The watch had an accidental violent impact (but shold not matter, is not the first time), worked for 2 more days, got discharged to 0 (forgot to charge). After charging 100% it does not start on its own. But boots and works if charging port is connected (screen, vibration, bluetooth, communication with the phone, etc.)
As soon as the charging port is disconected, it shuts down (no power).
Anyone had this issue?
Opened the watch, the battery is good, no water damage, battery connector is not shorted, different voltages in points that i cold messure (no microscope, big probes)
Any ideas ?

I installed the latest CM9 FXP134 ROM for sk17i and it works flawlessly. There's only one big problem I encountered: whenever I plug in the USB cable to charge the phone a little bit before going outside again (or just to copy some files) i notice a battery drain instead of a slow charge. Also the phone is awake more often (almost all the time) than on battery (i have disabled "keep awake while charging" in developer settings).
Here's a screenshot showing the same:

I knew the GPE had one of these but i never experienced it on 4.1.2 but now that we all got the 4.3 OTA i just plugged my phone in this morning and noticed this little thing popped up.
Those Brown and black marks are soldering iron burns i took these pictures on my workbench.

And it animates aswell.
After a few moments it turns the screen off but dosnt seem you can wake it up again to see the current charge percentage without powering the device on.
Real question is. Can you customize it?
I had not noticed this. On my device, a short tap on the power button will bring up the display again. I didn't leave it in long enough to see the percentage.
The phone is alive and can be turn on. It just that a few days ago it suddenly won't charge anymore. I figured maybe its charger fault so I tried using a QC 3.0 charger as that's the only charger I got laying around. Then the phone got really hot. I can smell burn so I pull the cable right away. After a few disassembly this is what I found.

I thought maybe the resistor gave out.
What you guys think? Is it fixable?
I still can use the phone normally btw as it still had like 50% charge left it just that I'm worried if I plug in a charger now another one will pop :laugh:
Hi,
I've tried few different chargers with no effect. So I have decided to open back panel and I've noticed that when I attempt to charge device battery stays completely cold but area right under sim card slot getting really hot.
Is that mean battery need to be replaced or is it something else.
Thanks for any help.

Try unplugging the battery and plugging it in. If it gets hot still, it is likely a short. If it doesn't, it is likely the battery.

Hello,
Same problem here (Redmi 3 Pro).
The temperature is always negative ( -25°C, -11°C). I realized if I shake my phone, the temperature rises at normal level (arroud 30°C). I guess it's an hardware problem. I'll look for an app to change temperature when charging or try to open the phone and look for problems.
