Telescopic Controllers - Huawei Mate 20 X Accessories

Gamesir x2 Pro supports upto 179mm Which is 5mm more than the height of Huawei Mate 20 x.
The reason I mention this over Glap controller is because it supports USB-C connection directly rather than Bluetooth.
I was wondering if anyone has bought it and tested it.

There is also Backbone One for Android which supports apparently up to 250mm give or take but a lot of people are reporting it to be flimsy with big phones and the Gamesir X2 Pro being superior product.
Backbone One also supports USB-C and has USB-C passthrough with headphone jack and internal DAC.

Beware MHL HDMI Adapter Scam! Poor Quality!

I have recently purchased an "OEM" Samsung MHL adapter. it functions as described and gives decent video quality and good audio however what they don`t tell you is that it will only output at 24hz! this means no matter how powerful your phone is it will always be limited to 24fps. this makes videos jittery especially sports and games lag like @#$%. This adapter is FAKE even if it has samsung on it. you can tell because the fake cable has the input cable in the middle. What you want to be buying is the legit Samsung adapter that outputs crystal clear 1080p video at 60hz (60fps) with great audio. it has the input cable offset to one side. Just a warining before people buy the wrong item.
good to know
Where did you buy it from?
Nice share, mate..
Did you used this for your 3vo?
I wanna know why don't you buy the adapter that provide by HTC? Few weeks ago I have a little chat with Htc customer service, and she said that htc are not recommend to use any attachments or accessories that they don't provide or provided by an unknown third party.. At the first time I was thought it was only their bloody marketing strategy.. But, later when I wanna buy a power bank for my 3vo my friend told me that he got a trouble when use it and it brick his blackberry battery like a hell.. So I think it make sense why did they suggested me to use an accessory which they provide and developed.. But a rough case is an exception, eh?

I don't think the adapter has anything to do with the framerate of the video. The adapter is literally just an adapter, taking the video signal from the 5 pin usb and outputting it to the hdmi port.
yes i did test it on my evo 3d on both stock rom and leedroid. actually the adapter itself can affect the quality because i have seen adapters that only output to 720p.
Who has a good one and where did you get it?
GO into a bit more detail on the differences between the good and the bad.
I got mine from an ATT store, or was it a T-Mo store..
Got mine from T-mo..and it works great.

in my case the bad adapter outputs to 1080p (more like 1080i) but the quality is a bit fuzzy with alot of jagged edges whilst the oem adapter produces actual 1080p full resolution and does not lag due to it supporting the full 60hz that the phone is capable of outputting. audio quality is about the same for each. it is not the hdmi cable i am using because i have used several including one that supports 3d @ 120hz.
How are you reading the 60 fps? I have 3 adapters, a monoprice and 2 no-name brand adapters - and all 3 report output of "1080/30P" on my LG TV.

Please post about the actual FPS - and how you're reading the 60fps. I'm concerned that you might be spreading misinformation. After reading this thread, I decided to buy an official Samsung MHL adapter - even though I now have 3 no-name adapters.
On my LG HDTV - all outputs report as 1080P/30FPS, at least coming out of the Evo 3D. I'll continue doing testing on all 4 adapters - so I can post a comparison thread in the accessories subforum. But for now - I see no reason that I'd want to spend $25 for the Samsung MHL adapter I just received, as opposed to the $6 EBAY special I already have.

HTC MHL Adapter

Here is a picture of the HTC MHL Adapter -- model AC M500. You use it to mirror video and audio from your Jetstream -- or certain other ExtMicro devices. I don't have a television where I am, so I haven't even used it yet.
It was a pretty good investment at $15 dollars with shipping. It is made of plastic, but it is quite solid.
On the left is a ExtMicro connector that states it needs 1.67 A -- this is the rating of the default Jetstream charger. In the middle is a type A HMDI connector. I don't know what the connector on the right is, but my guess is line or headphone out.
If anyone knows the video resolution (I'm assuming 720p) and audio format (I'm assuming stereo PCM) output then please post it.

Charging and Listening to music at the same time.

Does anyone know a good 3.5mm adapter that can charge phone, but that actually work. I hate the bulky ones that Belkin Sell for the iPhone and iPad so are there any that are compact?
>having to buy adapters to listen to music and charge your phone just so a company can feel "cool" copying apple.
****ing ****, I did well to get the regular Mate 10 with the headphone jack, seems the non-pro version is more pro than the pro version..

Those adapters look so ugly, why didn't Huawei provide it if they took out the 3.5mm jack?
Do those $1 adaptors even work because there are more expensive ones on amazon that apparently don't work.

Headphone Adapter

From what I could tell in reviews and unboxing videos it doesn't seem as if there is a USB C to 3.5mm adapter in the box. With that being said I know a lot of people are psyched about the Galaxy Buds+ and all sorts of other Bluetooth headphones but I still love my Etymotic IEM's and was wondering what everyone was thinking for the best adapter to work with this phone.
I haven't had much experience with using any sort of dongle but I'm currently leaning to just going all out and getting a Nextdrive Spectra X as everything I've been reading makes it sound like there are some very low quality options out there and with these earbuds I've been able to notice a pretty major difference from higher quality amp sources.

Accessories Supported USB C headphones adapter?

Did anybody try analog adapter for Moto Z3?
I know digital adapter will work, but how about analog?
Realtek based 32bit/384kHz USB C headphones adapter is your best bet (Muvee sold from Amazon, Clipthat from ebay, and Samsung from Best Buy).
How are passive headphones adaptors? How's the sound quality? Any HiFi DAC like IQOO 9 Pro? Or just "Snapdragon sound" with only 96khz integrated DAC?
I'm looking for a compatible one too. I returned 2 from amazon India so far. Please share a compatible one in India..

It's good especially with "Super Resolution" and headphones customisation. Not so great like Sabre DACs in older Vivo phones or LG phones though
Now I have US version (Edge+ 2022) and I can tell
It doesn't support USB-C analog output (no Z3 headset adapter)
