for the info. I have long pressed the power button more than 4 minutes, but it still won't power up. I saw the LED light up very shortly and felt the phone motor vibrated little bit (You normal can feel the vibration very strong before I did such unlock bootloader thing when the phone powers on). Also, it would repeate such LED and little motor vibration if I hold the power button long enough. How should I do? Thanks again.

Did you use the latest Mi Unlocker? Did you install all available drivers for your device? Can you provide a screenshot in the Mi Unlocker and censor your Mi ID and other account details.

So does your PC have a Ryzen processor? And does it have only USB3 ports? If the answer to any of those questions is yes, that's your problem. Get a 4 port USB 2 hub and connect thru that. Use an Intel processor PC. Elle find an AMD PC that doesn't have a Ryzen processor.

Points to ponder to unlock bootloader of Poco F1
1) After taking permission from developer option>Mi unlcok status; wait for minimum 3 days.
2) Desable driver signature in windows 10 before installing any driver.
3) Check in the device manger that the android bootloader driver must be from Xiaomi inc.
4) Turn off any antivirus including Window defender if any in your PC
5) While in fastboot mode update the driver manually to save .inf file. This is must. If you fail to save .inf file for drivers then the drivers are not installed properly even if your phone shows in device manager. Remember that.
6) Now your are good to go.
Keeping MIUI account "signed in" ;MI cloud showing only one device i.e. Poco F1 and find device must be ON before trying to unlock bootloader.

If its on edl mode then its hard bricked. Unfortunately only Xiaomi service center can help you

سلام نه رام اشتباه نبودش همین اخرین ورژن بودش که زدم کامل هم فلاش شد و زد موفق نمیدونم چرا بالا نیومد دیگه هیچ واکنشی نداره گوشی فقط رو edl مونده همینجوری

Probably you have the Anti-Rollback activated and tried to flash another ROM. After a successful installation your phone just went dead.
Here's how you could fix it (or how I fixed it):
1. Windows PC with MiFlash Beta (!) tool
2. Download a Xiaomi Fastboot Rom (ends with *.tgz)

--> Beta (MIUI 10 8.8.30) (ANTI ROLL-BACK ACTIVATED!!!)
3. extract Rom to your PC
4. start MiFlash Beta tool and point to the extracted folder
5. press Vol+ & Vol- & Power on your MiMax3 for 10 seconds and connect it to your PC while holding the buttons another second after plugging it in
6. press refresh button on MiFlash tool
7. if your drivers are installed correct, your phone should be visible on COM-Port XXX
8. press flash and hopefully it will be flashed
9. if not: try several times
10. wait until it boots to the welcome screen (around 5 mins)
now your phone should be useable again.
If you want Treble-Rom to be installed, then go on:
11. turn phone off --> go into fastboot mode (Vol- & Power) --> install TWRP --> boot into TWRP
12. wipe date = yes --> reboot TWRP
13. make yourself a MiRom at https://mi-globe.com/rom-builder-fea...lname=Mi+Max+3
--> I used 8.8.30 version, and choose "advanced settings"--> set Magisk for root and build your zip
14. flash it through TWRP
15. reboot --> you will end up in a bootloop, but thats okay
16. go back to TWRP: swipe factory reset
17. install treble.img + gapps + Magisk and reboot and you're all good

it will be great if i could someone that i can trust him in india or any country that they have xiaomi centers to send him the phoneand that person take it to xiaomi centers and ofcourse i will pay all off is payment
