Hi!
I've recently bought the Xiaomi Pad Pro 12.4 (Dagu) but I noticed it had Android 12 inside.

I can't downgrade to android 11 using official firmware because it started with the 12;
can I flash firmware from other models (line Enuma or Elish) without bricking the device?
Thanks in advice

Hi folks, is ARB implemented for MiPad? I'm looking to replace my aging Samsung tab and MiPad looks pretty reasonable for a Snapdragon 660.
Looking to replace it with custom ROM after BL unlock.
Thank you!
MIUI 10 got Anti: 1 (present but non-active).
MIUI 9 Stable got no ARB.
But you can downgrade from 10 to 9 safely via fastboot (tried myself).
Hello All,
Please I want to know the consequences of flashing the rom of another region on your Samsung device. Let me explain why I ask this
So recently I upgraded my Samsung j7 Pro (J730GM) to Android 8.1 Oreo and that update changed the binary version of my device to 5 (i.e. J730GMDXU5) so I tried downgrading the phone back to 7.0 but that did not work because Samsung has not released an Android 7.0 Nougat firmware with binary version 5 so downgrading the normal way was quite impossible.
Now I recently found out that Samsung has released an Android 7.0 Nougat firmware with binary version 5 but the region/country it was released for is Mexico while my phone's region is Thailand.
Now my question is, is it possible to downgrade my J7 Pro with the Mexico firmware although my device's region is Thailand because they are both binary version 5? If yes, what are the possible consequences?
Hello,
I have a Ulefone Armor 7E, it came installed with Android 9. Today I wanted to update to Android 10, using the ROMs on the Ulefone Website (Links to a Google Drive).
I found a Warning Message that you should not use the ROM to update your phone ("★Warning★: if your phone is Android 9,you are forbidden to flash Android 10,otherwise your phone must be bricked!!! vice versa
").
So they sell a version of the phone with Android 9 and one with Android 10. I bought my phone (Android 9) this year around april.
Has anyone updated the phone to Android 10, or do you brick your phone if you try to update it?
Thank you in advance,
deecon

Switching from Adroid 9 to Android 10 isn't an update but an upgrade.
You may consider flashing a Custom ROM based on Adroid 10.

Will it work?
I guess there is no custom ROM available for the Armor 7E?

Don't try to downgrade. It may trigger android verified boot (anti rollback) and brick your phone. I did that last week, then i must sent my phone to service center to fix (for free)
So there is Technically no way to Downgrade?
