Hello everyone,
I replaced the charging connector on my Pocophone F1 2 weeks ago after it stopped charging. This problem is solved and it charges well.
Only after reassembling the phone the external speaker sizzled a little but after 3 days it was gone.
However another problem remained, immediately after reassembling it, it was impossible for me to call via the telephone network (no problem with the data), the telephone remained in "dialing" then cut the call with no tone. I reopened the phone to see if I had reconnected something wrong, in particular the coaxial cable near the charging connector, but it was reconnected correctly.
I receive text messages with no problems.
Surprisingly, the problem has "improved" since, when I make a call, the phone dials and there is the ringtone (I see the network bars alternated between full and empty several times) and I can converse normally for 30 sec- 1 min, after the caller hears me with a jerky, crackling voice.
Do you have an idea of the origin of the problem? I think it has to do with the antenna and not the SIM card but I don't see what else to do. So far I'm getting by calling mostly through third-party apps via data.
Thank you and have good day,
Sebastian

Hey guys,
Just wanted to check with you if you had experience outgoing calls getting cut off.
My E3D is just 2weeks old and i make alot of voice calls. Sometimes my call will last for 15mins (sometimes less the 30 seconds) straight then i thought the call is cut off because i cant hear the other line but when you check the phone its still connected.
I've tried calling my telco but they said everything is fine (signal wise). Now I'm not sure if its the phone's problem or what.
Thanks
Hello,
When battery is low like 10% or less I'm unable to make or receive calls. Is this normal? When I connect it to charger problem dissapears :/
Thanks!
are you using juice defender by any chance?
No, all standard out of the box
But does it appear any popup saying you can't, like the camera's flash, or it just doesn't work?
Nope, just when i try to make a call it takes few seconds and then call is cancelled. When I try to call to myself it goes straight to voicemail. As soon as charger is connected problem dissapears.
Mine works fine
Even at 1% I can still call and talk to someone but then you get really disappointed when the phone turns off due to flat battery
The only thing I can't use is the camera function when the battery is low
Now I noticed that it only happens when within 3g signal. If I manualy change it to gsm only then its fine. How weird
Just to let you know, I've had my s3 exchanged and problem is gone now. Thanks for all your replies.
2 weeks ago, I took my galaxy S2 back to the shop to get it fixed under warranty.
The USB port was broken, as with so many S2's. I got it back after 2 weeks and the port was replaced for free.
But now the speaker doesn't work anymore! So I get no notifications when called or texted or alarm or can't play music, the phone thinks it plays the noise, but it doesn't. Also in the *#0*# menu, when speaker is pressed, nothing happens, no sound at all.
The internal speaker to make a call does work, so you can hear the recipient of the call.
But if that wasn't enough, I also get bad reception where before I would always have great reception. Now it just goes away and the phone almost never gets more than 2 bars, while my friends with the same carrier get full reception. I put my simcard in my other phone and there I have good reception, so it's not the sim card that is the problem. Also the wifi reception is worse. How is this even possible? My phone is worse than before. Before I got 3 bar Wifi connection in my room and 1 bar in the bathroom and now 1 or sometimes 2 bars in my room and no reception in the bathroom.
I reset the phone and everything, also searched the forums and found nothing.
I'm not very eager to send it in again, since they make them worse than before.
Anyone got a solution?

Hi All,
Firstly, I'm new here so please accept my apologies in advance if this is entirely the wrong place to open up this thread. Forgive me if I've gone into too much detail here, but thought it made sense to put as much info down - much of the following mayor may not therefore be relevant to the particular problem I'm having.
I have a Galaxy Note 3, which I've had for some 19 months now and it has generally been very good and reliable. I drive quite a lot, and my car is a VAG group car which uses rSAP to connect via Bluetooth - this too has been very stable and reliable.
About 3 months ago I noticed that my battery life had suddenly reduced dramatically, despite no change in use from my part (no new apps, not suddenly watching YouTube 24/7 etc.). I figured the battery had passed it's best, so went to the high street and purchased a new genuine Samsung battery, but this behaved exactly the same as the original battery.
I then noticed, occasionally, that while at home, my WiFi was dropping it's connection to my router, complaining that "Authentication Failed" (despite the WiFi password not having changed). Disabling the WiFi on the phone, and then re-enabling it seemed to fix this.
The following month, I had a notification from my provider that I'd used 80% of my data allowance, and a few days later another warning that I was at 90%. I get 10GB per month in my deal, and AFAIK, I've never in the past come anywhere close to using this up. A few days later, I tried to get online to google something, and landed on an EE page telling me I'd used up all my data for the month, which would reset the following day. I put this down to the WiFi Authentication problem mentioned above.
The following day, the phone told me that an android update was available. I applied this update, and thats when things started going really odd! The phone suddenly became very slow to respond. Sometimes turning the phone on would yield the lock screen with no wallpaper, other times I'd get the wallpaper and nothing else (no digits to unlock the phone for example). And I noticed that when in the car, the rSAP connection would drop off after 10 minutes or so - I put this down to the phone being unresponsive, and called EE.
EE recommended that I return the phone to factory defaults, which I did. After this, the phone is definitely more responsive, but now my rSAP connection drops out after around 2 minutes, and then re-connects. If I am actually on a call, the connection stays up for a little bit longer, but still drops out after 5-7 minutes. If I have the phone plugged into a charger in the car, it stays connected for a little bit longer, sometimes up to 15 minutes, but still regularly drops it's connection.
I noticed that this new o/s has a new feature for "Trusted devices", which I've added the car as, but this made no difference.
It is almost as if, this new version has included some sort of bluetooth power saving feature whereby if nothing much is happening (i.e. I'm not actively in a call), the conneciton drops out after a couple of minutes - unless I'm on external power, in which case it drops out after a bit longer. Prior to the update, it would stay connected, sometimes for hours at a time.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and can you offer any suggestions as to what I might be able to do to investigate further (eg. are there any bluetooth logs I can inspect?) or better, fix the problem.
Your help is much appreciated
Hi. It has been 2 months since i bought my V10-H960A. Since last week, my phone has been not functioning well for some reason which i have no idea about. First, i started getting a battery error when i reboot my phone. It says invalid battery and turns off. After removing sd and sim cards and waiting for a while, it starts working again. But whenever i turn my phone off, this problem reoccurs.
Second, my fingerprint sensor does not works. It was working since last week but its totally gone. I havent done anything that can cause a damage.
Third, yesterday when i received a call, i tried to speak but i realised that the person that was calling me, was not hearing me. I was thinking that there was a problem with the microphone. Then i made a few calls and found out that, when i call someone, they actually can hear me if i put the call on speaker. So i cant be sure if the problem is with microphone or with sth else.
Lastly, my phone hasnt been running fast enough and were overheating during last week, probably caused by the problems above.
Is there anyone that faced any of these problems?
