Hello all,
So a question to the ones who have already received their devices,
How's the performance of the GPS? Any better compared to S22 ultra?
I have the S22 ultra and the GPS Performance on the latest Firmware and its still terrible as reported by quite a few users already here:
Samsung S22 Ultra GPS problem
Hi I am having an issue with my UK based Samsung S22 Ultra. The GPS stops working on it, no map app can use GPS until I restart the phone and then it starts working again. I found this thread on the samsung.com which seems to other users...
forum.xda-developers.com
Looking forward to hearing from you
So far seems better than my S22U, also the Accel/Mag/Gyro seems better.
It is much better.

Comparing gps performance to s21u, s23u is much more better. I am impressed.
I also had issues with s22 gps, s23 seems fine so far, I tried.
Thanks a lot guys

Hello fellow XDA-ers
I was looking around on the internet, and I found this:

Pantech's SMP-301 "SKY the Player"
A relatively unknown PMP, that never made it past Korea, made by Pantech. Based on that site, the player comes with 32 GB Internal Memory, a 3.7" 480x800 AMOLED display, and from small research, I hear it's capable of 1080p video playback without conversion.
There's one thing which I feel is a let down to this device though, and it's got Android 2.1 Eclair on it, and I have tried to look for developments for this device and found none.
My question is this, do any of you know of android developments for this device, if not, based on experience and perhaps knowledge, how difficult would it be to port a Gingerbread, if not ICS Build on the device? I'm thinking a good starting point would be to work from other developments on Pantech devices already.
Thoughts guys? :O
So this is a bit of a shot in the dark and may seem like a silly question, but I haven't followed in detail the tracking of production runs and corresponding issues so far, so here goes:
The UK is getting the Green Edge on July 1st, and having read a lot about issues with the edge, I wondered if this means these will have been produced very recently and will suffer less from issues as the manufacturing has been refined since the start back in April sometime?
Any thoughts?

Sorry, I just had to make that reference. #TeamStannis
In terms of issues, it really comes down to what you mean by that. Which issues are you referring too?
I am currently looking for a new tablet and the Z4 looks very interesting, one requirement for me would be that it runs Pokemon Go though, can anyone confirm if this is the case or not?
greetings berzerk428
I have to Z4. It's a carrier branded device(Telstra Australia) and because of that I'm stuck on 5.0.2.
I just tried to download P-Go and it says "device not compatable"
I'm not sure if having 6.x might fix the problem 4.2+ is supposed to be ok.
I don't know what hardware would cause the problem. I have the 4G model.

Thank you very much for your response! I decided to go for a Galaxy Tab S2 8'' for playing Pokemon Go and I'll pick up the Z4 tab or it's successor at a later point, they really look awesome for media consumption etc.
It really is a great tablet.
I was using it for school last year and the keyboard was awesome.
I finally got the update to 6.0.1 and I still can't install P-Go.
The galaxy tab is great I prefer the 16x9.

TBH, I haven't noticed much difference in daily use. I am not a "power user" so there may be some under the hood stuff I am missing. It may be the placebo effect but it seems to have slightly better battery life.
Oh I noticed a few things like if your using the main display and pull notifications down the gap between the sides I noticed the blur animation thing that they do and also they changed the dpi settings on both screens thats all I noticed really
Ye iv noticed battery seems to be better aswell
Hello everyone. Here is a rare device i picked up from someone. It seems to be a prototype of some sort. It has edgy edges and the speaker only has 3 holes, the camera is way better and its super loud!! Way louder than the original wing. This device is an att device and i don't think it can be updated. xxxxxx

It's probably a carrier presentation model sent to AT&T before it was released to consumers.I think I seen this one on Ebay a few weeks back for sale. It's possible it would update, but you'll need a activated AT&T sim.
